« Great location. That's all this hotel can offer. »

The room was dirty.. it badly needs refurbishing.. carpet was so dirty! There is no airconditioning, so if the heater gets too hot, you have to open the windows. And then you get all the noise outside, honking of cars, etc. They badly need training on customer service. They have a poster stating that they have a van to get you to the touristy places. Upon checking, it is not available because their van is broken.. then why was it still being posted in the first place? We opted to get the welcome drinks on our last day - but bar is closed on Sunday. And again, no effort of at least making it up to us. Since bar is closed, then we cannot get our welcome drinks. I have been in several Novotel hotels since I am an Accor member. This is the worst.

Basically I like the location. The Front office staff is friendly and do speak English pretty well. Even the Concierge team speaks pretty good English too. Breakfast is pretty ordinary as compare to Ibis Sapporo. Restaurant staff is kind of snobbish. Other than that, I am happy to stay in this Hotel.

This hotel is very easy to reach if you come from overseas. The staff was very helpful and efficient. Pleasant environment. The room was spacious and clean with nice view of the night life of Myeong Dong. Very easy to reach from here many other locations in Seoul.

The stay has been pleasant. The location is so convenient in Myeongdong. It is just less than 5 mins walk to Myeongdong street market. Along that street there are variation of shops and cafes as well as dining places if you decide to have a change from the street foods. Nanta show is just located at Unesco building that is nearby the hotel. Another point to note is the airport bus from and to airport stop in front of the hotel for 15k won. Very convenient. A complimentary note to the hotel staff that handle our complimentary shuttle to local tourist spot. On that day, the shuttle van was not working. The hotel staff promptly has engage public taxi to bring us to our destination FOC. Great work Ibis Myeongdong staff. The only drawback is the hotel a bit old compared the one I stay at ibis Airport Saigon. Maybe the room needs some refurbishment soon and the pillow and bed mattress a bit too soft compared the one at Ibis Airport Saigon.

The hotel and room are due for some renewing and make over. Despite the tired look of the furnishing, I wish to commend on the cleanliness of the room and toilet. It was very cold during my stay - minus 2 to 5 deg daily but the room is very well heated. Bed so comfortable..Thank you. Generally, I am satisfied with my stay. So conveniently located. Airport limousine bus 6015 stops right in front of hotel. Back to Incheon airport is the same spot. 2 subway stations are within walking distance - Myeongdeong and Eujilro.. good hotel...

Service on the downside and inflexible even I am a member of Accor. And unpleasant experience, arrival after 12:40 but still not allowed to check in being a member. Then rejected to allow an hour late check out. Very strict ! What benefit for member! The trade off is to have my nephew to sign up and then get check in. Totally disappointing with this hotel. Buffet breakfast is so so boring. This hotel really ruin the good reputation of one of Accor chain hotels. I have No regret to cancel the membership. I am sure more other chains hotel will offer better service.

Very convinient location in myeongdong area. Shuttle bus for airport transfer just in front of hotel make it very easy for us. Free shuttle bus for some tourism spot also available which is another plus poin. The room was just okay and enough for its class. Just one dissapointment that I was booker through accor advantage website and somehow it was mistakely booked 3 complementary night (how come it was possible reminding I only entitled for 2 nights). I remember that I untick for complentary night use (because I book the room for my friend)...so when I saw the price I thought it was part of the package offered by accor website. In fact, in 4th night (almost in the middle of the night) I've got phone call from receptionist telling me about the mistakes and I should pay 1 night. The hotel telling me to complaint directly to accor plus about this matter. I mean... ??? Anyway, I try to understand the hotel staff situation and I just settle the payment. But I still confused how it happened? Overall, i enjoy my stay at Ibis and recommend this hotel.

Worth for every spent due to the room rate is nice, all the staff are lovely and provided warm service. This hotel is the best location for dining from street foods til the restaurants surrounded. You can walk to Myeong Dong Street at anytime you wanted, And this hotel is lovely even for Kpop fans, especially for YG fans because you can walk to YG Republique where is behind the hotel.

Been staying here for few times, it used to provide a good quality of buffet breakfast but now its not anymore. Some smell in room and toilet floor is not cleaned. Very disappointed, not value for money anymore. We have chosen to have breakfast outside instead.

« Good to stay but... »

Stay at the hotel you have to self-service your own drinking water cause they do not provide any bottle of water in your room..... I have lost my traveling comfort kit in my room when my check out come i have looked around very corner in the clothes closet but didn't...they have been informed.. the hotel officer reported me when I m back home that it has been found behind the safe in the closet!!!! it's really amazing me that it has been found but the shipping charged is as same as its value so i said ;eave it there

The location ia very convience! But the staff need to strength in smiling and improve English. One thing need to strongly mention that the room cleaning service was really bad and horrible. I stayed at hotel for 5 nights. Everyday that I can see the same dirty area in the washroom. And the exactly hair at the same area. Also, the bed was extremely dirty that 5 days not help us to change the bed sheets I think it is ver dirty and disappointed.
