My stay at Ibis was satisfactory. The room was clean, very clean. However, the shower gel in my room (314) was not working. I notified the Hotel and nothing was done. So every night i had to call reception and ask for Soap!

Room and bathroom required much better cleaning - cleaning is superficial esp bathroom - shower walls part black between tiles grout, shower doors uncleaned - generally very tatty- not up to to the usual IBIS standard - very disappointed as an Elite member

Staff were helpful and friendly but the hotel was smoky throughout and even the non smoking floor smelt of smoke. Rooms need a good clean. Beds, bedding and pillows need replacing, bedding is discoloured and pillows lumpy. Breakfast was good. And price is reasonable. It’s a decent location and has potential but it needs a renovation, deep clean and some attention.

Staying with you was great. The rooms, the food, the conference room were excellent. The staff were amazingly great and very helpful. The location a bi plus since we were able just to cross over to do shopping. And yes, that shot at the hotel helped us acquire dead sea products to take home.

Staff were helpful, polite and friendly. Resturant had a good menu but smoking inside made it unbearable to eat there.Bed, bedding and pillows felt old and dirty. Room need a serious clean. Carpets were awful, everywhere you could smell smoke even in the non-smoking room.Location was ok, parking worked well, small mall opposite. Breakfast was half decent.

I was expecting more clean room also there was typical smell in room (kind of dusty and moist carpet) when i entered at night. I have taken superior deluxe which was best available at your end hence was expecting good cleanliness in bathroom and good smell in room.

The hotel location was very accessible, staff are friendly and sensitive. Rooms and facilities are of hotel standard. The only opportunity for improvement is the buffet breakfast which has very limited international dishes.
