The room was fine but for me the best part was the staff. Both checking in and on check-out everyone was very helpful and friendly. A plus for personnel.

Average. Poor service at check in. Given key that wouldn’t open my room so had to return to reception. Then at reception had to wait awhile as only 1 person on the desk. Also had to wait awhile at check out. Room was pretty clean but noticed something on the bed head that looked like smeared blood. Great choice of pillow softness/hardness. Good location.

An enjoyable stay. Very good location for us. Just a short walk to catch the Ferry. Stroll over to Darling Harbour or walk into the centre of town for some shopping. Hotel was clean and everyone looked after us.

The Ibis was a very convenient place to stay were there for NEW Years Eve and it was central to most things Could walk to Darling Harbour for fireworks. Close to China Town for Dinner although there was quiet a number of restaurants around.Could also walk to harbour bridge to see the fireworksThe room was comfortable bed & pillows gave a goodnights sleep. Staff were helpful & accomodating I would stay there again.

I stayed at Ibis King St Wharf for 4 nights for New Years in Sydney. Everything about the location of this Hotel is just perfect. Its very close to the Wynyard Train station (Take the Barangaroo Exit and just a short walk through to the hotel) . There are cafes, restaurants all around King St Wharf and Barangaroo. The hotel itself was quite clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Wonderful experience and highly recommended

super location to see the inner city of Sydney. Foot walk to the Sidney tower. Or the harbour and the Sydney opera. Directly in front of the hotel is a BigBus station, perfect for sightseeing. And in fact the Hotel staff is a perfect mixture between business and friendly relation

This is not the standard that we strive for within our hotel and I apologise for the occurrence. I am pleased however that our team was able to change the sheets as soon as they were alerted to the situation. With most standard hotels, a sink other than that within the bathroom is not common, so I would recommend an apartment style hotel such as a Mantra property might be better suited to your requirements for any future stays. A fantastic location , easy access to Wynyard Station and Barangaroo. Also a short walk to Darling Harbour and some nice restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with.The rooms are a tad small but the bed is extremely comfortable . Bathroom is also tiny.

The hotel was as expected. Great location to Barangaroo and in good walking distance to Darling Harbour and Wynyard Station. The bed was extremely comfortable. it's a shame the shower is so small , twice I scalded myself turning around I knocked the mixer , and I'm not a big person. The staff are extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel for someone who has no car, $55 a day is a little expensive, even for Sydney. Without that cost the location, close proximity to restaurants and activities, room, and staff maker this an ideal hotel to stay in for a short visit to Sydney.
