« Very helpful team and comfortable room »

On arrival, the receptionist was very nice and efficient. Our room was quiet and comfortable. All the members of staff were most helpful and kind, especially when I was became unwell suddenly and they called an ambulance for me. Fortunately the probkem was not serious and I was able to go back to your very good hotel.

« New rooms are nice, but Wi-Fi is terrible »

Nice new privilege room, with minibar offered. The WiFi is completely unacceptable because it forbids access to securely connected site (e.g. my professional webmail access page) as well as Whatsapp and Skype. It is really top much to ask to keep in touch with one's family while being on a business trip over Wi-Fi connections? It got also a bit awkward when on the third night of my stay I notice that the minibar wasn't filled up again. Upon calling the receptionist around 23h when I was back in my room, the answer was that this was common policy in all hotels (I stayed last year 80+ nights in Accor hotels), which is a plain lie. The receptionist sent then the lady doing the bar to my room with a plateau of drinks offered. Nice gesture but very irritating behaviour before. The fact that the welcome drink can no longer be used at the courtepaille restaurant also seems as a useless limitation, in any case it saved me and my colleague a meal in this restaurant (we didn't go, which we used to do upon arrival on Monday night). Sadly the changes since my last stay didn't improve things. Also it would be nice to have a small gym in the hotel.

We forgot a coat with some personal stuff in it after check out. When we realized, we phoned the hotel to explain. The team found and kept the coat til we picked up in the evening. Very professional and empathetic team

« Great location when travelling through France »

We stayed at this hotel on our journey from Spain to Holland. Excellent accommodation and staff. Food good at on-site restaurantand excellent breakfast. Swimming pool available too which is always a bonus.

Excellent , spotlessly clean room, Luxurious bed linen. Helpful receptionists. Most terrible restaurant service unfriendly unprofessional and amateurish, with a couldn't careless attitude. Food waiting for collection for some minutes on the servery after being cooked, none of the staff seemed to bother to deliver it while it was hot. A man sitting on his own had his plate dumped down on the far end of his table by a waitress passing by. He had to reach and get it himself. Even paying was a problem , consequently we left no tip, first time ever! Breakfast ,excellent with a good selection.. Don't eat in the restaurant for an evening meal unless you have to.
