Short stay during a fair at the DWTC. Small room and even smaller bathroom. Decent service. Breakfast with good offer (continental with fruit, hot food and some selection of breads). Reception was hospitable.

Rooms big minus - unpleasant smell, no windows, strong smell of must, used appliances, dubious looking carpets Breakfast - big plus, variation, plenty, very good Reception team - very good Location - walking distance to Mall of the Emirates, next to a Carrefour Market in terms of room experience versus price paid, it was the worst IBIS I have stayed, unfortunately.

Nice and clean hotel, but don't expect much. Receptionists are very welcome, but the room service always delays what I request from them, I have to call two times to have what I asked for. For breakfast, I didn't try it, so I have no idea how good it is. Location is excellent, near to Mall of Emirates and a lot of other shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, car rental, spa, many restaurants are there & more.)

I dont like it at all compare to other hotels i have been checked in before, water in shower room is really bad, your bed is not good, i can hear the noise from other room as well. And on the day of my check out it was Saturday there is no hot water from shower room.

The Hotel is just 3 mins away from the Mall of the Emirates and that says it all. Its neat, very well maintained and courteous staff. A special shout out to Sonu Maryl Ian for receiving & departing me from the reception. I was in room no. 676 and i seem to have left behind my shampoo bottle. Its a medicinal one and dont get it in Dubai. Could you please check if its there? My contact no. is 05…/le… Thanks Guys!!!
