I got here with very welcoming attitude from hotel staff. My room was really early and i didnt have to wait until 2pm. I got upgraded to better room and my late check out was extended to 6pm as i'm Accord Plus member. The hotel looks amazing with very nice in door garden and KOI fish pond. Hotel is also allocated near to king power duty free and is very close to sky train station. The plus point for this hotel is they provide free tuktuk service to the station and back which is very convenient. The breakfast was very good with many choices of food.

Over all, the only bad experience I had during my stay was at the ground floor coffee shop where I had my breakfast. Members of staff simply ignored all dirty plates that left on my table without taking them away. Its totally unacceptable.

I often stay at Pullman branded hotels as I find them to be of a consistent quality and good value. The positives of this hotel include it's good location (quite central and <10 min walk to BTS station), modern designed and clean rooms, nice hotel pool, and friendly service. However, there were some areas that can be improved. While the room I was in was non-smoking, it either used to be a smoking room or guests were still smoking in it, as there was an unpleasant smoke smell that was particularly strong at night when the doors were shut and air conditioner on. It also seemed like the kitchen where breakfast is served did not have capacity for all the hotel guests, as one morning there was a 15 minute wait just to get into the kitchen to have breakfast (which I had prepaid with my booking). One of the best 5 star hotels in BKK with, better than those along the river, supported by staffs with smile. Good and kind advice for the facilities out of the hotel. Cannot judge for the hotel facilities such as swimming pool, gym, etc as no time to use.

It was within walking distance from the BTS and no need to change train from the airport. I was able to use the shower at the gym before my midnight flight, and received vouchers to get some souvenirs at the king power duty free next door. I just wished the breakfast includes some of the local dishes, but it contain mainly international food.

the location is wonderful that very close to the duty free and the neighborhood is convenient for shopping and dining. the room was fairly nice although some furniture was showing visible trar and wear. the staff were friendly and helpful in general but our receptionist at check in failed to provide some coupons necessary to us to redeem the 500 bahts coupon at the duty free. and i noticed some other guests hadnt been offered the 500 bahts coupons at the checkin. i deem such inconsistency unprofessional.

The overall experience was generally good except on one occasion when I was having my breakfast and came across a man who was carrying a pair of tongs with him and eating off the buffet counter right there and then. I was taken aback that no hotel staff stopped him from doing so and I had to ask him to stop it as it was really unhygienic for the others having the buffet breakfast.
