A clean hotel, easy to access near the city center. Polite and friendly staff. If i must say one flaw that they made is that they didn't deliver the eating utensils that i was ordered.

I brought my family at that time, so next time I think the hotel could provide facilities for kids like swimming pool etc. Parking facilities was also another issue for the future. One important thing is breakfast menu that should be improved.

I feel like the room is not that clean, the bed sheet is not clean and that what makes me feel not comf at all. Please fix it for the sake of your costumer. I briefly give a big thanks to the receptionist for giving a lot of card key for my family member. And please answer the call faster.

Staff so friendly. The food so good. The service so nice. I think u should make an improvement of ure cleanness..bcos when i stayed for the first day, the bed cover look dirtt n many dust in the bed n floor. But in the second day the cleanness is good. And the air conditioner smell not good. It smell musty n stuffy i think. But overall good. I recomend other for stay here n the location is in center of the city.

The bellhop was very nice and friendly. We needed some extra towel and bathroom amenities and they took quite a while to give them to us but it was understandable because it was Iedul Fitri and the hotel was very busy. Overall we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast food could use more improvement though, some of the fruits were not fresh.

There was no one helping out with our luggages when we arrived at lobby. I took all luggages on my own while my wife was carrying our son. Parking lot was full and vallet service was fully occupied when we arrived The worst thing was the bed and pillows smell made me hard to sleep
