The room was pleasant, the food in the restaurant very good, the coffee at breakfast was surprisingly acceptable and overall the experience was very pleasant but unremarkable. Until, that is, I discovered I had left my mobile phone in my room. I was running a workshop some 10km away and couldn't go back so I called the hotel and asked for the phone to be sent to me. One of the employees - I believe her name was Christelle or something similar - went out of her way to bring me the phone on her way home and refused my offer of a reward. I'd like to thank her very much for her exceptional customer service and congratulate IBIS on hiring and training such pleasant and responsive staff.

« Excellent, quick, efficient, all the services I needed were there »

I was very impressed and would plan to stay again as I visit the area for work. Everything was super quick and efficient, the room had everything I needed and I like that there is food available on site, etc. One small thing, I couldn't get ironing board to stay up/ kept falling down, but wasn't a big deal as I didn't have much ironing. Also, if there was room service/ delivery of food to room that would be great but then again if it impacted prices I might not be able to stay there!
