First and foremost, a big thank you to Priyanka Rawat. She looked after me and my team for the whole week, and put up with all my asks. The stay was great and served it purpose for my team; travelling party of 9. However, important to call out a few issues. Firstly, my first allocated room was on the construction zone side of the building and the lighting from next door constantly lit up my room. A move on day 2 was executed, so that was fine. Secondly, one of my staff had a "bed bugs" issue. His legs were left with many red bites and upon calling out the issue, he was moved to another room. However, this is a cleanliness issue. Lastly, twice we found hair in food from the downstairs restaurant. That is unhygienic and quite frankly disgusting. Overall, we were looked after and the stay for the whole week was enjoyed by my team. The food was great as always. Thank you again.

What could be better - Had a stomach flu after eating there during the stay, Rooms are old, no body lotion in the dispenser, bed aide tables too small, a/c control was not working What was good - convenient location, courteous staff

There was simply no system in booking cars for getting into the office. There was no pre-booking system. Towels in the room were terrible. Room service food was quite good. So well done there.

Breakfast, Room, Sleep Quality ... All good Only one suggestion - Reconsider the local car rental rates. Currently it's at par with Geneva rate. I found it really unreasonable and unfair.

It’s a getaway for me and family. We went for our anniversary staycation, the services are up to the mark. Their breakfast spread is really amazing and it’s a must try. Looking forward to more stay and relaxing weekends at Novotel Bangalore .
