The staff were all very helpful, especially your reception staff who went out of their way to accommodate me. Upon arrival I discovered that my reservation had not been received and I therefore had no room booked. However, this was resolved by your staff.

My room was the last available in the hotel Unfortunately it was too close to the elevator which make it tooo noisy as if my door was open ...all the elevators and the visitors’ talkings and laughs were heard in my room .

The room itself was ok, except that it is advertised as having soundproof doors. I can categorically state this is not the case. I could hear a pin drop outside of the room. On the third night, guests returned to their room at 2.30am and proceeded to wake everyone up by playing music at full volume, shouting and laughing. I tried calling reception, it was constantly engaged / no answer, so I assumed reception would be dealing with this. But no. I finally got a response about an hour later, but the noise continued through the night and was still ongoing when I checked out at 5.30am. The bed was comfortable and the food was good, but I would not stay there again.

Everything was great, the staff were helpful, friendly and polite. Rooms are clean. A diverse choice of breakfast and diner was offered each time i went, i never tried lunch so can’t tell. Very comfy bedding, thank you, i really enjoyed it. Had the bedding been smaller in size i would’ve probably put it in my suitcase and left with it . The two problems I encountered were the lifts that didn’t work properly ( one and sometimes 2 at a time didn’t work) and the ventilation system in my room; too bad the windows don’t open, the room stank when I fist arrived. Not so welcoming. Shower vapor stayed too long in the room as well.

TOILET WASH SPRAYER WAS LEAKING CAUSING FLOOR WET ASKED CHANGE ROOM FROM 129 TO 119 DUE TO VERY BAD QUALITY . NO VIEW AND BAD SPRAYER BED MATTRESS AND PILOW POOR VENTILATION OF ISLE OF FIRST FLOOR CAUSING BAD SMELL AS SOON AS YOU COME FROM ELEVATORS. . BREAKFAST BUFFET CHOICE ITEMS NOT MAINTAINED UNTIL END OF SET TIME NO WINDOW CAN BE OPENED CAUSING UNCONFORTABLE TEMPRETURE,AC WAS NOT COOLING GOOD.

it was very good nights, the room is wide , clean and quit, staff were friendly and respectful, but the breakfast was too limited, and to be fair I have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights the smell of the dishes and the glasses cups was bad.
