« Positively surprised that 2 starts hotel turned out to be actually 3/3plus stars hotel »

Hostess (Ms. Reem) at the reception was smile team indeed :-) and very helpful, client-oriented. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. Service as well. The "save the environment"-rule declared, but not applied, however, which is pity (towels don't need to be changed every day as it was done). And, unfortunately, windows in the rooms cannot be opened, no access of fresh air, only a/c, which is not full equivalent of window though.

« The proximity to the Mall of the Emirates and other venues was good with walkable public transport access. »

The hotel location was good. We had several choices for entertainment as well as dining within walkable distances. The hotel staff were very accommodating, polite and approachable at all times. They accommodated several special requests for breakfast even though it wasn’t company policy. This made us feel at home and relaxed during our stay. We would like to send out a special thanks to Seanry who worked in the kitchen/dining area and Danish in the bar and to all the front staff especially Ian, Camille and Reemi. Thanks guys you where all wonderful and we hope we have the chance to be your guests again. From Gerrard Alex an Ann.

Breakfast was ok ....but other services are not. As mension on Booking swimming pool ,fitness center but these services are share with Novotel and don’t have direct access .Rooms are very noisy .

we asked for a double bed and the staff said that they don't have any but the following morning, they will move us to double bed but even the next day they did not and no one showed concerned or apologized. torn edges of bed sheet.

Honestly, I should admit that I didn’t really expect this much comfort. The rooms were clean and nice although they were smaller than what I expected. Housekeeping was well done. We had to buy toiletries as they were not available but that was fine by me. Breakfast was a lot better than what I imagined first. The only problem we had to deal with was the lack of a safebox in the room. The wifi service was great. High speed and easy to connect
