Perfect location to explore and visit London. Close to Paddington Station and Tube Lines and Little Venice. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very good food in the Restaurant as well worth mentioning. Will return for sure.

Bedroom was good Meeting room was good Breakfast food was good quality Staff were good Bar service was good Swimming pool was very cold No robes to go between pool and room Lunch food was good but could have been available for our group arriving as you knew timing We asked for a table for 14 for lunch but were split over 2 tables which wasn’t ideal. The taxi firm that you booked for us took a long time to arrive and card payment was a very long antiquated process involving triplicate copies etc - this resulted in us missing our return train..! Breakfast tea/coffee took a long time and the machines both broke during service. No breakfast bowls available - had to ask No cutlery - had to ask

Positive: The bar staff were helpful, and with great attitude. The executive room is a good size and seems clean. The buffet breakfast is okie for the price. Negative: We were offered a disabled accessible bathroom superior room upon check in. As we did not like a wet bathroom (to avoid any fall or mishap), we had to upgrade to an Executive room due to time constraint. Despite the hotel is a non-smoking room, the minute we stepped into the room, there was a lingering smell of smoke. The towels were old and tired, and the bathrobes had turned from white to yellow.

Efficient check in Nice room. Since there's no airco (not a minus per se) there should be a better solution for keeping the window open. Facilities good and sufficient. Service and staff excellent. Convenient since it's very close to St Mary's where I work when I'm in London

Novotel Paddington upholds the standard. Excellent reception, quick check-in, I think we had the best room in the hotel, 9th floor overlooking London with the Houses of Parliament and London Eye in the near distance. Room clean, very comfortable bed, good shower although bath towels a little small. Breakfast service good with good quality products although scrambled egg not available (it may have been but I couldn't see it).

From booking to staying it has been a lovely experience. Professional staff, friendly and very welcoming. Beautiful room. With the added touch of balloons and cake for my daughters Birthday. That was an extremely thoughtful gesture. Our room was immaculate and very quiet. Plus a great choice of breakfast.
