« Not a great place to stay »

Booked a 1 bed apartment through the Accor website for 2 x adults and 2 x children. when we arrived I was told there was no bed for one of my children and we would have to pay extra per night. Not happy! All other hotels booked through the website won't allow if there are not enough beds for 4 guests. Another issue is the major lack of pool beds, no towels removed and all taken by 9.30am during busy periods. We spent the entire week not having 1 day beside the pool. No signs to remove towels if not used after a period of time.

Resort was lovely however I felt as though there was not enough facilities to occupy all the guests. You could never get a lounger around the pool ever.

Room service food service & cleaners looking after our room where great. Our room wasnt ready upon arrival, we waited some 4 hours at the pool - spending $150+ on food & beverage trying to appease my children who needed sleep from our flight. We where given a room upgrade, I requested a late & "complimentary juice" Staff personally are lovely but they are pressured with the delays or influx of people at reception in the busy periods Breakfast daily was average - typically cold or is short supply Pool was clean & not over powering with chemicals - towels again average, worn or threaded on edges.

Overall we had a great holiday - enjoyed the accommodation, pools, and friendly staff. In spirit of continuous improvement, the areas for improvement would be: 1) Timely check-in: our room was not available until after the 2pm advertised time. 2) Food service at both restaurant and room delivery took long on almost every occasion 3) concierge service to provide recommendations and support felt lacking 4) trip to pool under construction

« Fantastic resort in with good location »

We had 4 great days in Novotel. It's a great hotel woth kids. There's a big pool and the beach club is in a short drive with the shuttle bus. As Accor member we get upgraded from a 1 bedroom suite to a 4 bedroomsuite so we get a very spacious room. All the hotel was very clean and the staff was always helpfull and very friendly. Even after the earthquake the staff come to explain what to do and giving advice. Breakfast is good only can be very crowded with the many familys and children. We had a wonderfull time in Novotel Nusa Dua

It was nice but compared to other hotels nearby it was dated and expensive. Service was pretty average as we had to ask for rooms to be cleaned everday.

Very good atmosphere, staff were friendly and always helpful. Our kids are quite young so it was a bit difficult to eat out and the room service menu was average quality. The poolside menu was great and more our style of food for the holiday. The themed dinner nights were a bit hit and miss for us. Good clean room and staff were very accommodating to our kids and friendly. Information for transfers to Bali collection and the beach were a little confusing when and were they occurred. Breakfast menu pancakes and waffles could not come out quick enough as they were popular and would be eaten immediately. Very kid friendly and helpful when asking questions. Quality people employed

Only neg would b the towels on the lounges people put them down and take off i know it happens allover the world Kho samui hotel sign says towels not to b used to reserve around pool area i heard a few guests complaining we are sort of over it but would be nice to have a GOOD spot sometimes-as per usual love the people of Bali first time stay in Nusa wont be last thru the accor group and to the German lady stuffing all those pancakes into your bag every morning at a buffet brekkie Wow.

excellent, great for family and time for adults as well. Disappointing with people reserving pool lounges with towels meaning no one could use, and there were alot of towels sunbathing, other resorts we have been to do not allow this which means there is a good turnover of seat use.

It was good, quit place to stay, swimming pool good and clean, there is some activities like kids activities , bicycle riding, they have shuttle bus to the nusa dua beach and to Bali collection , room is big and clean , tolite very big , the breakfast was normal not much variety , WiFi in room was good, over all hotel is very good and I would recommend to stay

« Once again very much enjoyed our stay, this property has a very "feel good" appeal. »

Our room upgrade lovely and the view beautiful. The staff from Gardeners to Reception, Restaurant to Senior Management were all so very friendly and helpful. Our request for pillows and welcome drinks were supplied to our room as we were not arriving until midnight were all taken care off. We had our hot water service broke and within 10 minutes of our phone call 3 maintenance staff were there to fix it which too some hours. Our main negatives were the condition of the toilets at your restaurant not being cleaned and supplies replaced with the volume of occupancy etc. The dirty conditions from the morning were still the same as evening with no replacement of hand paper towels and soap dispenser and most of the toilets not flushing. Both coffee machines malfunctioned everyday which we all need our morning coffee.

Great place to stay with kids. Food average. Service slow. Kids club, pool area great. Beach beautiful. Not too far by shuttle bus. Very regular shuttle to beach. Service at reception excellent. Would def go back.
