It was quite a bit noisey on the top floor with the air conditioner or what units were up there making a noise all night but our stay was wonderful and we had so much help and friendliness from your front end staff. Also the people in the breakfast area were outstanding. Thank you to everyone.

I noticed that you claim to save water by not replacing the towels if not requested. However, every single day of my stay I found folded towels that I am not sure they were new or the ones I left hanging.

I want to compliment the guest staff. Concierge Giovanni Zapata went way above and beyond what he needed to do to meet our needs!! The rest of the guest staff was also understanding of our 24-hour delay in going to the airport and worked to make us comfortable. Also the food is beyond that of other hotels we stayed in in Peru!!

The food was amazing, lots of gluten free and vegetarian options. Breakfast buffet really wowed me and I loved the gluten free pasta. All the soup looked delicious but unfortunately I couldn't have it due to dietary restrictions. Some vegan soup options would have been nice. The only other disappointment I found was the "steam room". I would have much rather preferred a sauna or a hot tub. The steam room didn't get quite hot enough without losing sight of the door. Overall a very ppleasant stay, would highly recommend to friends and family.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. I thought I had purchased a suite rather than an executive room for my eight night stay. The executive room was comfortable, though I think I would have liked more space. Convenient and clean, and most importantly for me, I could not hear any noises from the street or from the guests next door. I also enjoyed the food provided at the restaurant both for room service and for inviting family and friends for dinner. It would be good to make available a better breakfast room service for guests. I do not like buffet food (makes me ill to think that people are touching or breathing over food, or sneezing). The hotel staff staff was friendly, efficient and professional. I liked that the staff spoke both Castilian and English. One staff member, when I checked in, seemed to have a problem with the fact that I had not purchased the stay directly from the hotel chain Web site, which bothered me and made me think: oh! I am not going to get the type of room I paid for, or will be treated differently by staff because I purchased the stay through United Airlines. Karin was rude and did not explain why she had to make a copy of my passport. I was tired and I did not see the point she was trying to make (that I had not paid the "real" price for the room); I had purchased the entire trip via United Airlines because it is very convenient to purchase everything through one Web site. Anyway, the other staff members I encountered changed my opinion of the hotel and they explained why the hotel needs a copy of guests passports; everyplace has a rotten apple. The restaurant staff, waiters, and room service were also great. Where the hotel fails in the impression it makes is the staff they have at the entrance - outside in the taxi booth. The guys there seemed to me to be laughing at the guests arriving at the hotel. Later this was confirmed by my relatives who understood perfectly what these guys said: making reference at the fat bodies of my relatives coming out of the taxi cab, and then attempting to speak in English as a joke. Completely unacceptable! Clumsy oafs.

« Comfortable rooms, friendly staff »

Stayed in 2 different rooms, the first was roomy and felt very luxurious. The second stay significantly less space and felt less luxurious. Staff was friendly and helpful the whole time (5 star quality staff) and the hotel was well kept. Biggest issue was its location, not close to much do you either had a longer walk or short drive to get to shopping, site seeing, or restaurants.
