« Comfotable, Clean and Friendly »

A 4 night stay at the hotel on a B & B basis. Room was clean and comfortable, with not just ordinary tea & coffee facilities,but a Nespresso machine as well!! Breakfast selection was excellent, the only downside being that to have it al fresco you'd be inhaling someone's cigarette smoke. The staff were all friendly and hospitable, and all in all, a really pleasant travel experience, and I would recommend the hotel.

« A different and very good Novatel »

With a small kitchenette with microwave and a lounge area this is a different style of Accor Recently refurbished our 6th floor room was immaculate Struggled with the concept of no restaurant and the food available to buy was largely unsuitable for a vegetarian and as we travelled on a Sunday struggled to find a supermarket open Approx 25 min walk into town and would have been quicker by tram if they had been running( alteration to tracks) Now we know how the system works we would definitely use this type of Accor again Staff friendly Excellent full breakfast available

Dear, First of all, thank you very much for spending your time to share your experience with us,. It is a pleasure to learn that you liked our breakfast and our staff . We understand that you were disappointed not to find a restaurant in our hotel, but it’s part of the concept of Novotel Suites. you can find easily restaurants at 5 minutes by walk from the hotel, the receptionists can give you good advices and in our Boutique Gourmande you can find several choices of mixed salads...There is a kitchenette in every room to permit the autonomy of our customers, with a full welcoming tray. Concerning the problems you met with the tram, actually the line is under construction for this summer. However, a bus (A) replaces it and it’s just next to the hotel. Experience was ok except the hotel didn't want to turn on air conditioning. The weather was unseasonably warm and despite asking 3 times, they didn't go through the burden of turning the system on. I was loaned a fan. I understand it's more involving than flipping a switch but it's not acceptable for an hotel at that price point.

Comfortable room but problems with a broken flush on the toilet - as this couldn't be mended we had to move rooms which made it very late getting something to eat abs as we had been travelling all day could have done without it. Felt that the car park & charges for a small dog excessive. It would be nice if as a matter of course a drink for each guest was offered rather than just one.,however in our case two were offered due to th inconvenience.

When you called us, as soon as possible we get up to repair the flush on the toilet. Unfortunately we could not. That is why in few minutes and for your comfort we preferred to change your room. The additional cleaning is necessary for the dogs stay, that is why every poppies need to pay an extra charges. The general condition for the Club drink are the same for every Club member ship. In every Novotel Suites you can enjoy for one drink free. At Novotel Suites, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer, therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. We hope that you will give us another chance in the near future. The lack of iron and ironing board in each room is not acceptable. Modern hotels have this - you need this!! If you had this I'd give you a 9.5!

« I loved my room and the staff were really nice. »

My room was really clean and I enjoyed the refreshments that were replenished every day (I was there for three weeks.) The staff were really nice and helpful, so I felt very welcome and taken care of. I enjoyed the diverse breakfast options as well.
