We had a great stay at Ibis Sydney King Street Wharf, the room was clean and modern and the staff at reception were very helpful. The parking across the street was discounted which was a bonus. The only downside was the size of the shower but in a central Sydney location you can't expect a huge amount of space. I would happily stay here again.

« Convenient and good place to stay »

Nice to be upgraded and have a bigger room, though it is between two busy roads, I didn't hear any traffic. Convenient for me to walk to most places and not far from the station to get to the airport. Not far from Barangaroo Reserve- a newly developed area- very scenic with a view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, just pass by all the construction its worth the walk.

« Great hotel - shame the car parking is so expensive »

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days in the hotel. Great room, great location. Car parking was very expensive and Accor needs to start shopping around for better deals with parking stations. We eventually got Secure in Sussex street for $40/night which is far better tha the $55 quoted by the hotel.

Great experience here, great location and service. Greatly appreciated the 2 free drink vouchers on arrival and the little touch of bring our drinks to us with a bowl on peanuts. Clean hotel, and rooms, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Very helpful when asked for direction at reception. Just need to ensure at Breakfast hour that if you are going to meeting that you get in early to miss the others that may not be staying in the hotel.

Stay was fine. However the toilet leaked. And the fact that it was next to the shower was gross and unhygienic. Didn’t want to be showering wearing thongs.

We spent 4nights in Ibis King St Wharf. We had everything we needed. Our room was in the 6th floor, with large windows but far from road noise, complete with a clean, comfortable nd good size bed, 4 pillows, aircon temperature control in room. Tea,coffee making, refrigerator, iron. The shower space was a bit too small, but toiletries nd hair drier were provided for our stay. Clean and soft towels supplied daily too. Very central location, just 2 minutes, from Darling Harbour, 5min to winyard station, restaurants, bars, cafes and all kinds of transportation just around there. Free wifi, and many chanels available to wtch in flat smart tv. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Only negative points: noise from work being doing in the ground floor by hotel neighbors that reached us a bit, but nothing major. Lack of drawers in room, small size of wardrobe. Windows do not open, lack of pool or gym. There is a bar on ground floor, with daily happy hour offers. They just missed good breakfast options really. There is also a dry cleaning service just next door, I haven’t used but is handy. Staff is just lovely in this hotel, they go far and beyond to accommodate guests request before, during and after your stay. We are couple , we been in Sydney for personal business and the hotel was nust what we need. We are totally satisfied for what we got for the price we paid. 10 times better than Airb... etc.

We were very pleased with the position in Barangaroo. We were very warmly greeted and treated throughout our visit. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is very compact but we had all we needed.......except, for the pillows...not good! Please invest in some decent pillows.

Only there for a night but was treated well. Food came quick and was good. Thr carparks were full and we had to wait but they kindly took the food charge off. Also extended the checkout. Nice one!

It was really good apart from one small thing, when the air conditioning was going the breeze would make the blind bang against the window constantly .. which was a bit annoying.
