« Perfect for a business trip »

Lovely location, impressive lobby and friendly welcome, Ismail on the front desk was excellent. The room was clean and very comfortable bed. I would not hesitate to book again for my next trip to Dubai. In addition the hotel is very well located on short walking distance to Mall of the Emirates and 2 metro stations.

It was nice hotel, and everything was perfect. It’s near to mall and restaurant, place superb. Staff was excellent, specially reception staff was name IAN , Hanicele they are well trained and very helpful. I will thank them. My check in and out experience was great it’s smooth and fast . Nice room , bathroom and all very clean it’s amazing. So thanks ibis team . See you soon.

« Was a good clean room but had a damp smell in the room »

The breakfast was great, room a good size and location was easy to find close to shops. There was a damp odour in the room and I would Have liked to be able to lower the air conditioner temperature a little as was still warm in the room.

Room smelt damp, didn't like smelling smoke in reception and lifts, plug in 657 had a pin stuck so couldn't use, perfect location for ski dubai, breakfast and buffet dinner were lovely

« Fixing problems »

Early problems were mitigated by the Day and Front Office managers. Fixing problems is my measure of a good organization. There was some confusion about the reservation which the night staff fixed. There were issues about the type of room I had reserved that necessitated my inconvenient moving the first morning. The electronic key service did not properly work. The space adjacent to the hotel was undergoing very noisy renovation. All these issues were attended to by the staff, the day manager and Front Office Manager Sayeed, very much to my satisfaction. I've been staying at this property for a decade and, though things change, I'm please to report the service remains considerate.

We’ve never stayed in a two star hotel before, so were a little curious considering such high ratings on here and tripadvisor. We have to say we were blown away. We were greeted wonderfully by front desk Jeff who went above and beyond in ensuring our needs and queries were met. We never waited long for assistance, and breakfast was also a treat. This is a lovely place to stay as eateries are within walking distance, while quiet and safe. We’ve received such a lovely reception here and would totally recommend to fellow travellers!

No complains. Could not ask for more. Reception staff are extremely friendly, Jefferson, Ian and of course, Hanicel. Ive been on a another Ibis location, but Ibis Mall of Emirates stands out. I only wish that being a Gold member, there should be a difference in benefits because at the moment, no difference when I was a Silver member (maybe additional welcome amenities). But overall service is exceptional.
