The Hotel is a hidden away Gem but a little soulless as many big Hotels are. The Room was well equipped & nicely styled but the Lighting Switches a true nightmare. The Breakfast was good but not outstanding. The Coffee awful.

Our stay was wonderful. The only complaint I have is that I accidentally left behind some clothes in the closet drawer and when we called back to see if they had been found, the person could not find our name in the reservation system. I would expect a hotel of this caliber to have a reliable lost and found system.

« It was great choice to stay at Pullman Bangkok King Power. »

Staffs were very kind, room was cozy, food was excellent. My friend and I experienced inconvenience in the bathroom, though. In the shower booth, water pressure was not high enough that we took shower using portable shower head in bathtub. Since bathtub and washstand were right next to each other, our bathroom became a pool and ground became slippery.

Comfortable stay. However, the hotel missed a "Thai" feeling to it. This could have been anywhere in Asia.

2 things I think your hotel can improve to make the stay more pleasant: 1. I was awaken by sunlight in the morning, the curtains setting should be improved 2. I was asked to pay the bill upon checkout, where I had already paid to the travel agent long ago before my stay; the staff should be well trained about how to handel reservations made through agent. i was in a hurry to catch my flight but i was caught up by this mess... i asked him to check with the agent but he insisted asking me questions like did I get my invoice from the agent which didn't help with the situation at all but pissing me even more. I got a bad impression of your hotel because of this.

No recognition as an Accor staff (I’m a Duty Manager at an MGallery by Sofitel in Adelaide, South Australia) so that was rather disappointing. While staff were polite, they seemed to want to get on with their job;no personal touch.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pullman King Power Bangkok Hotel. It was very easy to get cabs, the breakfast was quite delicious and the staff were efficient and polite.

All as expected ! Breakfast superb. Pool and SPA very nice. Beautiful and well functioning Resort, most I liked SPA, signature massage, very relaxing and wonderful experience. Location in the very center, near all main touristic places. Highly recommendable.

several little problems occur, the reception was always busy, and staff got chaotic easily. The key cards and wifi did not work which need to be fixed, the lugguages came very lately. Cannot early check in and late check out ( even we suggested to pay extra). The above points made us very disappointed. Also the food for breakfast is not in good quality.
