IBIS never send to you your receipt They say will go to send it by email but if you don't ask it you will never receive.Breakfast is expensive and NEVER is ready at start that should be at 06:30AM, so you pay for it but if you want it complete wait until 07:30 or more.Really disapointing.

Our stay was excellent, great value for money. The hotel is well located, right in the center of Macapá, with easy access to shops, restaurants and transportation. The breakfast is worth the price. The amenities offered are in accordance with the accommodation category. The staff are courteous and attentive. The atmosphere is nice and clean.

The hotel is in need of updating and repair. The paint on the walls in the rooms is marked. The sheets and towels smell funny. The staff is not very friendly. The internet is very slow. The hotel really needs updating in all aspects.

I have stayed on Ibis Macapa (check in 05/09/17; check out 06/09/17) and I have been informed that I would receive my receipt ("nota fiscal eletronica") via email; nevertheless, today is 12/09/17 and I have not yet received it. i have tried to contact the hotel via telephone (+5…) unsucessfully. Could you please kindly onward my receipt via email.

« This hotel has become run down and is not maintained to Ibis standards. »

I have been staying here for the last 3 years. Since that time, the hotel has slowly deteriorated. They do not maintain it or keep it up to date. The internet service is very poor and you must go to lobby to get any kind of a connection. The rooms have a terrible musty smell and the air conditioning sometimes does not work. It certainly is not up to the Ibis standards.

the staff was good. the room tidy.the breakfast was average. i have booked the room with breakfast included but at the hotel they made me pay for the breakfast. so i have paid the breakfast twice so i have been robbed by ibis.it was the only bas thing.

This hotel exceeds the focus on business customers! Attendants are always polite and friendly! But what overwhelms me is the shower! Good temperature at all times, all the time! Water pressure is amazing! It really stresses out after a long working day! I wish I had the design to place it at home! Congratulations!

air condition wasn't 100% working. the floor had a lot of humidity the room was smelling my laundries were misplaced, tagged to another room, If I didn't arrive there first, I would have some missing clothes
