I cannot praise this hotel more highly from start to finish of our stay. We arrived jaded from the Dubai floods and hours spent at the airport and were made to feel immediately at home. Gluten free food available for my husband. Quiet room. Beautiful pool. Hotel security is so wonderful they recovered my wallet left in a local taxi after we had flown from Dubai. Sincere thanks to Mannan Afzal, Security Manager.

The whole experience was good from the staff in reception, tour desk and staff in the dining room. Helpful and polite. Rooms were clean, decent size rooms and everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
