« I don't feel like staying at a five-starred hotel and collaborating with five-starred hotel staff. »

1. The room is just like four-starred hotel. Not worth the money. The furniture is not as luxury as I expected to be for a five-starred hotel. 2. The lobby is the best area. It's beautiful, but not the reservation site. 3. The check in process is a bit messy. Even my guest got their room at 4pm after two hours long of waiting. 4. Overall, the hotel staff is helpful, but unfortunately it happened after complaints. 5. The billing process was unclear. The person in charge did not look like they understood our reservation and requests. So, it would be better to have just one person to be the PIC for one group. Working with different person in charge of different tasks was tiring. They did not communicate well with each other, I guess. I need to explain again and again. 6. The food did not really change. So, for staying over 7 days, I just got bored with my lunch menu. 7. The park in the middle of the hotel was good. I love the scenery.

The guest relations, housekeeping and the restaurant offered their services with warm hospitality. The transport staff despite the language barrier were very helpful and went out of their way to assist especially Mr. Su. I just wonder why I was required to make a deposit for the 4 day-stay despite the sponsorship of AICHR and Thailand representation to the AICHR on PWDs. Anyway, thank you for the good service.

It was all good. I personally had an amazing stay. The service was excellent..the staffs were friendly and helpful and the food is amazing. However it could have been better if there is an separate buffet section that serve only halal food and beverages. I believe this would have been better for the hotel as now there had been an increase of muslims staying at the hotel. So i would like to advise the management to do some revisions regarding this matter. Overall it was amazing experience for me and i definitely will come back again. Thank you!

Very comfortable bed. Atmosphere in the exec. lounge excellent and very good food. Wonderful staff. Went shopping in King Power, coupons in hand - on third floor and having chosen goods told we have to go all the way to ground floor to register. Back to the third floor selected more goods then told at cashiers that they have to notify us that the coupons are not usable "before we shop". That seems incongruous as at that point we had finished shopping. Not major thing but somewhat irritating - maybe clearer directions as to process would help.

The Hotel staff are nice, courteous, helpful and friendly. That makes all the difference. The services is also efficient. As mentioned, the food was the best experience for me. As for improvements The office chair in the room is not stable, fell twice while sitting at front edge - this should not happen if chair has good balance from the manufacturer. TV - CNN channel was not available in the room, it would be nice to add this channel to the room. Other, wise the rest was great. Thanks.

The staff was very helpful, very responsive and accommodating. However, I noticed my towels were changed every day even if I hung them up, which seems quite wasteful, especially as I was there for 2 weeks.
