A good place to stay at Santos for pleasure or for business. Hotel is nice for short trips with many walk distance restaurant options. Also, a good place to stay if you want to walk or bike on the beach avenue.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and felt like the rooms are deteriorating fast. My colleague had to change room because of mold smell and in my room you could felt some minor smell

I really liked to stay in Mercure Santos hotel last week for three nights. Everything was perfect, the room, breakfast, location and the view. The sea and city was open for us from our room.

I had to change rooms twice in the space of 4 days. Windows do not close, locks do not work, Extremel noisy from other rooms. Toilet and shower water running down my bedroom from above. Additionally you had a dog barking for hours, probably left unattended by owner. I reported the siutation to go and check the situation they not react at all for a long time.

The apartment is not comfortable. The living room furniture is poor, with no charming and not well cleaned. Towers pretty, hard towels and small tvs. Terrible wi-fi, not able to be used for simple electronic operations.

This hotel is just across the street from the beach and its location is great in Santos, with good restaurant options at a walking distance. The breakfast at the top of the building offers a great view of the city and the sea. One problem here is if you are travelling for business, they never send the invoice by email as informed during check out. I always have to send an email to request the document

The staff is great, very friendly. We booked two rooms, in one of them 1608 the closet doors did not work well, they were stuck. Our room was not cleaned in the morning and we had to request for cleannig, waht was done afterwards. Othe than that the hotel is very good.

The hotel was totally out of the standards I imagined for a mercure hotel. Old rooms with odd decoration and stained floors and bathroom. The first room given to me had a very strong smell of smoke. Management took a very long time to be helpful in this case.

OK Hotel close to Beach

The stay at the hotel was ok, opposite the beach with a good size room. On the down side the lifts are a joke as there is not enough and too small, also I checked in early as I had arrived on an overnight flight from London and the guy on reception was not Mr helpful saying that I should be paying extra, bearing in mind the client I was working for was picking up the bill, all I wanted was a freshen up and breakfast which I did not have as it was an early check in. I'm not being funny but I stayed for almost three weeks, also eating in the restaurant is one breakfast going to break the Mecure ?
