I am a fan of Korean Actor L. Joon Gi and that's why I choose to stay in this hotel during early March. The room I got is spacious, very clean and with a nice city view. Overall the staff is friendly, especially the Chinese-speaking colleague who is so friendly to fans (she passed us water and snacks when we fans all lining up to wait for the actor coming our from his room), and offered assistance in booking van to the airport. Overall this is a pleasant stay for me and I will consider coming back for my future visit in Bangkok.

good location good food but rooms are old and need upgrading and I had a feeling we were being given old rooms , one of the rooms was upgraded to a suite but the ac did not work so had to be shifted to the 15th floor - which seems like a better room .

The hospitality received is one of your best assets. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned well and the service during breakfast was excellent. To improve, I suggest equipping the rooms more. As we were staying in the Executive suite, it had cooking facilities available however we had no plates, knives and forks etc. This would have been helpful with small children.

« Got a cold due to air-conditioning »

I spent one night at the hotel, arrived late and left early the next morning. The service at the reception was good, the room was nice and the breakfast delicious. Unfortunately despite the fact that I changed the room temperature to 24C, I woke up with a very sore throat due most probably to the fact that the on-going inflow of air dried up the air. I stay in hotels about 10 days a month and this very rarely happens to me. So I am afraid that it did not leave me the best impression since I had to spend a week-end in bed and am still dragging the remains of the cold 10 days later. It is a shame since I was otherwise very satisfied with the rest of my experience.

The services are very good. only one thing : i want to use a computer to transfer money, being told the computer can't plug the usb devices for the security. so i hope some computer can be used out of limit, thx!

The Vie Hotel is my constant home in Bangkok. Everyone makes you feel welcome from the time you check in until you check out. Sincerity resides in every staff’s heart. A warm smile greets you every morning. Honesty is also a trait I have proven with their staff. In a rush to catch my flight, I left my cell phone in their hotel limousine. I called the front desk from the airport and they made all efforts to cal the driver and deliver ny phone back to me. Thank you Vie Hotel. You are the best!

My second stay in Vie hotel, like the services from the conceirge, reception, dining and spa staff including make-up room staff as well. Nice job done, some feedback below hope to improve Rooms door and furniture need to renovate as the wooden door is bit noisy when open the door. And the minibar locker and the coffee maker wooden shelf should upgrade to modern furniture as is dusty and difficult to maintain. Room service dining and restaurant dinner dining, menu should have more varities choice. Love the spa services and will definitely come back and stay at your hotel this year again!

I've stayed in VIE hotel Bangkok before as it is very conveniently located for business I do in Bangkok. The hotel staff is very service minded and the rooms are very large and comfortable. The hotel starts showing some wear and tear on the room floors with the woodworks being damaged both in the hallways and the rooms. In addition it could be a good idea to descale the shower heads and the tabs in the rooms. I would definately come back.
