I have stayed in IBIS Amman for 2 nights (27/07/2019 and 02/08/2019). Both of my stays were terrible!!! On the first day, I've entered my room and noticed that the furnitures in the room were extremely old, however, I overlooked over this issue before I've discovered that both the cover and the sheet were dirty (with nasty looking stains over them). I've went to the reception and asked them to kindly change the sheets at 1PM before my return. I've returned to the hotel at 11 PM and discovered that my sheets were still dirty. I went to the counter and complained about the situation and asked them to change my room. I fortunately got a new room at around 1 AM... During my second stay, I have informed the reception officers about my experience and asked them to give me a clean room. However, the same story happened again, the sheets were dirty. This time, I've decided not to complain since I've thought it's useles and decided to sleep on my desk chair. I admit that your reception officer Juliana Khoury was very friendly and helpful however my experience at IBIS hotel was terrible. I will never book a room with IBIS Amman again.

I used to stay in Ibis Amman and, through times, the service is downgrading. Room was not entirely clean and there are no hand towels - only bath towel. I ordered for a food and it took a long time to be served. The rice was cold so I politely asked the staff if he could heat the rice. It took sometime so my other food was already cold.

As I was checking in, the reception told me I would be upgraded to a superior room! The room was very old and dull! No toiletries or sanitary items were present in the room! Even a small hotel would provide those. Overall a disappointing experience with ibis.

This hotel has an underwhelming service. Ordering food at this hotel restaurant exposes the poor quality of the service. The staff is very slow, they have no sense of hotel service, not trained at all. Furthermore, the rooms are lacking basic amenities such as USB chargers, shampoo in the barhrooms...

The personnel at the ibis Amman is very attentive and respectful, always making sure that the needs for me and my colleagues were satisfied. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food was awesome for what I understood -I have dietary restrictions (kosher) that could not be accomodated and that was not a problem, the hotel did their best to provide vegan-friendly snacks and breakfasts, while I brought my own main meals

Staff very polite and welcoming, Buffet breakfast is varied, so you can find all you want to eat, Dinner at I-bar is delicious, with a drink... I notice always that bathrooms need some renovation in all the rooms, and the rooms as well. Overall experience is good.

- I arrived at the reception few hours before check in time (2 pm). The receptionist was extremely nice and polite, but I waited 55 minutes in the lobby, exhausted from the early morning flight, until I knew whether the room will be ready or not. I did not ask to prepare the room early; I just asked to be informed! In all my previous travels, never was I maltreated on check-in as such! - Room cleanness was slightly below average, otherwise the room was quite good. - Bathroom readiness was below average. - The breakfast was very good. - The gym was relatively small, but the 24-hr access somehow balanced that. - I did not ask for room service during my 4-night stay, therefore I cannot judge it. - The staff were generally nice, and check-out was smooth. - The location of the hotel was my prime reason for choosing it. Despite the jammed traffic in Amman, I found the location quite strategic for business travelers.

I would like to inform you of my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by you during my stay at the Ibis Hotel Amman - from 13/07/2019 until 25/07/2019 I did not expect to find like this kind of service from one of a hotel in the prestigious Accor brand. I understand that Ibis hotel is three stars but it bears the iconic Accor Hotels. Recently I received an email informing me to upgrade my membership to silver... After what I faced I think I deserve the highest grade with the Accor loyalty program. I faced poor services, poor facilities, maintenance work, and inconvenience. I will spend a honeymoon in Europe in the next period. After the bitter experience with your hotel, I will make sure I do not stay at any hotel in Accor Chain. During the next business trips, I will ask our responsible person for the bookings and excursions to exclude any reservation at any hotel for Accor. This is a real resentment.
