We really enjoyed our stay. It was our 22nd wedding anniversary and we received token (flower) from sofitel. Also, my request to stay in a roon fronting the pool was easily granted by Accor (my 2 previous stays in sofitel was both facing the city).

We love Sofitel - it's our third visit, we were even married there on the last visit. Hotel is a gorgeous oasis in the city. We always love our stay here - from the polite and friendly staff, to the more than comfortable rooms and lush surrounds. I have to say, the rooms are starting to age a bit, but it is an old hotel now. My only issue of concern was the frustration of coming and going from the hotel on this stay. There was some kind of important event/guest, and delays in getting into the hotel was frustrating. I understand the need for extra security if deemed necessary, but maybe some advice or communication to current guests about the upcoming event which will impact on security in and around the hotel, would be appreciated. Food and drinks were all beautifully prepared, presented and tasted great. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing stay yet again - see you when we next visit PH!

The hotel staff was very accomodating and the food was excellent. However, the corridors felt damp and dingy; there was an unpleasant scent in the check in counters throughout our stay. The cutlery was unimpressive (bent forks, placemats were falling apart at the cafe in the lobby, etc.). The room felt damp and old; very far from a 5-star hotel experience. The hotel interiors felt dated and unattractive. Getting into the hotel was a headache. My driver was in line for more than 30mins in the morning to pick up my wife because the security at the entrance seemed to take too long screening the cars. This caused my wife to be late for her meeting in Pasay that morning.

I Love Sofitel and i Love using my ACCOR Silver Benefit. Thank you for the exclusive check in area. There were plumbing issues buy these were immediately resolved. Your bath tub plug wasn’t working properly. I had to use something to lift up the plug to drain the bath tub. We got a Welcome fruit.. just one. At least give two because the room is a double occupancy.

The hotel executive lounge in 10th floor is fantastic, the best Accor lounge I have been in :-) Nice and friendly staff. Lagoon pool to is fantastic, with nice and friendly staff. And the upgraded room we got was fantastic! The room was clean :-) Friendly staff :-) I don’t know I will come back to Manila, but if I should, it will be only one reason! SOFITEL Plaza! :-)

I have first time to stay in Manila Sofitel. All the electrical devices are very old and different from those of other hotel, even without bath tub. Moving to other room there is no warm water..... I would like to get rid of this poor place after using my prepaid days......

I've always dreamed of staying in your hotel and when I had the chance, I did on my birthday. It was sad at first because we had to be very persistent in asking the management thru front desk if you had something special for the birthday girl, which was me.. It was nice when your staff gave me some cookies and a happy birthday note. Thank you to your sweet staff.. It would also be nice if you will proceed with renovations of the whole facility...rooms, and the pool area also. Your staff is still very accomodating and friendly. Good job to everyone.
