It is very nice hotel for all purpose i.e. very near to the both domestic and international airports followed by attached to the city. This property is situated in the heart of the city and from here you can go anywhere in the Mumbai by any meance of transport. Hotel staffs are good and friendly and rooms are neat and clean. Of course size of the rooms are little small but manageable.

1. The room was damp and smelling musty on all the days. 2. Breakfast had limited options. 3. Service in restaurant was poor except on first day. 4. On 12th March, during breakfast time, the order placed took more than 20 minutes to be delivered, so eventually we had to leave and go without having it. On 13th March also, order placed for 2 omelets took more than 25 minutes ( excuses given by manager stating that buffet clearance has happened and all staff is busy, whereas we were the only 2 guests who had placed order at that time as restaurant was empty). And eventually when served, one had to be returned for being extremely salty. 5. The staff in general seems to be having casual attitude all across barring couple of exceptions. 6. It was observed that foreigner guests are looked after well / given priority over Indian clientele. 7. On 12th March, despite having placed DND door knob, laundry person kept knocking the door continuously which was totally unacceptable. 8. 2 staffs called to ask for our check-out time. On both occasions, when we asked for standard check-out time, it took 2 times to make the staff understand what we are actually asking.

I was first given a horrible room on the 2 Nd floor, which was smelly, and musty. I did not stay 5 minutes as am allergic to smoke and mold. . The girl st front desk did not even ask if I have a preference for smoking non smoking room. At 12:30 midnight I had to shift rooms again. Was not happy? As I had just come off 16 hour flight! 2nd room was ok, on 7 th fat from smoke! Thanks to porter who stayed up move me to other room with luggage. Ibis close to Airport anc breakfast buffet good enough

We arrived very late in the night and the check in process was impeccable, very accommodating and quiet room was assigned. In the morning the gentleman that check us out was amazing, knowing that I work for the company he agreed to storage our luggage for few days until we came back from Delhi and he arranged a taxi for us. everything was perfect. Kudos to everyone!!

Overall positive experiences - clean room, quiet night. but minor small inconveniences - complimentary airport shuttle is only for selected bookings (so i took uber), and only 1 international adaptor for loan (for my UK Macbook charger).

It was not at all good. When entered into the room, lights were making noise. Have to make request about it and later someone fixed it. curtains were falling again and again causing sunlight to enter room which made difficult to sleep. Apart from that, rest was all only OK.

too many mosquitoes in my room had to finally change the room at nite suggest you do pest control and i really didnt njoi my stay there very disappointed. Buffet was not available on saturday afternoon the thali we ate was also not so good.

Not Good not bad. Rooms are not comfortable. Chair to work is highly uncomfortable, no doubt a cushion was arranged but it was not of much use. Dinner menu is absolutely ridiculous. It forces one to go out for dinner. Toothpaste given to me was so old that it was hard as rock.

The hotel rooms were quite small in size as compared to the room tariff charged. Moreover, on considering the existing tariff rate, the customers should not be expected to separately pay for their breakfast. It should be provided on complimentary basis to all customers, as provided by almost every big hotel.

« Nothing very good. Very basic. AC did not cool. »

It was an overnight stay. Room AC did not cool. By the time I realized this it was too late in the night and did not want to pack and repack. Rooms should be checked after every check out and should only be given if it is in 100 percent condition.
