We stay at the Ibis Glen Waverly every year and are always happy with our room and the very friendly staff. It is great value for money , the rooms are quiet and the beds are amazing . We enjoyed a beautiful leisurely breakfast .

This time we were surprised to learn it was our thirtieth stay. So thank you for the chocolate cake in our room. We especially like the $1 breakfasts otherwise we go up the street because we do not really need much to eat early in the day

I stayed at Ibis Hotel for 2 weeks and the whole duration was fantastic. The staff are very accommodating to our queries and concerns which makes our stay there even more wonderful. The only thing that hinders me of giving 10 points is the room heater. I am staying at room 323 and I notice that it doesn't function properly and not consistent in giving the correct temperature. Since it is winter and I want a warmer room, I used to set it to 21 to 23 degrees but it always function at 17 to 18 degrees. I hope that you can check the room so the future guests can fully enjoy the stay at that room. Thanks!

Couldn’t check in as the duty manager was out (it was late). Stayed there due to the Ibis name and the certain level of comfort that I associate with that, unfortunately sadly mistaken. Old dirty room, terrible shower (very dirty and small), heating that was either 12 degrees or 30 degrees. Won’t be staying again

Check in was fine, carpark good, room not great, the wardrobe was cramped and looked like an afterthought. Bathroom shower alcove was clean but presented cheap, the basin rocked back and forth when leaned on to shave. The bed was ok, pillows where poor i.e. flat and uneven/lumpy. Room service was excellent and food quality was excellent.

Room was good. Dining was terrible with long waiting time for only 4 other people in the restaurant. Food Cold and basically inedible. When advised server, only Got an Im sorry.

Our stay was very pleasant. There were a couple of issues: 1. There was no ceiling light in the room. 2. There was only one additional pillow. 3. There was a limited number of Tea Bags, but a plethora of Coffee Serves.

Staff were warm and friendly just disappointing with my meal which was rather disappointing, the steak was more broiled than grilled, my 2 other colleagues had the similar experience when they both dined earlier that evening.
