Good location. Quiet and easy to go everywhere. closed to some eating places and a medium shopping mall. But the bed sheet and blanket was not really clean. Breakfast was too ordinary. That was not equivalent with the price I paid

1)The color of the towels supplied were not white. It looks old. Suggest to change new white towel. 2) the fire extinguisher boxes are protruding along the walkway. This is dangerous for kids. Potential hazard.

The staff are nice. Breakfast are ok. Room is good. However i found a bugs on my bed but it was dead and i was too tired so i just throw it away.

Ibis simpang lima is a good hotel because of its strategic location...but this hotel need to maintain the facility and improve the cleanliness. I stayed 2 nights everythings are clean except the mirror and the window, look like the cleaning service didn’t clean them...the curtain are also broken

It was fun, me and my family doesn't have any complain about the room and the services. The only thing that we dont like is the parking service. We have to wait long to get our car ready. Maybe you should make more parking area.

Check in soso! Room not as booked for 2 adult with 2 kidd's! Must pay cause 2 bed verry small ( singel beds for 4 person) for extra bed, even booked for 4 person a family room! Breakfast is not worth to mention about! The variation of food for breakfast is far below all ibis in indonesia, and i know what talking about by platinum plus member with over 150 nights a year! Bathroom verry verry smal, and for shower you should not be biger sice than indonesian infant! Cleanless mirriors and malted bath included.

old and dirty room and bathroom, towels were not clean, no toiletries, ants everywhere, noisy.. with the same price, i could have stayed somewhere else with better facilities..

There wasn't toothbrush in my toilet when I entered the room. The bed is just ok. It was hard to connect to the wifi on my floor.

The room and facility is quite good, easy to access from everywhere, close to local food stalls also to Starbuck coffee location for meeting appointment (yes you have small room but the volume of sound system loudly and noisily - the place is not comfortable over all), but the breakfast (F&B) is need to be improved for the variation also the taste.
