« i expected something better »

The reception was good, the room was not matching the quality i used to with IBIS hotels. Room need a better care, bad smell when i entered, the fan speed of the AC can not be controlled. in the bathroom there is no Shampoo or any other grooming materials. the sink is not cleaned well. in the restaurant, the Omelet egg was burned, and the Zaatat SAJ has a strange test.

The only negative is that the breakfast didn't seem very organized - it was hard to find things like bowls, and pancake/egg station was far from the other food

I can not remember how many times I have stayed at Ibis Amman hotel but every time I find it the best and the pearl of Ibis hotels . Wonderful staff and I mean every one , excellent staff striving to make your stay comfortable. In a brief I would like to say that this hotel is my first destination in Amman where I find myself surrounded by warm people , comfy rooms , perfect location, lavish breakfast buffet , superb fast lifts, clean rooms, fast services, fast check in and out and smiling faces everywhere. Thank to everyone working at Ibis Amman hotel and I mean every one with no exception. The only thing always bothers me that I have to leave the hotel to go back. I am always looking forward to coming back to Amman and to the wonderful Ibis Amman hotel . If you are visiting Amman this hotel is highly recommended for you.

For me, Ibis is still the first choice wherever i go all over the world. I just want to point about 1 thing which should be arranged: it is the cleanness of the food plates on the breakfast, the cleanness of the towels and bed covers in rooms and the smell inside rooms.

Good experience at the reception whilst check in & check out. Good housekeeping staff. Comfy bed & good WiFi in the room. Decent breakfast too is served in the restaurant. No opportunity to try the hotel food being a short stay. Nice bar too.

My stay was excellent. However, not having electricity outlets near the bed wasn’t very practical since I was in a business trip and had to use my laptop to work most of the time. I sat on the floor to get my work done.

« The hotel is the exact same since I first stayed in it in 2006! »

The towels are so old they are no longer even close to white. They are grey and worn out. I think they are the same towels from 2006. I've always stayed at this hotel when I come to Amman but that was my last time! The bed is so old and worn down that the mattress is completely slanted on one side. There was no labels on the food in the breakfast buffet. You don't know what is being served. The staff member has an attitude when I asked why there are no labels. The Chef didn't like the question either. Waiter asked sarcastically "Is there anything else that you need other than the labels Sir?" Horrible facilities. Rude staff. Will not stay there again.
