Attended a two-day conference in Bali at the ITDC Nusa Dua complex. Novotel was perfectly located witjon walking distance of the conference centre as well as the south exit to the buzzing night life. Great check-in service and hospitality staff.

Our 6th stay at Novotel Nusa Dua, two of those with family. A great place to stay with or without family members but the younger family members are the ones who have the most fun. The service of all hotel staff is nothing short of great. Thank you very much to everyony and see you next year.

I loved my stay the pool the breakfast everything was great, the only thing that was a negative was to find out that the staff when training work for free for the first 6 months an when they do get paid its pittens. When you make tourists pay normal prices like what i would pay at home you expect the staff to get paid better especially because they are so hard working and make the experience great.

The beach was to far away. Staff friendly but when I asked for toothbrush or lotions they said no not have. The reception said they do on arrival.

Loved the pool, kids playground and friendliness of all staff especially the cleaners. The food was disappointing. Lots of choice and variety but vthe quality was so bad that sometimes we threw it in the bin. We ate using room service, at the breakfast buffet and at the main restaurant for dinner.

We stayed at the resort for 10 days in a 2 bedroom apartment and had a great time. Our 3 year old Daughter has food allergies and the restaurant staff were fantastic in making sure her food was prepared properly. the pool is amazing and the rooms were spacious and well kept.

OK, got what we paid for, Poor service, would wait for a drink for ever, tour took over the hotel so normal guests were pushed aside, breakfast was a zoo when the tour arrived pleasent before that.

Our check in was a long process (wait) after travelling with two young children. Then to be surprissed with a request to deposit funds to draw from which at the time I thought was weird and which later became a major issue. Getting ajoining rooms with my mother who came on holidays with us was great as it made it easy for the kids to move between rooms. Coffee machines at breakfast kept having issues, we tried to get a soy latte for my wife on a number of morning and got told no soy milk milk available or it's run out. After we made a complaint during our stay, soy milk became available in the mornings.The breakfast was good although it always seemed to be struggling to keep up with the demand and running a capacity. Limited options for dining and teh only bar by the pool had no atmosphere. we went there one night and it was empty, yet the news was on the TV rather than playing some music and we had to ask for the TV to be tured off and music to be put on. we then got chased done on our way back to our room as we had no credit left (which if it's our money is debit) and asked to pay for two drinks in cash. the next day around the pool my mother who was looking after our children got asked to pay fro some burgers for the kids as she also run out of credit (sorry debit) and asked to pay for it in front of all the other guests which made her very uncomfortable. when we settled her bill the next day she got money refunded to her??? If the hotel got ripped off by previous guests they shouldn't make future guest feel like they have done something wrong. I've travelled alot around the world personally and with work and have never brefore come across this being asked to pay up front for what I may spend on drinks and food. I've also thought the hotels encourage guest to spend thier money at the bars and restraunts in the hotel, the current set up in Bali encourages guests to take thier money elsewhere, hence why the restraunts are so empty for lunch and dinner and the bar at night time.

Disappointing second stay

Disappointing service and priority given this is my second time staying at the hotel within the last 8 months and as an Accor club member. No priority check in, poor dinner service, no late check out. This was my 8th trip to Bali and not sure I will return to this hotel now, given the number of accomodation options available and the service I received this time round.

Lovely food, great location and fantastic staff. Our door handle did require fixing and housekeeping didnt replenish toilet rolls often but otherwise great.
