Nice welcome, excellent staff. Room very good as was breakfast. Buffet lunch seemed over priced to some I have sampled, but quality and variety good.

As expected, it was again comfortable and nice to stay @ Pullman JLT even if it was only for two nights this time. Room was quite, comfortable, breakfast well stuffed and plenty of everything. Location is also very good, close to Marina, access to Metro, ... what else do you need?

« All is fine but shower room in bad shape »

Everything is fine except the shower room, it contains the water. Not escaping out. We do not call for maintenance because they will take time and disturb our sleep/rest. I would expect that these kind of things to be checked before. Thumbs up to the guys who take care of the car. They are doing amazing job.

I stayed for few hours to celebrate my birthday while relaxing. Everything was done nicely, the decoration etc. and the cake were thoughtful and amazing. However, I did face an issue with someone at the reception during check out. AED 600 were already deposited. Like any other hotel I have ever been to, the amount will be deducted from that 600 during check out. But the lady asked for my credit card again and she swiped it on the POS machine TWICE and told me it was declined. I was baffled, as she did not ask me to enter my pin whatsoever – that process was weird and unnecessary to me, and looked awkward. My card has never been declined before. I ended up paying in cash since I wanted to avoid any argument as I really needed to leave.
