Pretty good, just that the lobby area was flooded by loud, noisy mainland Chinese tourists, which kind of dampened our stay. Would be good if the lobby area was quiet and peaceful. That would really bring out the luxury & elegance of the Pullman brand

I was well greeted and treated warmly during my entire three days. The staff was all helpful and courteous. My friend forgot her clothes in her room and left before me to the airport, but I was able to retrieve her belongings with the assistance of the staff.

Great stay. Only issue is with the air conditioning as the direction of the wind from air conditioner should be facing the wall where the TV is because at night when in bed, it gets too cold and blowing at your head even though the fan speed is on low. If you turn it off, it gets too hot. Other than that, everything else was very good.

Service is superb, I feel like coming home every time I check in your hotel. May not be the best location, tuk tuk a bit slow, but your staffs in Exec lounge 20th floor very fast and efficient. Bee and Arm are especially good. Bee remembers what i like for breakfast, every item. Arm very helpful in making sure my check in and luggages were sent to my room ASAP. The Thai fat boy at pool side, I think his name is Pom, he is always cheerful, smiling and engage very well with customers. I believe you have a good training for your staffs, well done!

I am very happy with my stay at Pullman. I want to especially thank the staff - Sign for her wonderful attentiveness. On the first day of my business trip, I had trouble calling a Grab car since I didn't notice the traffic issue around the area. I didn't know what to do and Sign calmed me down helped to call a motor cycle for me. I am so grateful that I met her that day, not only for her service, but also how she calmed me down and found a solution when I worried so much!
