well, outside on the board it says 8500 for room including breakfast , i alWAYS GAVE 9000 AND THEY ALWAYS ASK ABOUT BREAKFAST AND THEY HAVE NEVER CHANGE ,

« Very very bad services from reception ( by phone the price given was 8700 DA at reception was 9000DA without breakfeast »

I not recommend this hotel. No groom. the PABX ( calling room to room is not working), in summary the personal is not professional including the security services.

Room and food are OK, however HYGIENE is in danger and needs that Accord Hotels western management shall review contracts with algerian society. Please gentlemen we need your aggressive contribution to change local management behaviour towards HSE issues. It will be your greatest humanitarian contribution in the civilisation process of a such INCIVILISABLE society because your words will be much heard and considered than our miserable words and reports, just thrown in drawers and trash bins !!! ???

I am a ibis client over Tunisia Algeria and france contries , I was very disappointed about Constantine hotel , especially when visiting Constantine last few days , especially when requesting hot water for baby milk , no restaurant no room service available , I was forced to go to novotel hotel . Once in NOVOTEL HOTEL NIGHT TIME , the waiter was very not helpful and not able to get hot water because he is going home (end of his shift). He gave me a bottle empty botl and saing that it was full of hot water just to let me go. Once in the room and having babay cring , I discovered that the bottle was empty. Returned back to NOVOTEL the waiter when home . Hopefully I found receptionist who helped me to get finally hot water. In general , its very difficult to sit in IBIS hotel with baby , and next time I will be choosing other hotel unstead of IBIS if no action will be made. - second and final point , I observed the room condition decreasing , as the window broken (room 202), no towel no champoo inside the room when check in ,.

Decent clean room, and great location spoiled by poor customer service. The receptionist was incredibly slow dealing with other customers, and I had to wait a good twenty minutes for him to deal with 3 customers - which seemed excessive. Then when he was free, instead of saying "Sorry for the Wait" or speakign ayt all, he went right to the back of the room and starteddoing some additional paperwork that clearly could have been done at a later stage. I had to ask another member of staff to get him to come back and let me pay him. He did eventually come to the front and served me but was really slow the whole time, and there was a long queue behind me. I clearly stated "I'd like to pay for my room and get my key". He kept asking me additional questions and asking if I'd like to upgrade, and asking if I'd like to put extra money on a tab, and then explaining what a room tab is (which of course is common knowledge and doesn't require explaining). I don't mind waiting if there's a reason for it, but the receptionist seemed deliberately slow and poorly managing his tasks. I can't remember having to wait so long in the past, and he was needlessly slow and discourteous. I remember thinking at the time I'd like to make a formal complaint because it really bothered me. Other than the receptionist, the location was good, the rooms were ok, and the room was perfectly clean. The cleaning staff do an excellent job, and the views from the balcony were amazing.

« DIRTY ROOM ET DIRTY SHOWER »

Hairs in the bed and in the shower, really terrible. If you want to take a shower in the room 104, be careful, you may need a Baywatch in fact a flooding is assured if you will take your shower longer than one minute.

Though I had booked the room online through the accor hotels site, being a silver member, surprisingly when I reached the reception on the day of my arrival, I was told that you had no booking with us. I gave them the booking confirmed Code number. But that number was surprisingly not reflecting in their computer. I ultimately had to open my laptop to show them the confirmation mail in my mailbox. Then finally they were convinced and told me that they were sorry the hotel was booked and thet they would put me in Novotel. The Novotel guy told me that for the same rate of IBIS i can stay, but have to pay extra tax, which I refused and I was not at fault. This whole process took almost more than 1 hr to check in the hotel. I was really tired and very angry, as I was not at fault at all.

I'm really unsatisfied because of the staff at the check out , problems on the system and the manner he spoke to me in front of my spouse, I waited a lot at the reception knowing that at my arrival I gave all details to speed up the check out, I was delayed on my next trip , catastrophic I preferred to use another hotel for my new stay and I will use another hotel when I comeback to Constantine next week.

Brilliant location. Nice and clean room. Lots of choice for breakfast. But breakfast not replenished quickly,mattresses on bed seem to be doubled and can move during the night. Water drainage in basin was exceptionally slow.

Not good. Services were poor, no luggage carrying service available!! Room wasn't clean, toilets doesnt have toilet shower. Food was acceptable.

They charged me to much on arrival and because I was English speaking only and female on leaving they told me I owed more money , I didn't totally understand so I said I pay by card but they wanted cash and took a further 21000 diner off me , so all in all this trip for 4 days I was charged 51000 it's awful and I'm lodging a complaint on this

In all I am satisfied the only false note is the restoration or more accurately the place of restoration that is in another hotel (Novotel) ca veiled would be better if the restoration is carried out in the ibis retaurant ...
