It was as previous times good , however this time there was a very strong smell of cigarettes in the room. I don’t know if room 129 was previously a smokers room or if there was another reason.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience or discomfort due to an odor in your room. We still have several smoking rooms to avoid guests smoking in the non-smoking rooms but room 129 was always a non-smoking room. Probably a previous guest didn't respect it. Terrible... Was given room 133 then changed to room 1 no reason given... I have a daughter and we had a room that was right next to lifts,toilets and reception from 10pm till 1am we had nothing but noise... The room itself the shower room drain gargled and kept us awake the toilet in the hallway the same and the people gathering around the lift was annoying... All in all apart from the price a terrible experience

The rooms are basic but have everything you need for a 1 night stop with convenience of being right on the autobahn absolutely perfect on a long journey. Our daughter loves the bunkbed! Our room was quiet and clean. The staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming and efficient.

It was nice, as usual standard room. It would be good if a Fan/ventilator is provided in peak summers when temperatures are high.

The room was extreamly hot and it was almost imposible to get some colder air into the room, because there was a lock on the window. We followed the gps koordinates in the confirmation e-mail, and where shown to a playground 15 kilometers frem the hotel!

It was a typical Ibis Budget hotel clean and well air-conditioned in 37c temperatures. The reception staff were friendly and the breakfast was good for the price However we were travelling to Germany and the hotel was on the other side of the road, on the Belgian side with a complicated - if its your first time - way of crossing over to the correct side. After a long day's driving I wasnt prepared for the hassle of getting to the correct side of the road and wouldnt have used the hotel if I had known. You need to make this fact clear to people making a booking. I wont be using this hotel again

Very friendly staff and clean. Conveniently placed if you do not want to divert from motorway and close to restaurant and petrol station. However, this does mean its noisy and opening a window is not an option. The rooms get very hot in summer. It would benefit from a fan as there is no air conditioning. That said it is a good budget hotel.
