Room was spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool was great, had a great time there, and visited the spa twice, the staff were really friendly. Lots of choices for the breakfast, which I was very happy with. We were also surprised to see friut was prepared in the room on the 2nd day, what a nice surprise, but a little bit disappointed that no such arrangement were made in the following days. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

My husband often come to Bangkok for business and i often followed him. We often stayed in Pullman bangkok king power. Over a year, after i came back the staff especial kun Wut still remember what drink i used to have. It made me very impressed. Your hotel really lucky that have someone like Wut work there. He is very helpful and friendly. Over all, the staff team in executive lounge are very nice and friendly. It made my stayed isvery pleasant.

They stay was wonderful. The room is spacious and the food reserved at the restaurants are of a high quality. We were just a bit upset by one incident when my son fell and cried at the hotel lobby, we were asked to leave by a hotel staff. Instead of being asked if he was ok, we were asked to leave the lobby as he was crying. Despite this incident, most of the staff were friendly and nice. We were great we stayed at your hotel and would love to come again.

It was a good xperience, room was upgraded since the Deluxe rooms were all full. I left my phone in the hotel room and when I call the hotel after I checked out, staff helped me to find my phone. Very good experience. Just one thing, one of the Shower Gel bottles was a half full bottle when I arrive my room I guess it was from the previous stay... Other than this, everything was perfect.

stay 3 nights with friends. Nice hall. I like the design and feeling. Bar with music bands and big screen. Resonable price buffet for decent meals. Room is clean with good design. But some USB access is damaged. Thai Massage in the hotel price is too high. Coupon is given for King Power Duty Free. Supposed to be 20% off using the coupon but some store is only giving 10% discount.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful, and two front desk staff even posed for a picture we were taking without realizing they were in it. I’m shocked at how much patience and care everyone puts into making the stay at the hotel an amazing experience

My family of 7 stayed at your hotel for 3 nights and had 3 rooms. 1.) Only 2 of us were given drinks at checkin, while the front desk staff person just left the drinks for me to have to serve the rest of my family. Not good!! 2.) During breakfast, a skinny older man that oversees the staff, try to help me get some 'cleansing juice', while holding the juice bottle, he put his index finger straight into the juice bottle and he touch the juice with his finger. That is SO DIRTY and UNSANITARY!! Of course, I told him I'll get it myself because i was SO DISGUSTED when i saw that. I told my whole family right away and we didn't drink anymore juice. He DID NOT even know how to hold the bottle right to help serve. My family were so disgusted by that. 3.) Half of the staff never care to smile when greeting/serving the customers. No customer ever wants to go somewhere whether in a store, restaurant, hotel, ect. when the employee does not smile. It makes you feel NOT welcome. You need to train/tell all your staff members to ALWAYS SMILE when they see a customer, it's just common courtesy. A lot of the waitresses did not smile and made us feel like we are bothering them when serving at our table. NOT GOOD!! My family vacationed for 3 weeks and went all over Thailand and stayed at 6 hotels total. Every other hotel was fine and DID NOT have this issue. Your hotel service, from checkin to service at the breakfast buffet, needs more training. Your hotel lobby at the Pullman King Power in Bangkok is beautiful and spacious, BUT that does not matter when you go into the rooms and its ALL small. Customers DO NOT sleep in your lobbies. You need to make your rooms bigger. I KNOW more rooms means more MONEY, but compare with other hotels that have bigger rooms, customers will choose the more spacious rooms to your small rooms. I would understand if you DID NOT have space/land and your hotel is small, but your hotel is huge and you have plenty of land. If your hotel lobby and bottom floor is THAT BIG, you should have plenty of space on top to make the rooms bigger. If you read all of this, thank you. I like your hotel, but some things/staff/training need to change.

It was almost a perfect stay. Appreciated the room upgrade. Breakfast, dinner and bar experience were wonderful. Enjoyed my dinner greatly at the new Japanese restaurant with warm services from the waitress. The only downside was the non-smoking floor is contaminated by smoking smell, culprit from 2 guest rooms. My room facing the lift area was impacted badly as all the smoking smell sucked into my room. Housekeeping's freshener did not help.

We stayed in the Executive Suite for 8 nights at the Pullman King Power on the 21st floor, with access to the Executive Lounge. It was amazing, especially the staff in the Executive Lounge impressed us with their commitment to giving us the best service and experience. We had some challenging things happen to us during our stay, and the Executive staff and the staff at the front desk went out of their way to assist us. They did much more than what could be expected, and we will be forever grateful to them. Furthermore, the hotel decor is beautiful, and the hotel food and drink options are abundant. Go stay there and have a hotel experience in the super-league when it comes to Thai kindness and hospitality!

i have never experienced something like this! the hotel is incredibly beautiful and well taken care of. When you enter, there is a nice smell all over the lobby. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and always caring and supportive. The buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner are outstanding - appreciations to all the chefs working so hard on it.
