Lakshmisree was absolutely wonderful. Wow Novotel for having the best staff member who care so very much about customers and colleagues - Lakshmisree was so very attentive and passionate about the drinks being served, our interests and we didn’t want to leave the bar as we could talk to her all night. Hotel is a short walk from Paddington, where there are direct trains to most places. Rooms were spacious with super single twin beds, and breakfast was good too. Gym was decent too. Service was good too - from the reception to the bar, staff were polite and accommodating. Certainly met all the expectations of a Novotel hotel.
