Excellent staff .. I didn't like how they didn't change the bed sheets even that I take everything off the bed and put on the floor as there were no card to put on pillow and even that I put the card in a previous stay ..this time I had to shout and face the housekeeping man and told him to change the dirty sheets and covers... shame... otherwise everything was perfect and the staff were wonderful.

Service was nit up to IBIS standard. 1. Difficulty connecting external call 2. When connected to external call the people in reception was on line as well 3. Requested for iron but never came even after 2-3 repeated requests 4. AC duct started leaking in the middle of night making loud noice n disturbed sleep

My stay was good in regard to friendliness of the staff there and they were all helpful especially the lady in the reception who did the check in for me she was so kind and I was quite happy with her welcomeness ans helpfulness. I was satisfied with the breakfast varieties , also the hotel facilities were good. Well, regarding comfort, the bed and especially pillows were not that comfy. Regarding calmness, although the hotel was quite in general and I wasn’t bothered, but the only comment is that you still can hear footsteps from the upper floors which means are not well isolated from voice, also, the AC voice was more than supposed to be and at the same time wasn’t cold enough for those hot summer days. My last comment is that I had to ask for almost everything, like for example there was no hair shampoo in the room and also I had to ask for body lotion, which is usually already provided from the hotels I go to, but when I asked the room service they provided them to me quickly and I was happy with that. Overall I was satisfied and I would stay in this hotel again in future.

you serve terrible breakfast in Amman Ibis. in the breakfast there was a pudding and it was everyday was in same place. i noticed that on the top i can see green spoiled things. boiled eggs also same i guess they serve again not fresh. and for the milk bottle it is leaking and i continue leak 9 days. my bed was also terrible.

The hotel staff were very helpful with particular thanks to Maher who made an excellent job of servicing our room every day.Breakfast was fine with a decent range of different foods.The locality was practical with a very useful shopping mall just across the road.My son and I both had a very enjoyable stay and would be happy to stay at the Ibis in Amman again.

dirty bathroom, dirty bed sheets and once we wanted to enter the room. the door didn't open, it took arround 2 hrs for the technicians to open it. we had a flight the next morning so it was terrible

A modern hotel, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Fast check in and check out. My only issue was a noisy party in the hotel that started just before midnight when I was getting to bed after a tiring 6 hours drive and before starting my 17 hours flight the next morning. I was offered to change the room but that was too late.
