« A bad experience »

I used the room 520 between two flights (5 pm to 1 am) just to rest a bit. Room with a terrible musty smell. I could not rest and worse than that the room environment triggered my asthma, and I had a very bad flight back home.

I am always pleasantly surprised with the quality of staff at Accor/Ibis hotels. This cannot be just one off location as I have stayed for 3 months, every week in Dusseldorf, Germany hotel and few more times at the Ibis hotel in Bombay for the last couple of years. This shout goes to the consistent quality of service staff that this organisation hires and trains. Thanks for the great service from the front office team; Mihir, Nitin, Faiz and Apporva etc.

Value for money paid. Room service is too slow. Tandoor was not working after 11PM. Price of a simple tawa chapati was INR110 (it's not a garlic butter naan) .. wow! That's more than what we pay at foreign country restaurants. Frankly, its not worth more than INR40. The bathroom was too shoddy and the shower was bad. Not enough towels and toiletries provided pro-actively.

« I can't really say if I'm satisfied or gratified ? »

The front Desk staff is very welcoming. While I'm getting my bags scanned through stepping inside the hotel, Wesley has already printed my check-in sheet and kept it ready for me to sign it. I've stayed here in this hotel many a times but this level of efficiency is remarkable. One must come and see Milton set the breakfast buffet 30 mins before they open. He walk through the entire restaurant like the wind blowing away all the eating counter in place. The restaurant staff too are really great at their work. The level of customer service with right amount of professionalism is what come to served hot. The Security guards too are really prompt to help with the bags and never fail to greet you on your way in or out of the hotel.

Drove in with our own car. No immediate acknowledgement or porter service. Check in took too long. Not very confident receptionist. Started creating sharer profiles where he could have done that later after giving us keys. No seating available in the lobby area. Was travelling with an elder. (Could have offered to seat in the restaurant). Interconnecting room was offered which we accepted but the interconnecting door wasn't opened by default. We called 3 times as we'd also got locked out of the second room. ( took more than 45 mins) Only 1 key was given for double occupancy. When we went out later in the evening, the valet got us someone else's car against the ticket we gave. We were asked to pay for parking. And they only let us go when we told them we were staying. 20 mins it took to just get our car and go. Best experience: The HK attendant with whom I placed the iron and board request. He quoted 5 minutes and he made it within that. I wish I got him name. Small guy with a moustache. Overall, didn't feel value as I'd have got similar experience if booked a cheaper OYO room.

Hi Kindly take my negative comments to improve your services ! Firstly let me say the positive - Checking woz smooth, Room woz clean & Food excellent! The room woz smelly, No any extra toiletries ,Wifi not available every time even Aftr callng staff @ times,20% discount on food woz given only Aftr reminding staff, the discrepancies in amount quoted by 3 staff in the final bill where I had to note & ask FO Staff wth an apology though! Lastly You should have offered a complimentary pick up & drop off where I woz given in Ibis Mumbai being a regular transit customer Wothin the same rated room! Anyway myself being worked in the hotel industry in India I think every customer feedback should be considered & valued & expects every customer to be a repeated customer depending on the quality of service & worth the money of stay... Anyway Sorry for such a feed back ...

I had booked the double room but got a twin room. I couldn't sleep the whole night due to bad air con and uncomfortable bedding. The room was smelly as if it was never opened to air. Had to ask for bathroom slippers and toothpaste. Next afternoon I had to request the staff to give me a double room which I had booked originally.

The staff very serious. They should be trained well. Housekeeping staff Amit was very good and also the security very good. Front office staff and restraunt staff are not trained. Very bad check in experience and bad check out. The staff are in their own world dont acknowledge or anticipate.
