I have stayed here many times. Everytime I proceed to checkout, I do feel that I am going t miss this stay... Nevertheless, I am happy and satisfied about the way I was welcomed, smiling reception desk, energetic staff at the breakfast, complimentary gifts - over all I am happy. Surprise is, a couple of staff at reception desk do still remember my name from my last visit, that was really good to know. Looking forward to stay again somewhere in future. Thank you :)

« Fantastic hotel in the heart of JLT~ »

The room was very comfortable and well-decorated! I really liked the expansive breakfast buffet and I enjoyed having the opportunity to sample different foods from around the world! The gym was fairly well-equipped for a hotel gym and met my needs. The on-site restaurants were helpful for dinners at the end of long workdays. In sum, the hotel's amenities were exactly what I needed for my 1-week business trip to Dubai and first time in the UAE!

Experience was good. There were however some shortfalls: 1. I was initially incorrectly charged for consuming items from the mini bar which I had the receptionist corrected as I never consumed anything during my stay. 2. On one of the days there was an issue with the hot water supply in the washroom basin 3. I had made reservation for a king sized bed however on arrival I was informed that only a twin bed room was available which is unacceptable since I had a confirmed reservation.

My experience was satisfactory. I noticed on the first day that my room 1514 didnt have a great view. I asked the front desk if I can be accommodated in either 1511 or 1509 which have better views. I was told 1509 was of a higher room rate and 1511 was occupied. I asked if a room similar to 1511 could be given to me on any other floor and I was told that there is no such room available. I believe that since I was staying at Pullman for the first time and that too for 5 days, more efforts should have been done to retain me as a customer. More efforts should have been made to get customer delight. Nonetheless, there was no big issue at my stay and my experience was satisfactory.

excellent staff and service. Room was nice (Executive on the corner). Only thing can say about room though is 1) not enough light...we ouldnt even see what was in the cupboard with out using our phone as a flash light 2) you need drawers in the cupboard. We like to unpack our bags, but wastn very convienennt as no actually drawers.

« Hotel exceeded our expectations and that's a great result for both of us! »

Large, comfortable, clean room with lovely roof top swimming pool and sun terrace. Within walking distance to the Marina mall and the 7 km walking track which surrounds it. A lovely walk in cooler December sunshine. Enjoyed access to the executive lounge - the breakfast was amazing...selection much more than we had expected. Afternoon tea and refreshments in the evening was a treat. First time staying here after travelling in and out of Dubai for 12 years. We'll return.
