Hi, My assistant booked by mistake for 3 nights. I made the check-in very late in the evening and signed the document without checking myself the dates (arrival/departure). The desk did not mentioned to me the stay was for 3 nights. When I asked the checkout at 7:30 am on Wednesday after 2 nights, the desk informed me that is was too late to cancel the 3rd night. I fully understand that there is a rule saying that the cancellation has to happen 24h before but considering it was very early in the morning and considering that Accenture is a very good client of this hotel, I don't understand why the reception desk was not able to propose a commercial gesture (in particular when the price of the room per night is expensive).
