First time in Brighton. Before check in to check out there were no issues or problems encountered. A special mention to Ploy, who is the one very helpful and taking a very good care of me during my stay- reply my email and try to fulfill my requests. Great Job - Ploy . Really appreciated. I also need to compliment as well the team working at the front desk like Maria, Esater ,iouel and Junior . They are all very friendly. Please make sure that these people are rewarded. Thank you!!!!! The staff were all polite and friendly, the location is great and the family room was spacious. A good selection for breakfast was only marred by it being very busy so the staff were struggling to keep up with demand. On the Monday we missed breakfast because we forgot the time was different, but the staff very kindly arranged something. The room could be improved with more power points!

The room and staff were wonderful but the stay itself was unfortunately made unbearable due to a school group that stayed on our floor (5th floor) They were incredibly rude and stayed up all night shouting and going from room to room slamming the doors. The staff tried to intervene without any success, the teacher stayed on a different floor and couldn’t be reached.

Not enough plug points in the room and none near the bed, doesn't seem well thought out. Some staff were very friendly but I experienced as well as overheard lots of 'no' to questions from people with a 'sorry but that is company policy' reasoning. That may well be the case but if it is there seems like a lot of unnecessary policies that are unfriendly, unhelpful and don't create a nice open, friendly atmosphere. It is nice to be nice and a little goes a long way but this was sadly not the case.

Overall very satisfying. Bed very comfortable. Shower powerful and nice and warm. Room spacious with everything we needed. Sleep a little disturbed by other guests who were somewhat noisy in the corridor and unfortunately an alarm went off at 1am....assumed it was a smoke alarm but it soon went off.

This hotel has got to be one of the best ibis hotels in the country, the staff are fantastic they are so friendly & helpfull & the hotel is very clean & there is only minor complaint is the hot Breakfast was not very hot, thankyou for doing vegie sausages. the location is great for the station & buses.

The location of IBIS was very suitable and travel friendly. But considering the size and type of rooms it is expensive without breakfast included in price. Material Cost of breakfast is not more than 3 or 4 £ approximately and many business travellers may not eat more than a bowel of cereal and an egg with a glass of juice. So it appears very miser at part of Management to exclude breakfast from the offer.

We had a complimentary night plus breakfast as I completed the questionnaire on a previous unsatisfactory visit. The room was lovely and clean and on a high floor as requested. Reception staff very polite. The only thing that was disappointing and worse than last time was the breakfast. There was no sliced bread for toast so I asked a member of staff to get some. She brought out stale bread which I told her to change. Ther was no scrabbles egg. The gentleman went into the kitchen to get some which took 10 minutes by this time everything I had on my plate was cold. The staff do not pay attention to what food needs to be put out before it is completely finished. I would stay at this hotel again but I definitely would not eat there

Dear Accor Hotels, I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Ibis Hotel. The staff was not only knowledgeable, but they went above and beyond to help cater to the needs of their clients. This included but was not limited to keeping suitcases safe for clients who need to check in at a later time, desk staff providing information on transportation and local places to purchase goods and food, and being generally warm, amicable, and approachable. Above and beyond: Sintiza adding finishing touches after making up the room, like leaving a note and an extra towel. Victor offering his assistance without being asked. Providing warm and friendly service, even in the middle of the night or early morning. Alessandro treats guest like they’re a member of his family. Jessica is so friendly, it was like we were long lost friends. Irea is sweet and goes out of her way to make sure you have all that you need and know how to get to where you are going. Their is a young lady with long black hair who was so joyful, it was contagious! From entry to exit, everything that I needed was provided for me and more. The staff and the service they provide exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making my first stay in the UK a pleasant and memorable one! Satisfied Customer

The check in involved a bit of a wait despite only one person being in front of us. Room was acceptable but seemed quite expensive for what we paid. Staff members were helpful but their English was a bit weak and they couldn't understand some of the things we asked. Our room was for 3 but only 2 towels and 2 cups wer provided so we had to ask for them. Special treat for booking direct was a nice touch.
