Stayed during 21-23 Apr 2024. Returning to a place where I always liked. The check-in was quick and in order. M-Gallery had even wrote to us to check on our arrival and also make sure whether any additional requests are needed. The property made a facelift to make sure the guests will enjoy their stay. During breakfast time, Mr Johnie and Ms Ploy were very friendly and efficient in their service. They make sure that our drinks are taken care of when we are brought to our dining seats. Mr Johnie and Ms Ploy also checked back with us during our breakfast time to make sure on the breakfast spread and quality of food served. I had never regretted on staying at this property as it is within walking distance to the major shopping area and convenient to travel by public transport BTS which is less than 3 minutes walk from the hotel.

I booked using my accor member. Really like staying at this hotel, the room was big. I booked a family room as i was a gold member accor so Vie hotel upgrade the room. Tq so much i really like it. All staffs very friendly n helpful
