I requested for an early-in and it was ready as promised. The breafast was simply superb. Variety and the presentation of the food was very nice. During my conversation with the manager I mentioned how come they don’t have Aki-Roti (One of Karnataka traditional food) for breakfast. To my surprise when I came back to hotel in the evening I was served with freahly made hot Aki-roti. Eveyone at the hotel were very friendly and took care of all the needs of the guest. The process of Check-in and Check-out was very smooth and quick.

Expected better experience, the amenities were not provided on time and on request also. The staff and food was good overall. however the availability of daily use needs were not provided at all. Came to know that shampoos available on last day of my stay,. everyday all the amenities should be kept in room which was not there. And had to separately request for each and every amenity.

« Very well. House Keeping is really good. specially Munmuni on 7th floor. She is very active and hard working. »

This was my second stay in IBIS and it has been a great experience. They have a 5 star facilities even though with 3 start infrastructure. The reception and house keeping are very prompt and good. I also liked the meal served in the room. delicious. One thing that i wish to share is the breakfast. I feel the breakfast are not very fresh. except the live counter there is not much one can eat. The management should work on improving the same.

This was my second stay at Ibis Bengaluru City Centre. The immaculate service begins at the gate with a welcoming smile of the Secuirty Guard and continues all the way to the courteous front desk. Every service request is met promptly with no hesitation. The staff goes out of the way to make me feel comfortable for every minute while I am in the hotel premises. Room Service at ibis is really great. That person Reddy was really good and helpful, like on holidays when I use to be in my room he was kind enough to clean my room when I was out of my room when I went out to eat or for some other reason. And it was really good understanding from the receptionists named Shivani when I went back to hotel and not finding my card to provide the access to the floor so that other will not see me as a stupid person. And their was another day when I lost my phone in uber. The another receptionist was kind enough to help me out with that, I don't remember name of that person. But sure he will remember if he read this experience. Well the stay was really good sometimes I needed to take my plates to the room from the kitchen, but its fine. I would really like to visit this place again. Hope to see these people soon again.

Staying there was cool.The only issue i faced was regarding lights as it was yellow all around.On asking for white led one of the receptionist replied "sorry this is our standard" which is some sense doesn't make sense.There is nothing called standard unless the guest is comfortable with.Although they managed to fetch only one white led for table lamp.So please always keep back up with you.

Comfortable as always. But one suggestion would be to increase the lighting in the room. The table lamps are uncomfortably bright while the ceiling lighting is too dull. They don't go together and provide uneven lighting in the evening. During the day at least the large windows provide sufficient lighting but the guest should have options for better lighting even if the window shades are closed. Also there should be an option to keep the small light near the entrance to the room on without turning off the other lighting. Not everybody wants to sleep in utter darkness. The restaurant needs a major makeover. Variety is limited but the worse part is the quality. Many a times the food is salty, especially the chicken dishes. The coffee satchets in the room are better than the cappuccino at the restaurant.
