Fine. No frills. Convenient. Terrifying elevator. The movement was smooth but it makes the most alarming noises I've ever heard ! Please do something about it.

We booked this hotel for location as we were going on a dinner cruise leaving from King Street wharf - we upgraded to King bed and breakfast - and for breakfast we get a egg and bacon wrap for $30 - your kidding - very dissapointing and an absolute rip off We travel a lot and stay in a lot of motels and always receive a buffet breakfast or made to order . Unless I missed this in your booking, had I known we would just receive a "wrap" and a cup of coffee for breakfast I would held onto my $30 and gone to a local cafe !

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us, we try to be as transparent with our in dining options and our cafe style breakfast as possible, but we do offer coffees in a real cup as well as takeaway cups, I apologies if this was not offered to you. One of our sister property ibis Darling Harbour offers full buffet breakfast and that may be suiting you better. Stay was a little disappointing. Car parking for $55 over night, way over priced. Also paid extra for breakfast and expected buffet but was only 3 items off limited menu. Room was modern but very small.

We often stay at this hotel - lots of restaurants nearby & right in the CBD. Only downside is the parking is very expensive.

The location is ideal for our business trip to Sydney. The rooms are small but adequate. The lounge area is great for waiting and also working in.

The stay was pleasant. The staff were commendable in dealing with a door issue that eventually required a battery replacement late into the evening.
