It was normal i just annoyed because i called the house keeping and reception twice to ask for water bottle as i was arranging to fast the next day but for sorry no response also the room smell wasn’t so good But the receptionist was so nice and helpful

It was a nice experirce in heart of Dubai. From the reception to exit, the staff is friendly helpful and polite. Good breakfast within a nice budget. Sincerely thankful to housekeeping executive manager who was so polite and helpful. Mall of Emirates, metro all in a reach. Atlast worth for money. Will chose again. Thank you Ibis.

1. No security safe. 2 Small TV with inferior sound as in comes the back, and the TV has a wood cabinet surround. 3. Only one pillow per person - would expect two. 4. No toiletries items in bathroom 5. No hand towel or face washer in bathroom 6. No writing pad and pen. 7. TV program information only partly correct 8. Email good to receive - but not to send 8. Staff excellent and thank heavens for the Novotel next door for dining and pool.

Room was pretty basic, really small room for a couple. When we entered the room there was only one towel, we asked the reception for another one but they never send anything, so we directly asked to the cleaning staff. Shower was terribly build. Water, instead of running down the drain, was running on the opposite way, so every few minutes you have to stop showering and push the water with your feet towards the drain otherwise it overflows on the bathroom floor. Bed was average. The fitted sheet were too small and weren't even reaching the bottom of the matress, so you could see the matress just under the pillow. Which is not hygenic at all. Staff was always available. Very nice breakfast.

Found the hotel was in a very good area that suited my needs, close to the mall, good restaurants in the area, grocery store next door. The staff and the management were all wonderful and professional. The room was small but more than adequate for one, very enjoyable stress free relaxing atmosphere, definitely stay here again. Breakfasts are very good, room service and delivery available. Highly recommend the Ibis mall of the emirates for value and friendliness.

I reserved double bed room (RM: 287). room size is ok, but bathroom is very small & no proper water draining system in the bathroom. TV screen is Very small & room floor is not clean as per the standards....also If I need something (Iron, iron board...) need to request more than one time. Overall am ok with your hotel but not with the bathroom.

On the first day I found that the water didn't flow away quickly during shower, the water flood to the toilet area where the floor towel soak up most of the water but the floor still remain very wet. I informed the front desk before I left the hotel for work. When I came back, the floor mat was gone and not provided for the following days, but the flood still happen when I took shower, the bath room floor is always wet. There's an unpleasant smell each time I enter the room.
