I was badly surprised with the overall condition of the room, dirty walls and doors matching, as well as by the food I have ordered. Soup and Caesar salad. That has never occurred in a Novotel Hotel abroad.

Pleasant stay with friendly staff and a good breakfast. Only thing that prevented a 10 was that I had one pisco sour, which was the last one the bar had that evening so my colleagues could not experience one.

« Needs urgent renovation »

I’m used to stay at Novotel San Isidro frequently for business trips during the last 8 years. However, from one of the best options in Lima it’s becoming an outdated and poor service hotel. The shower was leaking, the mattress now is uncomfortable, the checkout service took ages and many other small details that shows that this hotel is being forgotten by Accor and its managers.
