It was a nice visit to ibis Deira Dubai the hotel was excellent and the room comfortable , clean,the restaurant was nice staff are helpful ,Front desk was very kind ,I will visit that hotel again soon.

« Quite and relaxing stay. Cleanliness could improve though! »

The overall stay was fine. Quite, relaxing. The front staff was friendly, The amenities were fine too. The only issue was that there were few cockroaches in the bath room and no basic toiletries, that I usually find in other hotels. I also left my power bank in room 485. Don't know if its a possibility to get it back.

« Good hotel, good location but not so good breakfast »

The location of this Ibis hotel is very good, in front of a shopping Mall. It is what you expect from an Ibis hotel, clean, decent. The room and bathroom are small, but standard for an Ibis hotel. The breakfast was a waist of money. They were only two employees in the breakfast area. Not many choices of food. You can get a better breakfast in the Mall where you can walk just across the street.

I always knew I would have a good stay at Ibis. The only thing I did not like was when the receptionist insisted I show the Credit Card with which I booked the hotel to him as proof to be admitted. That almost marred my stay. This is because my organisation do book for staff and we do not always keep the credit so then how do I show it to be admitted to my room when I had booked more than two weeks earlier. I was not happy at all about this. I would have been OK if I were told about this.

I was well aware that I would be enjoying my stay at the hotel. Except that having made payment for my stay long ago before I travelled to Dubai, I was not happy I had to produce my credit card which I used to book the hotel when I arrived even though the payment had already been deducted from my bank account. That wasted my time and it took away from my joy as the reception would not allow me into my booked room. That experience almost marred my day. But on a whole my stay was good. Thank you.

1. i found some cockroach in the room that's why they change it 3 times . 2. the basic items not available in the room like slipper or toothbrush . once I ask for it they told me we are standard hotel what its not professional answer ,then they bring from Novotel hotel . 3. everyday I need to active my room card to enter to my room and too much people in the reception with one or tow receptionist . 4. there is one guy his name SAIED (Egyptian) he was friendly, helpful and always apologize when I come to to active my card even its not his mistake ,he's really give me a good image about IBIS .

Online checked In but room and key was not ready, Mr. Jawad receptionist took 40 mins each person to check in. Room key not worked in elevator twice and went to the floor with help of other guest. Towel was not in the room. Found cockroaches in the room. WC hand spray and Shower head was dripping the whole night. After all this while sleeping around 12:30 housekeeping knock the door to offer extra pillow which was not requested. The whole night couldn't able to sleep because of noise from interconnecting room. Again check out is taking too long. Will never come again to IBIS Deira City Centre. Thanks

« Good place in need of minor corrections »

The breakfast was a total disappointment, it suffered lack of variety and taste, the permanent air trapped inside plumbing was annoying, and surprisingly no slippers were given to guests! You can’t walk out of the shower with a wet and bare foot on a questionable carpet right at the entrance of the room! Bad things said, let’s talk about the good things, the staff were great and helping upon any request, housekeeping was also good.

Yes, it is good for people on business trip alone. however, some small things at the bathroom are missing at ibis. Bathroom is too small and the Break fast is very normal in range but in good quality.
