The hotel was emaculate the staff were nice very friendly especially the young lady that checked us in she knew it was my anniversary so she upgraded us into an executive suite which was really sweet of her. And the room was really nice the view was great too definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends and would definitely visit the next time I’m in Dubai.

Having now stayed twice I can confidently say it has been one of my best hotel experiences. The staff are superb and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast and the Belgium restaurant/bar on the lower floor. Our room was perfect for all our needs with my only suggestion would be to supply more cloths hangers.

I stay in 5 star hotels every week in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Pullmans was definitely not up to per in comparison. It was suitable. I wouldn't stay again. The quality, service and price does not compare with others in its class.

The experience was awesome until the hotel charged me for the breakfast delivered to my room yet this was part of the dreamtrips itinerary. The experience was quite good, we were on a Business trip and the room alotted to us was quite comfy, however since we are a two person it would have been nice if the rooms were provided adjacent rather than on two separate floors for the ease of commute.

Convenient hotel to stay at in terms of location. Beds are great. The rooms are already getting tired with multiple stains and scratches on the furniture. Quite dark in the evening with insufficient lighting. Bathrooms show signs of required maintenance: grout between the tiles coming off, taps and plumbing no longer functioning as they should. I no longer take the breakfast at the hotel as it is too crowded and usually someone takes my seat when I go and grab something to eat. Being a loyal and regular customer on multiple annual visits I feel like the hotel should be granting me access to the Executive Lounge, however this has never been proposed to me.
