I was sick during my stay in Ibis Hotel Semarang. Front Office Staff : helpful, especially in helping me buying biscuits. F&B Staff : quickly sending meals to my room. Driver : delivered me to Telogorejo Hospital at 4 AM in the morning. overall, Hotel Staff helpful & quick assist.

Services aren’t good... And just for your informartion. I only asked “ Do you have a tissue ?”, and the receptiont said, I don’t have a tissue, you must go to restaurant.. in thia condition, I have an influenza, so I need it, at least only one paper of tissue.. it was a bad thing.....

I stayed at your hotel for a business trip for 4 nights. Overall the room was clean enough, but I cannot stand the smell inside the room, i think the room is humid so it gives us an unpleasant odor of old furniture. I hope you can manage to fix that. Shower drainage also a little bit stuck when I take a shower on medium spray. I have to shower with low power spray so that the floor won't be flooded. Breakfast menu was also okay for me. I hope you can improve your service in the future. Thanks.

Really bad compared to other Ibis hotels. The room is dirty, furnitures are damaged, towels dirty, there are stains on the bedsheet (most probably blood), the shower position is really uncomfortable, breakfast foods are mediocre, the bread is bad quality. Overall disappointed.

Good hotel, good location, good room, but amenities could be better. Bed sheet wasn't very clean. Towel also wasn't very clean, looks old and needs to be replaced very soon please. Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast.

We stayed at ibis and it was a great experience.. only two things need to fix for better future 1. The elevator so small and it took so longgg to go up and down 2. The room key few times didnt work,and we need to go down again to receptionist Other than above..everything was good
