We spend 10 days in a 2 bed suite on 3rd level. Overall experience was excellent with helpful staff and great amenities for the price paid. Room was of a high quality and clean. Highlights: -large living space friendly staff -good breakfast and all meals were of high quality -Air-conditioning and wifi were good. Potential improvement areas: -lift has mechanical issues on a number of occasions -pillows were too thin. Should have options -bed was very firm and creaked -main pool needed maintenance with pool tiles coming loose when stepped on. -would be great to have peanut butter and vegamite spreads as options.

Hotel is pleasant although some facilities are a bit tired. We had three rooms - in one the telephone did not work and in another the air con was broken. The spa is very nice and spa staff very good, but it was not possible for us to get appointments to use our spa vouchers. Breakfast was good in the restaurant but the buffet dinners were not good. We had much better meals by going to Bali Collection.

Lovely staff / customer service. Pathway upgrades seem to be happening efficiently and look great. We were on a Scoopon deal, and were unable to book in our full allocation of massages. I was in Room 7306 - the hallway needs to be repainted. It has been 'touched up' with the wrong colour so looks a bit of a mess, and lets down what is a nice room. Wish there were more 'Indonesian' options on the poolside menu, rather than the standard burgers etc.

Room 2201. We were disappointed with the bathroom with no walk in shower. The bath was really high for us to climb into. Our daughters 2 bathrooms were so much better. It was a real shame we couldn’t gain our Accor points as we booked through a travel agency.

Great hotel in a great area. Kids 7 and 9 both enjoyed it. The room was amazing and we found the staff helpful and polite. The only negatives was the bed, everytime we moved in bed it would creak against the floorboards, so for us, we had broken sleep. Pricing, would be good if the price included all taxes instead of XX++

We were only passing through for 4 days on our way back home, we have a 5 and 1yo and the location was great. The complex within the IDTC Nusa Dua felt safe, clean, didn't smell like the rest of Bali. Our kids had a ball at the hotel, we didn't use Kids Club at all, they loved the pool and beach club. We arrived at about 9pm so the kids were exhausted, we were pleasantly surprised to have our room upgraded. That was a lovely addition to our hotel and really made it special.

Staffs were great. However I’m Unsatisfied with the condition of the villa particularly the bathroom. More than one bath towels were old and had yellow stained on it. Shower, bath tub and sink had scum and stain on it. It puts me off from using the bath tub. The folding door in the main bedroom can not close properly. Needs fixing. Generally the villa was old and run down needs upgrading

Had a wonderfully relaxing time here, room was amazing and spotless, spa treatments great. Pool was amazing with lots of shade. The gardens were so lush and beautiful. The staff were wonderful. We loved the location and the shuttle to the beach club and Bali collection. There were a few things that could be improved. A few things need maintenance like the cracked sink in our bathroom, loose tiles in and around the pool. The bed was a little uncomfortable and very creaky with the slightest movement, pillows were a little lumpy, all towels for the bool, beach club and room were very old - these all need replacing. The breakfast was pretty good but could be improved with fresher and better quality food. The food at the resort restaurant for dinner was not very nice and needs improvement. No fault of the resort, but as a couple without children we found there to be too many rough/screaming kids in the pool - it would be wonderful if you could make the bottom smaller pool an adults only pool. These are very minor things though. A lovely resort and great value for money. We plan on returning next year.

We enjoyed our stay a few things I think need to be done to improve. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment with private pool as we are a family of 5. The kitchen facilities need to be improved there was no hot water in kitchen for us to wash dishes or a microwave for heating food for the children. I would of thought being an apartment of this size it would of had all the necessary facilities to accommodate a family.

It was nice but the hotel is primary family friendly , not for a couples . Good location but little bit outdated.
