We had a fantastic stay with The Pullman. The staff could not have been more helpful in particular Oliver on reception and the pool staff. The breakfasts were amazing with the pancake stand being a personal favourite. There was a turn down service every evening and the rooms were kept immaculately. We would not hesitate to stay with the Pullman again. Thank you

The staff are amazing in this hotel. Every door was opened for us, everyone would smile and say hello. Nothing was too much trouble. Massive thanks to Adones who made our room look beautiful as we were on our honeymoon. The hotel was 2 mins from the metro station, 5 mins to the marina (beautiful walking around at night) and always taxis outside. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Overall satisfied with experience. Wait staff in restaurant were awesome as were the front desk employees. Two complaints: 1- tile must have been recently grouted in shower of room 714. They did not clean up well. Grout stains and excess grout still in shower. 2- two of my coworkers were helping one of the waiters in the bar move two tables together. During move, the tempered glass on the tables hit and one exploded. Bar manager indicated if we didn't pay the waiter would. Found this to be distasteful. No one was being unruly, everyone was trying to help. We chose to pay because charging the bar waiter would be very unfair. Never seen a hotel pass this cost on to customers that were not acting out of control. We did quite a bit of business over the week.

Overall I children and I were very comfortable with the beds and pillows. We felt safe since there are many helpful staff and security personnel. The room was spacious, but the rooms were not cleaned properly. I don’t think they used the hoover in our room since there were biscuits crumps left on the floor and there was a pill( maybe vitamin pill) in the corner under the TV that looks like had been there for a month. There were a lot of hair on the carpet. It’s very sad that I have to talk negatively about the cleanliness because I really loved the staff there, since they were nice and helpful and very friendly.

Very nice staff of recitation and very fast check-in and check-out , variety breakfast. I forgot my iPhone in the room and they contacted my through email in order to bring it back to me. Appreciation to housekeeping and the manger. Pullman will be my favorite hotel when I visit Dubai again

First of all this is not my first time to visit Pullman hotel JLT , it is the fourth visit and really enjoyed with full service and joy as well , i booked other pull man hotel in dubai creek and reisendence where i stay with my family ... this time in pullman hotel JLT , the spa booking is very tight and not slot to have spa massage as the number is visitor registered are really more or number of staff doing spa is less ,, pls check this issue as every time i faced this issue with Pullman hotel JLT the resturant is not upto standard as the food served is good and no more selection
