I have stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, The room was very clean with the highway view, the room service was very helpful and kind, the staff in the restaurant was very welcome and always smile! ;) I had an experience of smoking shisha in the balcony it was really great! there was a servant I forgot the name by the way he was extremely kind because I was alone I asked him to come and sit with me, but he came and stand beside me and we had a 30 min discussion ;) I will plan to come to your hotel again!!!

I have stayed at Pullman JLT for a few times on business during the past year and some were long term stays. The staff at the hotel are absolutely outstanding and professional. Absolutely fantastic staff catered to every need and every forgotten item! Also, due to flights we arrived very early but were able to check in. That was a major blessing as we we were painfully exhausted from traveling. However, an issue in the bathroom needs improvement. There is no ventilation system. Additionally, if the metal plate is not covering the drainage in the floor in front of the sink, or if the toilet is not closed, a terrible odor of raw sewage fills the bathroom and can be noticed when you walk past the bathroom entrance. I learned about the water supply from our incredible World Ventures host so maybe that has something to do with it.

Housekeeping was a bit pushy - I had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, and yet they still called my room. So that was the only unpleasant thing during my stay.

Just something marred my experience the fact that the person at reception asked you will use the mini bar I said I am not sure and infront of me he called «  Empty the mini bar «  That i don’t like that sort of mistrust about little peanut or Potato chips , I would suggest adding that to the price and keep the mini bar like a complimentary service to the guest it will look extremely great

Ideal for short business trips to offices/companies that are in Jumeirah Lakes district. Check-In and Check-Out was friendly and fast. Breakfast choice of food, quality and speed of refill were excellent. The only glitch was that the translation of one of the items into Arabic was wrong. Otherwise, service also was great during the breakfast. House keeping were empowered and helpful to serve guests which I really admired. Transportation from/to airport was timely and the choice of cars were neat and modern. Thank you very much for a nice stay that I will keep repeating whenever I am in the area.
