- First I think about this hotel for the first time didn't provide Tootpaste and ToothBrush,, unfortunately i was wrong,, in my last day i knew with reading information in the bathroom the hotel will preparing those by requesting on room service center.. I think better for primary stuff like that will preparing by default from hotel and not needed a requesting procedure like that,, because sometime for example like me,, i'm not aware for that information and just thinking bad about this hotel :p

just a little bit disappointed,, cz i found nothing in my bathroom, such as toothbrush and toothpaste,, while i ask to my friend in his room he got it.. i need to make a phone call to front desk to get those things..

« the room view was awesome, but the cleaniless of the room is partial »

it was very nice of the hotel to give an early check in, since my flight was rescheduled by the airline, I arrived much earlier than expected. Though, what bothers me the most during my stay was the shower drain clogged from the first day, I noted the concierge and write down notes for housekeeping staff to fix it. I stayed there for 6 nights, however since day 1, nothing has changed so whenever i took long shower, the bathroom would have flooded. and there was a small roach crawling in my room in the first day......

There are two things I like to voice out. 1) Did not get smoking room as requested. 2) Did not get mineral water after request but was told that they have given on the second day. And the staff told I need to pay again for extra when I did not even receive it.

Happy with the breakfast opening hours duration. The room and bathroom are not as expected, found dirty blanket, the towel is smelly it was like not dried properly and bathroom tiles needs repaired.

Have stayed there before for business purpose and I decided to stay there again for quick trip yesterday. Everything is okay, but I have several notes for this Hotel, the towel is not that white(bit brown, maybe because of reuse?) ad the both pillow bit stinks and the AC(Maybe not sure it is the AC or the refrigerator) is quite noisy at night ...
