« Nothing short of amazing »

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Dubai JLT. I was given a complimentary upgrade (thank you!) to the luxuriously spacious deluxe room (which is really more like a suite than a regular room) and because I was staying there for 5 nights, the extra space really contributed to my overall comfort. I would definitely recommend it to others and is definitely my go-to hotel for my trips to Dubai. A special mention goes out to William Joseph, the bell captain, who went out of his way to assist me with an important parcel that I was expecting during my stay. Unfortunately, the parcel only arrived after I had checked out and William managed to arrange for it to be sent to me in Singapore. William faced so many challenges trying to get the parcel sent to me but he handled it really well and professionally. I am so very grateful for his help and I don't think I can ever thank him enough.

It is very sad to hear about your disappointments with regards to the deposit which was not released by your bank to your account, the quality of the accommodation, breakfast experience and lack of attentiveness of our hotel team members for which we can only apologize for. We would like to assure you this is not in-line with our service standards and we have addressed the matter with the concerned department heads to avoid the same in the future. Whilst saying this, we do hope you appreciated the complimentary Late check out we provided at 16:55PM. Also, the fact that you stayed six days at the hotel is not in our favor as we never heard of your disappointment, otherwise we could have endeavored to address your concerns immediately. Wonderful 6 week stay at the Pullman, excellent facilities including gym, spa, lounge and restaurants. Staff always had a smile and looked after our every need. Location was very convenient for the Marina, Metro and JLT (of course), easy access to the road networks and there were always taxis and Uber available.

We are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and serviceminded. The standard was good, with nice beds and breakfast. We enjoyed the gym and the rooftop poolarea. We didn’t have the time to try the spa or any of the restaurants though except for breakfast. The bathroom was very well equipped with both a bathtub and a separate shower. If anything at all to mention there was a slight smell from the toilet that didn’t disappear with the cleaning, but nothing that bothered us a lot. The fabrics in the bathroom would be the next thing to give a lift to fully keep up to the five stars. But there wasn’t really anything to complain about.

I enjoyed the stay and service but when I got back home I have noticed a nasty scratch along the whole ride side bumper I assume afte the wallet parking the car was in. I can’t prove it as I noticed only at home but that spoiled the whole experience as it a brand new car and I have to send it to garage for repairs, not sure i’ll Stay again but even if I would i’d Be a bit suspicious around your hotel unfortunately

This was our third stay in Pullman JLT. We returned because our previous two trips were absolutely faultless! Unfortunately, our stay this time was more average than outstanding. We were staying for our Honeymoon and it was so nice that we were given a complimentary upgrade! Check in was swift and the staff on the front desk were absolutely amazing. What let our experience down massively is housekeeping. Being in a hotel for 2 weeks, it is nice to come back to a fresh room each day. This did not happen. Housekeeping were arriving around 5/6 in the afternoon when we were in the room getting ready to go back out again. I explained to reception that this was not suitable for us and requested that we had housekeeping come to the room in the mornings whilst we were out. This did not happen and when I tried to explain this to the member of staff, I was met with a rude response that he was not informed. He then knocked the door minutes later to explain reception had left a note but that he had not spotted it. For two weeks, we would go out in the morning/ afternoon to come back to our room which had not been serviced. Whilst we were getting ready there was a visit every time and I had to answer the door and arrange a time for them to come back. This honestly really ruined our experience and has changed our view of Pullman JLT. However, it was nice to see some familiar faces elsewhere. Kasun at the pool and Harinder from Manzoni are absolute stars and represent the hotel in such a positive way. We have really grown to know them and enjoy interactions with them, friendly, personable and always very attentive. They are a credit to your hotel and other members of staff could learn a lot from them both. We will certainly be returning to Dubai, but our experience with housekeeping for 2 weeks has made us question whether we would like to stay again in Pullman. Even when they did do the room, some rubbish was left and not removed and on one occasion I found housekeeping return to the room after they had already been in there and acting very strange. I hope this is something you can take action on so that other guests do not have their experience ruined. Thank you though for doing an amazing job elsewhere! If you could fix this issue, I am sure we would consider staying again in the future.

I experienced a very hospitable staff at the reception and at the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms are very comfortable. I only had a problem with the smell of cigarette smoke all over the floor and room i was occupying. I also enjoyed your proximity to the metro station.

Great facilities, great breakfast, great location and comfortable room. The bathroom was not on par with the rest, in my opinion, having the shower chair all covered in rust and lacking a way to keep the bathroom floor from flooding when taking a shower
