I had a corner 1-room suite, which was very pleasant. I did see one ordinary room, which struck me as relatively small. Breakfast choices were extensive and varied. If there is a drawback to the hotel, it is location -- not walkable to much of anything except a mall that is currently undergoing extensive renovation.

Why on earth you still has double bed in a small room in this century ?!!? I asked reception to combine the bes as we were with family but the response was blunt !! I had 3 or 4 other families in my queue asking for the same. Why someone should rent a room to sleep separately ?? I believe good hotels dont have these type of arrangements any more. Also we expect some non-veg food in breakfast buffet. We are in middle east not Vegan Land. Apart from that for gym and swimming pool it was good.

We do get a lot of request to add a vegetarian mix on our breakfast, the demand on this region is really high. So to satisfy everyones needs, we offer a mix of everything on our breakfast buffet, in a very reasonable price also. The check in process was fine, I arrived early on a busy day and so had to wait for a room, which I expected and the check in agent did her best to get a room at the earliest opportunity. The room was fine, basic and functional and although everything was in good state of repair, the hotel still has the old style IBIS bedrooms that could do with an upgrade. The pool area was very disattended and scruffy, with a few loungers, no staff seemed to be present and there were no towels available. The breakfast area was nice and bright and the common areas of the hotel were very clean throughout. All in all the stay was satisfactory for what I paid and I would use the hotel again.
