-fast & efficient check-in procedure with great hospitality from from desk. -helpful & informative porter. -spacious room & amenities (bit jaded on some FFE,furniture, kettle & hair dryer) -excellent b'fast choice (being repetitive after 2 days & would prefer introduction of more local taste) -excellent buffet dinner (crew should have been more receptive & react faster pertaining to ordering of drinks/beverages as this is part of income generation) -excellent room service food and not to mentioned the speed!! -pillows are too soft for my own liking. -good quality house slippers. -good room insulation as could hardly hear any external noise.

The lobby was grandiose. The room was not properly cleaned and re-supplied. The breakfast was very nicely displayed and many variety, however almost the same every day during our 5 days stay.

I enjoyed the stay a lot. The facilities provided were very good. What made my stay different from other hotels were the small gratuities provided like complimentary 2 piece laundry/day, 2 soft drinks/ day etc. and the daily small treats that made me eager to get back to my room to see what was given for today. (so childish of me) What I would recommend for improvement is the menu at breakfast. While there was a lot of variety, there was very limited choices for a Muslim traveler like me.

My first time here and I had such great time. The room was nice decco and comfy. I was in a balcony so the mood was like a resort with trees and nature. The bed was very comfy that it's make me sleep so well the whole nights. The service was beyond excellent. All staffs are nice and helpful. Especially Mr. Wut who has been very helpful at the executive lounge. The cocktails were very nice. While staying I already make another reservation for the hotel.

Registeration took sometime. The bathroom shower water power is poor and slow. It also kept changing from extreme cold to extreme hot water, therefore took us a long time to shower and didnt emjoy the experience at all.

Regarding for the room upgrade as per Gold member since we acknowledge last minutes when you check in and on that day as hotel running fully booked we are not possible to providing room upgrade however, we do offer all of you to enjoy with Executive Lounge which normally it would be a Platinum privilege same as premium Wifi for hold stay. Location is great. It is in the middle of the city where I can travel to everywhere. It is near to express way and not so far from airport. Bed is clean and comfy. It is just next to the King power and I can shop before getting to thr airport. Breakfast is good. Restaurants and bars are good for business talk.

A wonderful and comfortable stay! Great meeting Assistant Front Office Manager Khun Bo, Welcomer Khun Oum and Room Controller Khun Tae who all sincerely care for my stay! A smiling welcome by Khun Emma. Indeed Well looked after in every aspects by the executive floor staff Khun Bee, Wut, Pop, Music, Mo, Puay and Arm creating a warm second home feeling! Consistently delicious breakfast and tasty evening canape well prepared by Chef A and Chef Noey! Well I always look forward to all this dining! Yummy! Again Delightful to see Operations Director Ms Annabelle and Front Office Manager Khun Nan who are always so warm and sincere! Great to see General Manager Mr Marc who is always so cheerful and positive! Impressed by the professionalism of the Le Spa therapist in providing a relaxing and comfortable experience! Highly recommend Le Spa! The big pool looks inviting too. Thoroughly enjoyed the special cocktail concocted by an invited professional paired with food at the Glen Bar and well served by Khun Koh and Khun Mone. Wish they could have this for 2 nights. Wonderful to meet F&B Director Mr Caleb who is so passionate about all of the food and drinks served at hotel's dining places especially the quality standards to be met. You will certainly feel assured dining in the hotel! Very relaxing atmosphere at the junction while enjoying my tea! Excellent guest service by Khun Wut who provided alternative to a red wine that is out of stock and that to me is 5 star service than having no choice but to have what is at hand. With a complimentary king power tuk to the victory monument skytrain and delectable dining coupled with such welcoming and I care for you excellent service by all this indeed makes a great location stay at this hotel.
