Satisfactory. Our room was cleaned daily and towels changed; pleasant cleaning staff. Breakfast was good (the pastries were among our best experience. Kudos to the pastry chef!!). Pleasant staff in the breakfast restaurant. However we needed additional BASIC toileteries in the bathroom e.g. shower caps for the ladies, body lotion. By the end of our stay our shower gel had run out...staff need to keep checking that these don't run out. Consider providing the small bottles of shower gel instead of the one big bottle that can run out without staff noticing. On checking in we didn't get our key until the next morning. they said they were upgrading their computer system, something which should be done before guests arrive. We arrived past midnight at the hotel and they couldn't access our booking. we had to check our phone to give them our details as they couldn't retrieve this information from the system. Our key kept refusing to work in the lift and we had to keep going back to reception to have it reactivated. This was especially towards the end of our stay which made us wonder whether it was a message the hotel was giving us...that we should prepare to leave, otherwise why did we have so many problems with the key towards and on the last day?

The Executive Housekeeper has been address of your concern for the shower gel,moreover for the shower cap and body lotion regretfully it is not applicable in Ibis standard. « Not what I expected! »

Firstly, I had made my booking with Emirates well in advance using Arabian Adventures 2 Night package and requested a large Double non smoking room. On arrival I was told only a twin room was available. On insisting, I was given Room 441 which turned out very shabby, dirty and old fashioned. I did not complain as I was tired and consequently, I landed up getting a heavy cold/flu symptoms the next day. I spent most of the day in bed but still did not complain but instead went to the Pharmacy next door to get some relief in medicines. To add insult to injury, when checking out, I was asked to pay 2 Dirhams for a phone call which I made to reception requesting what time the pick up transfer for Airport from hotel was? The breakfast was not much of a variety either considering I have just travelled to Sri Lanka & South Africa staying in 3-star accommodation where the food was excellent especially the Breakfasts! Room and Bath rooms are very small and old, no toileteries. Breakfast is average, front desk staff is not efficient and less professional. If you stand there they will ignore you. Room service items are very expensive 5 star hotel rates. The only good thing about this hotel is location..

I had booked and paid in advance to stay for two days purposely knowing I will arrive very early in the morning from a long flight so tha I could rest in the room rather than waiting for an afternoon check in had I booked for only one day, there was no room available when I arrived. The receptionist told me to wait because the system was shut down. After one hour he told me he has pleaded with the manger on my plight and the manager allowed me to be given a room. This was a blatant lie I cam to realise that there was no ready room available! This was a tourture.

It was very near the Metro. Had no trouble to locate the hotel. Even though we were early to arrive at the hotel and the reception staffs were busy, we were given our rooms in little waiting time. We would definitely come back! Just a little inconvenience. The soap at the lavabo was empty!

Location is good but all other aspect is below my expectations.NO toiletries available right after arrival-need to call reception first inorder to provide the toothbrush,toothpaste,shampoo.no soap even as well as inside slippers which is important to the guest. When i ring up the reception i dialled 5 times before they pick up my call and that takes 20minutes of my time re dialling and waiting for them to take my call.Service for breakfast also, i think 0630hrs.is a bit late for those who are going out as early as 0500hrs.like for me i did not take my availed free breakfast for my 2days stay because i went out of the hotel earlier than 0630.,Also no sound proof,too much noisy along the corridor even if its already midnight.Dirts or should i see dust is present in the untouchable parts of the tables and cabinets and it gives a little bit of paranoia touching the area.

The staff was very friendly, and any request was answered promptly. The rooms were clean, and the housekeepers refreshed the towels and tidied up on a daily basis. We had breakfast buffet included, and we enjoyed freshly made food, juices, tea and coffee every morning. We stayed there for a week, and there were always new dishes added to the standard breakfast, with a good balance of meat and vegetarian options. Even though the hotel was located far away from the beach, the complimentary shuttle bus took us to the beach every day at 9:30 or 11:00 am. Seating on the shuttle bus is limited, and we had to sign up in advance to guarantee us a seat, but we were accommodated every time we wanted to spend the day at the beach. The hotel is located near City Center Mall, and the location is pretty lively, with the subway stop nearby and some shops and restaurants in the vicinity. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to our friends.
