Overall enjoyed our stay at the Pullman King Power. The hotel was modern and the rooms were a decent size and up to date. Whilst there wasn't anything that sets this apart I would stay here in again if the price was right as it was a convenient location and the staff were friendly/helpful. The only area for improvement I would suggest is breakfast. The fried eggs left out on the breakfast buffet were cold - I would suggest only having eggs made fresh at the egg station to prevent this from happening (biting into a cold fried egg is not a nice surprise!). Also, considering the large number of people at breakfast there aren't enough toasters - also, I had to put the bread through 3 times and even then it wasn't properly toasted. Theses are only minor points but it's things like this that I think make excellent hotels stand apart from just good ones.

I stayed for 4 nights. The staff were friendly. Room was decent with a large bathroom. Amenities are standard. Breakfast has enough choices. One night there was continuous noise from the room next door, probably TV sound or someone singing karaoke. It was almost midnight and I called the front office. The guy told me he would check that. After 10 minutes, nothing happened and the noise continued. I called the front office again, he said he has sent someone up and heard nothing. I was upset and asked him to send someone to my room and hear it directly. Finally someone came and agreed with me, he went next door and the noise was off. You would expect a single phone call was enough to solve this kind of problem, but that didn't happen. Another thing, only the first day we were provided the two little towels near the sink. Afterwards, they were no where to be seen. Ridiculous. Sure, I could have called the front office to report that, but I didn't bother.

the last time of staying in Pullman was around 2009, with the good impression, i had no hesitation to stay in the hotel for my new year holiday with my kids this time. However, i was greatly disappointed with the room cleanliness. dust was found on floor, bathtub was dirty and some little rubbishes were found on floor for 4 days out of six days i stayed. Safe was not firmly attached and could be taken away.

It was grest. Swimming pool was good and the swim was refreshing. Food at breakfast was great with several variety and was spoiled for choicexample. However, there is neef to increase the temperature of the food served at the poolside. The guests should be given free access to the steam.

ホテルはBTSパヤータイ駅または戦勝記念塔駅のどちらからも近く、後者との間にはトゥクトゥクのサービスがあった(駅からもあり)。距離はすごく短かったが便利だった。客室は一般的で清潔だったが、最初に入室したときにわずかにカビ臭く感じた。水のペットボトルを毎日補充していだだけるのはありがたかった。朝食会場は広くて、種類も多かった。冷蔵庫の中に入っている果物も言えば出してサーブしてくれた。プールは大きかったが、午後は建物の位置関係から日が当たらなかった。午前中は水が冷たい!チェックインのときに隣の免税店のクーポン(日数×500バーツだったようだ)をくれた。一つの製品に全て使用することができとてもお得だった(ジムトンプソンのネクタイを300バーツの現金で手に入れることができた)。The hotel was close both to BTS Phaya Thai and Victory monument station, and had tuktuk service to Victory monument station (both from hotel and BTS side). The distance was very short but convenient. The room was common and clean, but when I entered I felt slightly moldy. I was so appreciated to be replenished the water bottles everyday. The breakfast menu was plentiful, and even the fruits in the refrigerator were served when I called for. The pool was so large, but I could not got sunshine in the afternoon for the location of the hotel buildings. The water in the morning was cold! At the check-in, I got the duty free shop and got a gift coupon (the number of staying days × 500 bahts), and I could pay all it even for the one product (I could get a necktie with Jim Thompson only by 300 bahts cash).
