« It was not a great experience staying at your hotel »

The room was noisy, there was a sound which kept coming whole night. I was in room 325 and later shifted to 321 because i could not beer the mouse like scratching sound coming from the closet and fridge area whole night, the room 321 was not very silent either. The breakfast choice was pathetic, everyday same, if late after 9am, not at all good. Dinner fish and chips take away was soggy and very bad. No complementary water in the room. I keep on travelling around the world but your hotel experience had been the worse and I always regret to stay. The stay is only because your hotel is in Kmart preferred hotel list. The same feedback has been given to our office as well. I am hoping for an action.

Motel staff & cafeteria staff very helpful and friendly. Motel room and bathroom clean and well laid out. Down side - refrigerator in our room was a bit noisy during the night making it difficult for both of us to get a sound sleep. It also seemed to turn on and off too frequently. Apart from that, all good.

I felt very welcomed when I stayed. There was a personal welcome card in my room with a complimentary bottle of water which was lovely. The staff addressed by my name when I first walked in and that felt very welcoming. They remembered me from my last visit. I did find that the fridge in my room (502) was quite noisy, but everything else was great.
