1. Takes 25 minutes to finish checkin. 2. Reception staff not courteous and friendly. I said 2 conditions: I need a smoking room and I need a premium view. Only 2nd was fulfilled and I wasn't asked before confirming the room. 3. There was some snacks included in my booking, I had to ask to avail the same and restaurant said no non veg while the booking said both veg and non veg can be availed. 4. The room was very small, and the bathroom more smaller. Overall, not satisfied. I have staed in many hotels, but this was not a good experience.

My stay at IBIS has always been very pleasurable as the staff are very friendly and warm. I am always welcomed warmly by the front office staff especially Piyanka. Even though the rooms are a little small, but I have always admired how all the facilities are provided. Also the housekeeping staff are always willing to make my stay comfortable. This time I was very privileged to hoist the flag on Republic day. It was a great experience. Very gracious of you to have selected me. Thank you very much.

It was very nice stay in Bengaluru. Service, cleanliness and staffs are very good. Only thing is size of the room is very small comparing to other accor hotels. Location also good. Of course it is little away from main city but there is no problem for going any corner of the city because you will get varieties of transports.

Excellent location made travel to most places within the city easy. Friendly and helpful staff.Breakfast options in the buffet were very limited. Room was small with the result that some of the luggage had be left in the locker room

Staying for 7 days while attending a congress in Bangaluru even in a small but good constructed room I felt at home. It's not a luxury but a very suitable hotel. Like in daily life once there was a technical defect in the shower cubicle - repaired within breakfast-time. If i had any need it was met within short time. With Fiza I had someone like a personal assistant and even Pryanka, Pooja and all their colleagues at the hotel reception were helpfull and supportive all the time. Even all the doormen like Prajant were very kind and helpfull. As a german traveller staying a lot of time in India over the years I enjoyed the cooking of Deepak and the attentive service from Srikant, Abraham, Pooja, Vikas, Madhu and all the rest in the restaurant. But different western travellers may asking for a greater western offer at breakfast. Beside indian breakfast you will find fruit, yoghurt, cereals, toast and jam. I had a very price-performance ratio but at the reception I saw that prices are changing during the days. Up to an offer of about 5000 Rupees / 60 € incl. tax and breakfast for a single room I will come again all the time - so next year September.

I was representing Bahrain Tourism Road Show in Chennai. An amazing hotel in the city. Check in to check out procedure, Housekeeping team's make up process and Restaurant teams service standard were amazing. I would like to really appreciate the personalized service and attention of Ms. Ananya(Reservations) and Ms.Madhu(Restaurant) during my stay. I am so much surprised the follow up action from sales and reservation team about my reservation as hotel was fully booked on that day, very dedicated team are in action to close 100% without any no show- Owners and management should be proud of the team as they love to add more income to reach the NOP. Truly enjoyed the Accor Hospitality.
