The checkin experience was perfect. The room was clean and tidy. The resturant staff were friendly and helpful. The only experience that created a negative impression was the following:- 1. The key card sometimes works and sometimes does not work. May be change T. touch rather than insert would help. 2. When entering the room, on the last day the room was pitch black and it was extremely difficult T. insert the key card in darkness, the previous nights we had no problem as the key card was inserted and there was light in the room. I know you have T. be environmentally friendly but safety is of paramount importance (also the torch in the room does not work), may be when one enters the room, a light in the hallway will switch on automatically so that one can quickly insert the key card. Also the room was so hot and the hotel in general does not seem T. have too much air conditioning, compared T. the duty free shopping mall. If you want comfort then air-conditioning that is comfortable would help. Finally when I raised the issue (key card) with the front desk through the room telephone, the gentleman on the line keep on questioning me rather than assisting me resolve the issue, compared T. check in and this call, I can say that this call, the staff member either can not understand me or was simply adopting " I do not care" attitude, when asked T. speak T. the Manager, I was kept waiting on the telephone line, so I hanged up and called again, a lady picked and put me through T. the Duty Manager. I know I can use my torch on iphone but my battery was extermely low and the torch was not bright enough T. see hence the use of torch in the room, as I left the hotel at 9.30am and returned back tot he hotel about 8.00pm hence the iphone battery can not work for so long without further charging. In saying this what happens if I do not have a phone then what do you do, I wonder, may be go T. the front desk and ask someone T. accompany me T. the room T. insert the key card? I am not complaining, just the last night, could have been handled better. Other than this incident, I do not have other issues with this hotel. Check in and Housekeeping was good and helpful. Finally the hotel should have facilities 24 hours a day for one T. do work, as the room does not have a office chair for one T. work from. I did ask but there was no chair available.

I had the best experience staying at Pullman King Power Hotel. The staff were very helpful, friendly and willing to assist in every little/big issues or questions that i had. They helped me get around Bangkok and even suggested areas to visit. The Hotel itself is clean, rooms are big enough. Location is very convenient to get around as it is close to the BTS and to the roads where you can easily find taxis and Tuku Tuk to facilitate your movements. The food served was good just minor improvements have to be done, the food was a bit cold so if you could add a microwave to heat the food that will be helpful. Another area of improvement is on the cleanliness of the rooms. The room service department need to improve their cleaning game in the rooms.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the Pullman. The staff are warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. As an example, the day I was checking out, the staff were able to help my friend contact a doctor as I had been sick the past couple days. Staff helped arranged to get the doctor to come and were very helpful in letting me stay longer than the already agreed late check out to have the doctor conduct her consultation. Even upon check out, which I did after the consultation, the staff informed me that if I was not feeling well I could stay in the room longer until I needed to leave for my flight. The entire experience from day one was fantastic and really enjoy the warm, friendly, genuine staff. Thank you.

Rooms were clean with a good view of the pool, check in was fast and smooth, staff were helpful. Taxis - took a while to call. Really appreciate the shuttle service to and from victory monument. Otherwise, it is a little difficult to figure out the walking path from Victory monument to the hotel especially in the evenings, when we don't see the shuttle buggy available. Perhaps some obvious signages would be good. Breakfast buffet offerings were excellent with quick and efficient service. Gym and swimming facilities are clean, new and have a good variety of fitness equipment. Appreciate the birthday cake and card from the staff!

The room is really of high standard and with good bed. Good and delicious food prepared for breakast. A lot of space in the lobby with comfortable chairs and sofa for relaxation and meetings and mingling with friends. Really appreciate the provision of transport to and from the shopping mall. All the workers were very friendly. Awesome receptiom and hospitality.

Ambience was extremely up to the mark. Room was neat and clean. Food at Cuisine Unplugged and snacks at Glen Bar was really tasty. Hospitality of the hotel staffs was praiseworthy. I loved my stay at the hotel.

I had requested for halal food but no arrangement was there. I had been eating salads for all the time. But wonder how it makes any differrnce to the management. I find it a poor service. They could have gone an extra mile to show the customer service
