The hotel is Ok. The bed smelled not fresh, the handle of the window was broken and the provided soap is not so nice. I find it all poor for what you pay

From a pleasant and courteous greeting at check-in, to the same at my departure, I also encountered similar kind and professional service each morning by the restaurant personnel, and even by the parking attendants when retrieving my vehicle from the parking garage. A few months ago, I stayed at an Ibis in Hong Kong, and the attention/attendance I received in Itajai, Brazil, was a mirror reflection of there. Accor obviously has their customer service training honed to perfection. While I rated my stay a 9 out of 10, it would more accurately be a 9.9! I never give a rating of 10, because I wouldn't want any company to keep striving to improve (but truly, there is little Accor/Ibis needs to improve on). With an excellent value in pricing, while simple accomodations, the room always clean and modern, and a courteous staff, what's there not to like?!? Keep up the good work!

The service was good. I liked the location next to supermarkets, restaurants and the beaches. I just suggest to the valet team be faster and hire more personnel. Some cars were parked in the corridor of the main entrance with no parking cause there were not enough people to park them.

I really like Ibis Hotel because I know what I will get. A good room for a good price always in a great location next to restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets. The hotel was clean and the price affordable. The service was goood too

Nice place near downton and not so far from the beach, people that works there were so friendly. Easy access from other cities, although the rooms are very small we were relatively comfortable. Breakfast was good.

My boyfriend and I was recognized the very minute we entered the front door. We were all the time asked if we were okay and if we needed anything. The mornings were always started with greetings from everyone. Always polite and smiling. The hotel (Ibis Navegantes Itajaí) will always be our hotel choice number one. I loved them in both May and October, and they will be loved just as much in the future ❤️ No complaints what so ever!

First room was not clean and not meeting my reservation requirements. As the hotel was almost fully booked, they changed to another room, which it was clean, but again not meeting my reservation requirements, which request a room with the street view and we were located on opposite side.

The hotel was pretty noisy, and apparently the walls are not isolated. I can even hear the toilet flushing and sound of bath from my neighbors, or intimate moments. Also, after midnight there was an excessive talking and laud conversation. This transform my period in the hotel a noise nightmare.

I have the impression that the maid service could be better, cleaner and with the provision of towels, soaps and shampoos suited to the number of members of the room, which was inadequate and is truly worth repairing for the quality of the hotel.

The attendant at front desk that made mine check in and my coworker need to be more kind, she appears so sad with very poor attention. Second we had to send clothes to clean, because the urgency that we have to drive and drop at the laundry that make the third part to the hotel and we agree to pickup next day, but the laundry person called the hotel next day in the morning just soon after we made our checkout, we had to return to hotel and they charge extra R$ 124.00, we paid the rate R$ 121 with breakfast, we felt stolen and cheated and we will never return to the hotel and have been advising all our coworkers and fried to avoid Ibis at Itajai. Its a pith because we like the Ibis, but this experience was very bad.
