Freindly staff and supportif. However the smoking smell in the room was not pleasant. Not enough staff or they need more guidance during breakfast time. But for one night the overall was good.

« The room is very poor »

The room was quite poor with many things that needs fixation (electricity ports without cover, bathroom,....), and no Fridge inside the room which is quite impossible in the hot weather in constantine. I was forced to change the booking after 2 nights.

I have been a customer of Ibis and Novotel Constantine since their opening a couple of years ago as a guest and as an event organizer, though in recent years the rooms degraded considerably but the service remains professional especially with the Barman Seif and the new receptionist Faradj, also the sales woman Amina. I'll be visiting you next week and looking forward to meet the manager to give more suggestions and build more collaborations in the future.

1- i paid my room online and i had to wait the check-in until 3:30pm instead of 12:00 like mentioned in the contract. 2- the room wasn't super clean. Some dust+Toilett flush had piece of metal was broken and jeeping falling on floor. 4- i ordered a bottle of water. Teception said he cant deliver to my room. I had to bring it myself. 5- reception guy wasnt answering on phone when needed. It happened more than once.

« Very very bad services from reception ( by phone the price given was 8700 DA at reception was 9000DA without breakfeast »

I not recommend this hotel. No groom. the PABX ( calling room to room is not working), in summary the personal is not professional including the security services.

Room and food are OK, however HYGIENE is in danger and needs that Accord Hotels western management shall review contracts with algerian society. Please gentlemen we need your aggressive contribution to change local management behaviour towards HSE issues. It will be your greatest humanitarian contribution in the civilisation process of a such INCIVILISABLE society because your words will be much heard and considered than our miserable words and reports, just thrown in drawers and trash bins !!! ???

I am a ibis client over Tunisia Algeria and france contries , I was very disappointed about Constantine hotel , especially when visiting Constantine last few days , especially when requesting hot water for baby milk , no restaurant no room service available , I was forced to go to novotel hotel . Once in NOVOTEL HOTEL NIGHT TIME , the waiter was very not helpful and not able to get hot water because he is going home (end of his shift). He gave me a bottle empty botl and saing that it was full of hot water just to let me go. Once in the room and having babay cring , I discovered that the bottle was empty. Returned back to NOVOTEL the waiter when home . Hopefully I found receptionist who helped me to get finally hot water. In general , its very difficult to sit in IBIS hotel with baby , and next time I will be choosing other hotel unstead of IBIS if no action will be made. - second and final point , I observed the room condition decreasing , as the window broken (room 202), no towel no champoo inside the room when check in ,.

Decent clean room, and great location spoiled by poor customer service. The receptionist was incredibly slow dealing with other customers, and I had to wait a good twenty minutes for him to deal with 3 customers - which seemed excessive. Then when he was free, instead of saying "Sorry for the Wait" or speakign ayt all, he went right to the back of the room and starteddoing some additional paperwork that clearly could have been done at a later stage. I had to ask another member of staff to get him to come back and let me pay him. He did eventually come to the front and served me but was really slow the whole time, and there was a long queue behind me. I clearly stated "I'd like to pay for my room and get my key". He kept asking me additional questions and asking if I'd like to upgrade, and asking if I'd like to put extra money on a tab, and then explaining what a room tab is (which of course is common knowledge and doesn't require explaining). I don't mind waiting if there's a reason for it, but the receptionist seemed deliberately slow and poorly managing his tasks. I can't remember having to wait so long in the past, and he was needlessly slow and discourteous. I remember thinking at the time I'd like to make a formal complaint because it really bothered me. Other than the receptionist, the location was good, the rooms were ok, and the room was perfectly clean. The cleaning staff do an excellent job, and the views from the balcony were amazing.

Hairs in the bed and in the shower, really terrible. If you want to take a shower in the room 104, be careful, you may need a Baywatch in fact a flooding is assured if you will take your shower longer than one minute.
