The experience was good. Breakfast was good but I won't say great. The food was ok for the price I paid for. I am very very unsatisfied with the travel agents that was located within the hotel. I was sold like a slave. The agent lied to me. He was more interested in booking me for his own business. So, after talking to his 'travel company', the agent called me 1 hour later to say that the rate he quoted was not acceptable to the company he worked for. Hence, he 'sold' me to the next travel company. I was then 'sold' to another bidder before being driven to my destinations. I was so annoyed about this unprofessionalism.

The hotel in Amman is an old hotel. During my visit several equipment found out to malfunction (e.g. for two days 1 out of 2 elevators was not working making the other one to crowded, one power socket in the room). Cleanliness is not good i might say that they need a lot of effort in the room, to change the sheets, especially to change and clean the towels. The sheets and towel never smell like they are fresh cleaned, i mean this should be the basic in the hotel. In the shower the floor was moving in the bathroom i was afraid it might be broke at any time ....Bathroom had only the cream to wash the hands and that's it .... The breakfast was average. The personnel even it may lack in experience they were trying to help and they were polite. A colleague of mine though was arguing with them several times but personally i had no major issues. If i visit the hotel again i hope to find it in a better shape on all aspects. in any case thank you!

Terrible. Towels and sheets were not replaced for three days. Cleanliness was a major issue. Breakfast was a waste of 7JD which is 10 US dollars. Very limited, poor quality coffee, cheap tea and only two types of cheese. Really a waste of money for breakfast. I could have been to any other place to have a decent breakfast.

« Breakfast was a mess....employees chit chatting with eachother when everything in buffet was empty. »

First day check in and there were used shower gel not replaced with new. My bed had bed bugs on them. Towels not fresh. Water heater was defected have to stand next to it and hold it down to heat up. Reception staff were good. But breakfast buffet was a disaster and a mess. Not clean...no staff to make sure the food is replaced when finish and very dirty. One of the cleaning staff just picked food with his dirty hands from the buffet and starts eating.

« Poor lighting for room »

Actually I was not satisfy of room lighting because it was very poor lighting ,also the beds was moving because it was two layer of beds on each other every day have to fix it two or three times to feel comfortable the last point didn't see any soap for washing just liquid soap i didn't know the liquid soap for hand washing or for hair washing as shampoos .The rest points was good.
