Hotel is superbly located in the heart of the city. The room is clean and nice. The food variety is not so much, but maybe this is due to temporary breakfast location since the resto for breakfast is under renovation. Hopefully after renovation the hotel service and experience will be a lot improved. Thanks.

1. New hotel room (2410) - very pleasant / great view 2. Breakfast buffet - very good 3. A bit of noise due to renovation works - understandable BUT 4. I made a query and got NO REPLY. When i arrived to the hotel, I was told that there was an adjustment to my fare. 400 ringgit because I changed the booking from 1 person to 2 people (without breakfast). There should not have been a change in my fare because I asked them to change the booking only if there was no change to the fare (I have evidence of the hotel reply "yes" we will not charge you extra). But when I arrived, I was charged 400 ringgit extra + 500 ringgit blocked on my credit card (the usual). I was a bit confused and I thought maybe I didn't pay the full fare. After checking, I realized that must be a mistake on the part of the hotel. Then I communicated 4 days straight with reception to get a clarification. Every day, the answer was "yes, we'll get back to you". Guess what: nobody got back to me. Finally, I submitted a complaint on accorhotels.com. No reply either. When I checked out, I was told that the full amount of 900 ringgit would be re-imbursed and that this amount was blocked because 2 people checked in. To recap: 1. I have no problem with the hotel charging more for a blocked amount. But I understood from the hotel that 400 ringgit was charged for an extra guest. 2. I still don't know if I'll get back my 900 ringgit in full! 3. The lack of communication is really not acceptable. I'm a good client and I deserve a bit of communication from the hotel. This really needs to improve. I think their strategy is to not communicate to cover their asses (sorry for the language). By the way my name is Tarek C. - I stayed in room 2410 in KLCC Novotel

During my arrival,it was a late check in. The staffs are friendly. When i have arrived to the room, i found there was no sandals in my room, so i called the operator via phone around 2am but a pair of sandals were not delivered, so i called again in the morning and the staff sent it immediately. Breakfast was very nice, no doubt about it. When i go to bath tub, i found there were little scratch/crack on the bath tub. One more thing, there was no a piece of cloth that i can use for pray (because i am moslem), it will be nice if the hotel provide this. Thank you.

Good position and good rooms, elevator cards does not work well but they are refurbishing soon. Welcome drink horrible, no choice and to avoid. There are some renovation running and some facility like pool are closed.

Renovation was well done. But the breakfast buffet was not to our expectation. The potato wedges was soggy, the porridge was just warm, vegetarian ball flour is not well fried, the sambal for the nasi lemak was salty. The flavour was entirely different from all of our previous trips that we are use to. Anyway hope the new cooks and chefs can keep improving. Thanks. Appreciate the kitchen staffs effort.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was polite. I had one issue: I booked from 29/10 to 1/11. Then before coming I added one night from 1 to 2/11. But when I arrived this late night was not known to the receptionist, until I insisted. And I had to do this with several different staffs several times. Even on 1 Nov, the receptionist told me my card was not working because I was supposed to check out.

WE WERE NOT HAPPY RE THE 300 RINGETS ASSURETY. WE HAVE NEVER HAD TO DO THIS IN ANY OTHER ACCOMODATION. THEN THE TOURIST TAX OF 30 RINGETS. THEN WE DID NOT GET OUR MONEY BACK STAIGHT AWAY. WE ARE NOT HAPPY. We still have not got our money back, if you can take it straight away you can give it back straight away. Email me when you have put our money back.

Hot showers need improvement

Was given room 702. Room looks tired. Was advised that it takes water flowing max for at least 20 minutes to get hot water. I didn't do that because I don't want to waste water. But seriously... The elevator buttons are great for the visually impaired but very bad for the rest of users, especially old people who can't see that well.

We are pleased to inform you that we are close to completing the final renovation stage of new Deluxe rooms, which means in time the room you previously stayed in shall soon be converted and furnished with brand new interior including product. In fact this month last year was when actual renovation works began and we have another six months to go! The feedback we received lately has been excellent and guests thoroughly enjoyed their stay in the new Deluxe and Suite rooms, all of which have new carpet, Live N Dream bedding, air conditioning unit, bathroom fitting, sofa and 55" TV and most certainly, hot water heating and supply. With regards to the elevators, they will also undergo upgrade in January 2020 which will be installed with improved button design for your convenience. It would be our utmost pleasure to invite you back when our F&B outlets open in June 2020, and allow us to create a memorable and beautiful experience the next time you check-in. After an initial room issue, which was quickly addressed and resolved – we had a most pleasant 4 night stay here. Essentially the staff here are just fantastic. From reception, concierge, dinning and rooms, all staff very helpful, friendly and always on the front foot to assist. Azmi, Sharif and Feroz to mention a few were outstanding and a credit to Accor. Renovated room was spacious and well furnished. Location is the best and close to all amenities. This was our 4th stay at the Novotel in KL city center and we look forward to a revisit.

- Main issue - no hot water. It came only after you run the water for quite sometime which is a waste of water. - Entertainment - preferable common popular astro channel. - There was a hint of stuff left on the table is being disturbed, probably out of curiosity. However, no missing thing. This however will not give good impression on safety of personal belonging. - Breakfast was ok, but preferable if there are better or salivating choices.

The Newly renovated room is comfortable and modern looking.

The experience was quite good but one comment is on the shower compartment. Water is overflowing to the main bathroom area because the slope of the floor is minimal.
