My stay at ibis started off well with an early check in at 10:30 am - I did not expect to be able to get into my room so early, but went to the hotel on the offchance that I would be able to. It was so helpful as I was able to get changed and store my luggage after being up very early to catch a train to Sydney. The staff were so helpful, the room was so cute and cosy and absolutely spotless. Considering it is basically in the middle of the city, it is incredibly quiet in the room as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Arrived at the hotel and was warmly greeted by the hotel staff. Room was definitely spacious enough for me as I was travelling alone. If there were 2 people I would have thought was still big enough. The room was clean, tidy and everything was working in it. I was satisfied with the Bar, breakfast and lounge. The hotel is in close proximity to a lot of things in the CBD so was pretty happy with my overall experience. I would use the hotel again.

Rooms are quite small which I can deal with however my room had absolutely no cold water pressure at all. The water just dribbled out the taps making it very hard to shower without it being scalding hot.

My stay, the room and the staff were all lovely. While the breakfast options were minimal it was still really nice food and actually quite enjoyed it! Well done. I had a little difficulty when changing my booking when my work trip was unexpectedly shortened. I did this over the phone a few days before I arrived. At other Ibis and Accor hotels, I've never had a problem with changing bookings, however here I was told I wasn't going to be refunded for nights I wasn't going to be staying there for. As a platinum Accor member, I would have thought changes to booking wouldn't ever be a problem. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, and the hotel eventually said they would refund me.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I have been given the same room, albeit a different floor which is tiny and horribly noisy as it faces the road, and traffic begins around 5am.

I had a great stay overall; the room was clean except for a few breadcrumbs under the bed when I first checked in. The shower and bathroom was neat and tidy; the air con was a little noisy but other than that it was okay. The room was very small, which was okay for this stay as I didn't spend much time in the hotel. If I was staying for a longer amount of time or not travelling for business, I'd prefer a bit more space. The location of the hotel was fantastic! We spent a fair bit of time exploring Barangaroo and surrounds for dinner / breakfast etc which was great.

I found all staff at the King Street Wharf Ibis very pleasant and helpful. We had baggage of an expensive nature (musical instruments) that had to be placed in storage for a while and they were very accommodating.
