We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights at Pinnacle Valley. It is a picturesque site, set amongst the foothills of Mt Buller with the autumn trees in full colour during April. The room decor was tasteful, there were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained and the staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile.

Staff were great! Apartment needs a refresh / updating. Enjoyed our time eventhough we cut it one day short. For us it is simply too isolated. May well be different during snow period. Even then it is a long winding dangerous narrow road to the top.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The chalet I stayed in was excellently maintained with all modern and updated facilities. In my opinion this is the best hotel to stay at in the Mansfield region. Very close th Mt Buller
