It was a hazy night when our electricity shutdown, for some technical reason. For the love of sleep, we looked into some hotel rooms near our place to sleep in for the night. It’s a work day the following morning so we need to check out early as well. We just thought that the hotel offers toiletries for guests, but unfortunately, they don’t. We have to rush into the grocery nearby to get somethings. Apparently, if u just neede a space to get that much loved sleep, then Ibis is a cheap yet good find. Just don’t forget to bring extra stuffs u need cos, they don’t offer much.

« Very good except for one incident on arrival. »

Overall very good EXPERIENCE! except for one guy at the reception on arrival. He was abrupt and not at all helpful! When I asked may someone PLEASE help with luggage- he replied; ''this is 2 Star hotel You have to do it yourself!'' Its fine doing it yourself but his mannerism and his action was off putting! he did not even indicate where I could get a trolley!

This is the one of the best hotels i stayed in. Room was small but very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, specially hanecel and Ian , suno, Camille they are very helpful and professional. Excellent service The lobby was nice and clean.Breakfast area was organize There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. There was plenty for everyone, I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

« Maybe a little over-rated? »

Perhaps we stayed in a standard room rather than taking the choice of a slightly better room. The view was only of a wall. The hotel breakfast was very average. On the whole, the value for money was good, because we have no complaints. The staff are very good and perhaps Ibis's greatest asset. We did not find the pool as there was no information about it and no signs that I could see. That is a pity and perhaps Ibis could alert guests to what is a very necessary asset!
