« Another superb Pullman hotel »

Excellent executive suite on a floor with a lounge; both staff and accommodation are first class. Good location. Very good restaurants. Many welcome benefits added (such as lounge access at the airport!). Superb stay. Will definitely return.

We liked the hotel lobby, polite staff, big swimming pool, good breakfast, very delicious cakes at bar. Unfortunately we were disappointed by charged sauna.

« We absolutely loved our two night stay. »

We were staying in an executive room for two nights for my girlfriend's 40th birthday, and loved every second of our stay there. The room was brilliant and is up there with the best rooms we've stayed in, and the service in the Executive Lounge was second-to-none. The staff in the Executive Lounge deserve lots of credit as they went out of their way to ensure we were treated exceptionally (including bringing a birthday cake with candles out on the morning of my girlfriend's birthday). Thanks for everything. :-)

Thank you for upgrading our room to Suite on the 1st stay on 31 March, and upgraded us to a bigger room when we returned from Pattaya on 3 April. I would like to special thanks to the Welcome Manager Lulu of Pullman Kingpower, as I misunderstood I can enjoy complimentary extra bed for my son. Even Lulu said hotel is needed to charge mine but finally she upgraded a bigger room & arranged an extra bed for us. Appreciated for her kind assistance & understanding. Love the Pullman brand & enjoyed so much at Pullman Kingpower!

One of company lost phone in fake taxi. We just reconiged before check in Hotel. But Pullman staffs fully helped us with sincely attitude! Checking CCTV, write describe for stloen report to Police and care for us after visit police. Thanks for Ms Ki who fully helped to us! And I am apprecite to one more female chinese staff at the door. (Sorry I can not remember your name)

Outstanding breakfast. Acceptable walking distance to BTS station. King Power duty free mall right next to hotel for luxury shopping. Or for local and cheaper shopping & eating it's not far either. Staff are very friendly, though I hope they could be better trained in giving more accurate and helpful advice to guests on alternatives other than taking a taxi (esp given it's very difficult to get a taxi at peak hours).

« The Best Accor Hotel in Town »

I stayed there recently and I found this would be the best hotel I have ever stayed in Bangkok. It takes only 5 minutes walk from the Airport Express and BTS stations. With the spacious lobby and huge swimming pool. Rooms are clean and cozy. All their staffs are well trained and services are on point. Especially, I need to thanks Ms. Oum-im from the Welcomer, she always has her lovely smile on her face and shows me everything patiently. And, Mr. Wut from the Executive Floor, he helps me everything during my stay and he is one of the few helpful stuff I have ever met for years. They actually made my stay much better, and I am so looking forward my next stay in May with them again.

It was the very first time that I experienced a birthday on my business trip. Away from my own family and surrounded by strangers were not the ideal type of spending my birthday. However, Pullman team gave me a surprise of several sweet macaroon as Birthday Wishes the night before my birthday. That warms my heart and felt grateful for their kind attention...
