Pleasant and comfortable stay. Well located, great facilities and excellent food. The hotel staff always very helpful. As it was very hot in London, the air conditioning did not allow a more adjusting to the weather conditions. I think other seasons would be all right. Anyway, I would repeat a new stay at Novotel London Paddington.

Nice area, nice looking hotel room was a good size and comfortable disappointed with the rude staff members in the bar area also disappointed with the housekeeping as 2 days our room wasn’t clean I asked them to send some towels but they never arrived the second time it wasn’t cleaned I told reception ( this was about 6pm ) who told me that housekeeping worked until 11pm who wants there room cleaned at 11pm let’s be honest they forgot onceI could probably forgive twice is bad management I wasn’t happy with the service charge on food and drink I know the prices in London are a rip off but it should of said on menus or we should have been told by serving staff who kept stating they were busy !,, do I really want to know this I hope they never have to work in a Wetherspoons then they could say they were busy! The breakfast was very good and the manager who served at breakfast was very friendly worst Novotel we have stayed at won’t stay there again it as put me off the Novotel brand sadly

Great area , good deal through website, not impressed with some staff in different areas of the hotel not impressed by not being told about service charge it was not mentioned on menus or by the bar staff bit of a cheek but obviously a Southern thing unfortunately . Twice our room got missed I phoned reception who said she would get some towels to our room waited until 9pm they still hadn’t arrived so I can’t them no apology nothing .cannot believe that rooms are still being serviced up to 11pm never heard this before (receptionist told me that housekeeping worked until 11pm ? Who wants there room cleaning at that time ) Bar staff not all of them were rude when the bar is not busy 1 person waiting at bar I don’t expect to be told 1 minute I’m busy !!!! Or too someone else she shouted across the bar finger in the air I’m busy at the moment !!!!! Hope they never have to work in a busier bar 1 person waiting is not in my opinion busy breakfast was great good choice of food very impressed manager in bar area very friendly the rest a bit hit and miss I feel very sorry to have to say all this as I have stayed in Novotel hotels before but would not stay at Novotel Paddington again Sorry!!!

On arrival, your amazing reception staff welcomed us warmly and stored our luggage as we were too early to check in. We arrived back with two tired children in tow, and again were warmly welcomed. There was an issue with our room, which was sorted quickly and without any fuss. The family room was a little small for a family of four, plus luggage, but the beds were comfortable, and the shower was good. The Xbox in the room was a lovely touch and really helped entertain tired kids after a day in London, but weren't quite ready for bed! Breakfast was decent and the coffee was lovely. In all, I would recommend this hotel, and my compliments to your staff, every member we met, from reception to housekeeping, were warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

It was all perfect.I found the staff really professional and helful. I had lovely time and would raccomend the Hotel to everyone. Only one little thing.. I mentioned that was my partner birthday and asked if was possible to decorate a bit the room.. just a happy birthday note or a balloon would have been enough. I arrived at the room and was sad to see that nothing was there to welcome him for his birthday weekend. A part that all was ok and we really enjoyed the stay. Thank you Thank you

Location and breakfast were great, however this hotel is let down by the lack of air conditioning which would potentially be bearable (as the friendly team provided a fan on request) if the bed linen was made from cotton rather than synthetic materials. The basic requirement for a good hotel should surely be that you can get a good night’s sleep and for that reason even though the location, team and breakfast were all great I wouldn’t choose to stay again unless bed linen was improved and probably air conditioning added - even budget chains such as Premier Inn and Holiday Inn Express provide air conditioning and better linen in most if not all of their hotels. As a note the rooms are very squashed when set up as family rooms too - although this is more forgivable given central London property prices!

A little disappointing. Check in was very slow, the person answered the phone 4 times and the process took over 10 minutes when I had already checked in online. I was then given a room built for someone with disabilities which in general is fine but had a shower head so low I couldn't stand under it....and I really am quite short. Breakfast was nice and so were the staff down there.

We enjoyed our stay at Novotel. The location was perfect for a short stay in London and we have been taken care of well. If anything needed attention, it could be the dining experience. Breakfast time was busy but managed well, although some staff seemed a bit stressed. We had a small lunch snack before leaving for the airport. Even though there were not many people, it took rather long for the snacks to get prepared.

All was perfect.. all clean. Good food.. professional and friendly staff. If I need to find something negative I would only mention one thing, I asked to put something in my room ..balloons or a Happy birthday banner.. anything.. nothing special. I was told that this was going to be done but it was not and I felt sad about that. Nothing else, all was perfect. Thank you to all.
