I was amazed by the service at this hotel, breakfast was also very good and lasted for a long time. Rooms were very clean and facilities included a nice swimming pool as well as many bars and restaurants. Very good location.

I enjoyed the quick response of the hotel staff at any complaint. The breakfast is nonparallel anywhere, and that attracts me to come back there.

I found it frustrating. The first time I used the elevator, my room card did not work and neither did any of the other guests. We were stuck in the elevator for about 5 minutes as we couldn't get the doors to open. The desk clerk created new cards for me and came with me to test them out, and they didn't work either. Finally she got another set to work. The next time I went to use them, they didn't work (It was the same elevator) again! I quit using that elevator.

It's a very lovely property with the excellent staff. I owe special thanks to Front office, House Keeping and Restaurant Staff. I highly appreciate the kind hospitality of the sous chef. He comes to the Restaurant during the Breakfast and greets the staff.

It was our second stay at this hotel and we were not disappointed. The check-in was particularly smooth; we simply loved it. I looked out for improvements since our last visit. Now there's a safe box in the room. The alternative breakfast arrangements is truly a nice addition whereby clients checking out earlier than breakfast time can grab a bite. The hotel staff went the extra mile to please us at every turn. The Smile Team concept did catch my eye and the staff truly lived this value. I interacted with wonderful persons and I will mention a few: Ann Janette (the receptionist); Prossy (the waitress); Anwar (the waiter); Homnath and Avinas (the guards); Amil (the room cleaner). We will surely be back!

Clean, comfortable and calm. Easy to walk and find a shop or gallary. The Deira City Center Mall is loaded with so much to choose from. Tjis has been my 6th stay here and it remains my favorite place to stay when I'm in Dubai.

The check-in was smooth and the room met my expectation. It's really my second visit here. I particularly liked the breakfast that came with the order. Be sure to visit the gym and swimming pool; you will love it. The hotel also offers a daily trip to a beach/park in town which i truly enjoyed. It's important to note that the use of the park/beach is exclusive to ladies on Mondays and Wednesdays. The hotel location is quite on point. The Deira City Centre is right opposite the hotel and I was able to enjoy retail experience, movies and an assortment of interesting food offerings. I had a splendid holiday and will be back to this awesome place sometime soon.

The supervisor and front desk officer had no idea how to book using Accor Points. -Supervisor was constantly asking me "how much points you have". -i already provided them my Emirates ID which was enough but they made me bring my passport from my car and later they told me it is not required. They were not even sorry about it. They did provide welcome drink. Being a Gold member this was my worst experiences at check in.
