« Small room, overpriced but reasonable breakfast »

The room was v small and had a basin in the corner and no carpet. Very basic for around £100 a night or more. However, breakfast was better than expected and the best part of the stay.

I have stayed here often before when I have an early flight. This time it was very expensive (even without breakfast) - much more than I would expect from a budget hotel - but I had little choice because of time of flight and the location is of course ideal. Check in and check out were quick and the room was quiet, but I was a bit disappointed with service in the restaurant. People who came in after me were seen to before me and I had to chase up my order as it seemed to have gone missing.

Although clean and tidy room too cramped. This was supposed to be a double-occupancy room. No storage space. Four 'no steal' coat hangers are not enough. No tea/coffee/water facilities. Only one large bath sheet per person: no hand towels. Socket for provided hair dryer nowhere near a mirror. One stool, no chair. No table, only a ledge.

I had already checked in online so was quickly given the keys but when I went up too room it hadn't been cleaned from previous guests. Towels all over floor and dirty bed unmade. I h ad to go down to see manager who came back up with me to check. He then went back to get me another room key. Also I paid for 2 hot chocolates and 2 teas but no one knew how the use the posh coffee machine so I had to get out of the breakfast area machines. No refund given. I see on trip adviser the room thing has happened to other people too.

Booked airport hotel very last-minute after a missed flight. Check-in was smooth, room was basic but functional and comfortable. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice and delicious. Happy with our stay.

I use this hotel regularly for events at the Genting Arena but this time it was different. The fast track check in was pointless because you still have to queue behind others that havn't pre paid. There now isn't any facility in the room for tea or coffee, they have a communal area on the first floor. Lastly they no longer offer a discount voucher for the car park.This is the final time I will be using this hotel which is a shame because it was a good value hotel.

Due to out location we do not have our own car park, all of the car parks near by are owned and maintained by third parties, who also decide on the prices. Not long ago we used to receive discount codes from the owners of the near by car parks, but unfortunately we are no longer supplied with those. We understand how this is affecting our customers and we are currently working on agreement in order to offer discounted rates for our guests.
