Nice hotel, near to mall. when I stayed on this hotel, the hotel was under renovation. it was quite confusing at first because cannot found the receptionist and no one is available to ask. need to go back to gate and ask the security then I found there is a board on floor said the receptionist on second floor. The information board on floor is not correct as no one will notice when entering the building. my suggestion is the Information can be sticked on the Lift where everyone will see as it is the end of the room. anyway, the room is nice and comfort. Thank you.

I'm quite satisfied with my experience in Ibis hotel simpang lima. The room is spacious, I think it's bigger than other Ibis standard room, I knew it since I usually stay at Ibis when I have to go to other cities or to short holiday. However the meal is really awful. I can say that's the worst ibis meal i've ever get. Please fix it. I stayed for NYE and there's a complimentary dinner. But frankly speaking, I cannot enjoy anything and it's not even better with the breakfast. Please fix it. But I really appreciate your internet connection. It's really working and have strong connection. I appreciate it. Therefore in overall I'm quite satisfied. But please, fix your meal quality

Ibis Simpang Lima is now an old and worned down hotel. Bed sheets (smells & dirty), pillow covers (smells & dirty), furnitures, bathrooms looks quite dirty (esp the edges of the bathrooms, yuck!). If not because of the great location, I would not have opted to stay at this hotel. It wouldn't hurt if the hotel management starts renovating this hotel. Because it's not about how old the hotel is, it's about how you maintain its cleanliness and conduct regular hands-on impromptu random hygiene checks.

I asked for non smoking room for the children, but end up in smoking room and we had the room on a different floor (children on the 4th floor, parents on the 8th floor) so it really troublesome for us. Bed linen so dirty (blood stained), hairs everywhere on the back of the pillow.

WORST HOTEL EVER ! first , I found blood stein on my bed cover. for me it was really discusting and unacceptable. how come hotel like ibis class , can miss thing like that. eventhough the bed cover immediatly changed by housekeeping staff , It still makes me and my wife can't sleep and keep checking for the cleaniness of the room. second thing , when we arrived , the small hotel lobby was fully packed with people from wedding , elevator fully packed with people from wedding , parking space was full , it makes me really uncomfortable and stress.
