I have been using Ibis in Europe and now in India.Bengaluru is one of my major work destination and found this place to be convenient for my work.The Rooms are great, People are very co operative and kitchen is one of the best. Loved the service and the well - spaced out rooms and dinning hall. The only drawback was the food. There should be some dishes which are simple and not rich with spice and oil so that we could choose from. I particularly complement all the staff. Very courteous, pleasant, friendly as well as highly duty conscious.

The experience was good. There was a wide variety of food in the buffet. However cleaning of room was left to late afternoon or early evening.Should be done by noon.

It was nice. I noticed the toiletries were better(the boutique bottles were kept) yet the shampoo was not there so I had to use my own. Overall, satisfied with the stay.

I would rate this in the top 3 or 5 Ibis hotels i have stayed with and believe me I am staying in a lot of them ..all the staff right from the door man / bell boy to guys in kitchen, housekeeping, front office, restaurant and everyone else is doing a great job ....if I name some that will not be doing justice to others ... and i stayed here in the past and had some observations which I shared seems to have been taken care of now ..Improvements are not only seen but felt as well .... and that is great hope to see the same consistent experience in future as well ...

Floor 6 was very noisy in the morning from 02:00 am, I brought this to the attention to the manager during this disruption. In my opinion these guests should have been kicked out.Finally, the hotel has not reversed the hold on my credit card, even after calling them from South Africa, I spoke with Rohith.

Couple of feedbacks: 1. Option of smaller pillows should be looked into. The pillows in my room were so big that i got a severe neck pain. 2. At breakfast - when i ordered from the live counter, even after 20-23 mins I did not get my dosa. Time around 8:15 am. Else, it was as usual, very good. Cheers!!
