It was pleasant, very nice room. However, it would be much more beneficial for us to check-in at an earlier time. I feel that 2 o’clock is too late. Because of the busy schedule, it might be understandable.

Overall very good. Rooms were a bit dated and could be modernised. Not really a 5* standard. Room had kitchen but not enough crockery (although more was provided on request). No toaster so had to use room service to toast bread.

Good. Pickup from the Airport was troubled, we could not find the Novotel signed driver. Our booking in Australia showed breakfast was included but at the Hotel that was not the case. You are not responsible for this, I understand.

Hi, We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 7 nights. Whilst the hotel seemed on the older side, the standard was still very good. The décor and openness with daily cleans and bed sheets brought this hotel up to a very good level. We have a family so the only thing I could encourage is if the parents by ''my drinks package'' allow them to use the alcohol side of things at a 2 hour window of their choosing not the stipulated 8-10pm window, as you well know that is definitely the time when a family is winding down and all tired. I think this freedom would be a positive.

On the whole the hotel is good, although it is due a refurb in some areas soon. The room sizes are great and on the whole the staff are great. there was a mix up with a theme night we had booked for the last night (which was part of our package). We booked through reception and saw the receptionist phone the beach bar, but when we got there the following night as we had booked we were told we had no reservation. We then waster much of the night getting back to the hotel and having to go through the story with several people, all of whom couldn’t make a decision on whether we could get a meal elsewhere. It was a real shame that a lack of leadership and communication tainted an otherwise brilliant stay.

It was good experience, fast check in and check out. Cleanliness was well preserved, nice staff at front office and concierge but need improvement at restaurant because they seemed to neglect empty dishes. Food taste was good but need to add more menu.
