terrible stay, fraudulent booking made for me after I left!

Terrible hotel, bad location, does not deliver the absolute bare minimum like locating the reservation straight away, working internet, or even towels in the room. Utter lack of care and thoughtfulness. Even worse, someone made a fraudulent booking for another stay on in my name after I left and no-one at the hotel will take this seriously. Hope I can get my company to book me anywhere else when I return to Campo Grande.

The hotel looked old and (not so well) refurbished. Water stains on the walls next to the window. Bathroom needs to be updated and the box sealed. Breakfast was ok though. Check in was great, by the way.
