One of my favorite hotels in Bangkok, unfortunately some of the regular staff left but this seems very common nowadays. As a result the service level is not were it should be, it always takes time before the new staff is at the same level.

« Service is overall satisfied but experience is not as good as befor »

I travelled with my parents and husband for honeymoon. We stayed in non smoking room and smoking room (623). We found there is a huge cockroach on the window in 623 while we open the curtain. The staff is friendly and proactively offer help but this is the first time I see a cockcroah in the hotel. Also, for the housekeeping service it’s more messy than before and it takes longer time to request for cleaning service in general

« one of my favorite hotels »

This hotel is a bit away from the buzz of tourist areas, but easy accessible via BTS and the Airport link. The lounge is nice and as a platinum member they always give you the attention. The only minus is that some older staff has left and obviously the new staff needs some time to get to the level required. Not a major issue. The rooms are clean and very spacious.

« Nice hotel »

Nice service. It's about 10mins on foot from BTS Phaya Thai station to King Power. Quite close to the Chatuchak weekend market by BTS, and also close to the Siam shopping areas. I like the service in the King Power, and the smile of that lovely girl at the lobby.

« Pretty Awesome and impressive »

Everything was great except for the water temperature. It went very very hot one or very cold at just a slight turn of the tap. Then there was once I managed to get lukewarm and suddenly the water came out was really hot and my skin got a little red. Other than that, food; presentation; service and room are all awesome.

« Very Nice Stay At Pullman Kingpower »

I found overall that this 4 night stay was very good, all staff were extremely helpful. the standard of the food and drink was very good. Two staff members that I would like to thanks are firstly, Bee in the executive lounge was brilliant and so helpful, and Nok at the pool bar was brilliant, helpful and always smiling.

Good hotel but unwelcome staff. Room's wall is too thin which you can hear the commotion from next door. Check-in staff is warm but not for others, unwelcome evening shift staff due to my attire? or due to big events?

Stay for 2 nights, very enjoy with all the service in the hotel. I’m member of accor plus, so we have a welcome drinks , come with many choice of the drinks. Our rooms was so comfy, breakfast was good. And we got cash voucher that we can use in the king power duty free. Very very enjoy stay in the pullman king power.

Hi, I've stayed at BKK Pullman King Power for 5 days. We've inquired a few hotels before this trip. Most hotels in BKK does not allow 2 adults and 2 kids in a room or cause extra charge. Accor Group provide best hospitality to family travelers.

Executive floor team rescued the day particularly K. Bee who I believe is the assistant manager. All enquiries were responded promptly by her and in a professional manner, simple yet efficient. Her effort really helps out on a busy weekend and gave us a breather. It was the Anniversary lunch event and the level of service was exceptional as no request were too great and attempts were made to accommodate everything as best they could. It could have been a busy week at the hotel but by contrast enquiries to other corresponder were not as forthcoming with regards to information and confirmation and at the end mistakes were made with our booking regarding the number of guests at the table. This is mildly embarrassing to both the restaurant and myself though the staffs did quickly attemp to accommodate the additional guests. There are exceptions but the overall feeling however seems to be that the level of service of individuals we have encountered is not yet on the same level as other hotel within the chain in Bangkok. This could be the due to the demographic of customers of the hotel in general that caused the service to be less accommodating and unfortunately it takes one individual performance to ruin a group effort. Fortunately, throughout the stay one can always turn to executive floor to provide the attention befitting of the hotel standard that we have come to appreciate. Also I am happy to report that generally everyone had a good time at the recent event. Admittedly many requests were made as there were many visitors during our stay and plans were changed at short notice but the team ultimately helped out very well and reduce a lot of anxiety on our part.
