We only stayed one night but everything was okay. A few minor things that require Maintenance were noted ie. One of the two top shower screen fixings was off completely. The drain cover for the shower was just lying in the tray. There was a patch of mould under the window . One of the window catches was hanging off. Small Things but if maintenance is slack an establishment can go down hill rapidly. Staff. We were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

We were really only there to to sleep. Had to be up and out at 7:30am. Didn't have time for breakfast. It was a last minute emergency booking. The room was fine, basic but nice and clean and the staff were pleasent. I would say it was a nice stay and I would hesitate to stay again in the future.

Staff were nice. Room basic but clean. Bed, horrific and felt like sleeping on concrete and left myself and my husband with joint pain the next day due to how hard the bed was.

Vastly overpriced. We stayed at the Ibis in Cambridge recently and as far as standards go there is no comparison. Had we stayed in York before Cambridge, we would never consider staying at an Ibis again.

The check in was quick and efficient. The room although they are basic (which we know) was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and a great assortment of food, the hot food was hot and fresh. All in all an enjoyable stay.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The stairway carpet has seen better days and made us think that the rooms might be dirty but, as stated, the room was clean.
