Hotel was clean and amenities were adequate. The bed was firm and the room was bigger than most other rooms in Bangkok. Breakfast was wonderful especially the dimsum and coffee service.

We had an comfortable & convenient stay on your hotel. the place is designed very well, and i especially like the pocket garden with koi pond in the center. the place is convenient to take the BTS with the free tuktuk service. breakfast is good, and we've even enjoyed your dinner buffet more than at red oven. the room is good, its nice that you have the hollywood twin bed layout. had only issue with slow draining lavatory sink, some damaged from moisture floor planks (i think it was cause by your sliding partition near the tub), and a little dust on corners here and there. the king power duty free is a nice extension to everything that you have in your hotel.

Whenever I passed a staff, I was always greeted with a smile and the staff are always keen and quick to offer help. Room seems slightly dated but clean and comfortable. However, the television signal seems to drop from time to time.

I live in Bangkok but when it comes to choosing a hotel for a short staycation. Pullman King Power always comes up as one of a top choice. I stay here for many times and it keeps giving me relaxing stays with nice rooms with warm hospitality from the staff. Nice work, guys!! For this stay, I booked a suite using my free night from Accor Plus + additional top-up. The price is quite reasonable and made me surprised as in the past, the price was a lot more. The room was nicely renovated. The staff at the executive lounge was so friendly and helpful during our stay, special thanks to Khun Max. Everything was so perfect. In additional, we got a cash back from spending at King power duty free. This made our stay much more enjoyable. Anyways, there was one drawback on this stay. I found that there was not much benefit at in-hotel restaurants for in-house guest. Normally, I would prefer eating at hotel restaurant during my stay as I would get more discount and get points for charging under my room. But, this time, I found it was not that attractive when comparing with other benefits (Accor plus, credit card, etc.) Nevertheless, this hotel is still in my favorite list and looking forward for coming back. Thanks for good work krub.

Very bad impression The organizers hire the limousine from hotel to pick me up from the airport. No body came to pick me up,no contact from hotel or limousine. The hotel doesn’t response and not apologize when I arrive hotel with myself. I don’t want to stay at this hotel anymore.
