Me and my family had a good experience staying at Novotel. Some of the things that we felt needed improvement is the lighting in the room as it was difficult to see (dark). The small refrigerator needs to be in the room and not in the bathroom area. The timeliness of housekeeping could be improved by moving it forward to 10 am instead of 1.00 pm. The restaurant food at the hotel I would rate it as a 3 out of 10. The hotel could do with some local food. The hotel setting, logistics to everything is excellent. The grounds and the fields is also great. I would love to bring my family to Novotel again.

Amazing staff!!! I like the fact that everyone is so helpful, I can’t remember all the names but Suresh at the airport was very very helpful, front desk team is great as well talatoka, Komal, navin, John and at the restaurant Tatiana, runa, amrita lslimeli and how can I forget the Housekeeping team who made my stay very comfortable and lusiana who made perfect omelette!! Vinaka everyone

Nothing nice to say about this place, although the cockroaches would probably disagree. Rooms are dark - there isn't any main light, just a few bedside lamps. No hot water in my room - had to have cold showers all 3 days. Air conditioning is extremely loud and rattles. Food was okay, but there were ants all over the serving area. Looks nice from the outside.

« My wife and I felt very comfortable, safe and well looked after by all the staff. »

We booked in at the hotel in the mid afternoon. The staff at the reception desk was very efficient and friendly and we were helped to settle into our room very quickly and our car parked by the staff very close to our room. We asked for an early morning call which was prompt and we had no difficulty in getting our luggage put onto our hotel transfer vehicle which took in well in time for our check in at the airport. Many thanks for your kind hospitality.

« Not why i expected from a novotel »

Unhappy with the standard of the room. Stayed 1 night each on 2 separate occasions, both the rooms (808 and 606) were dirty, untidy, and hot. We slept on the top sheet because we really didn't want to see what's underneath. Dust on top of all furnitures. Very dissapointing. Only good thing was we got the room upgraded (not that it was better though).

I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The room had some tired aspects - tiling was stained, grouting was dirty and the smoke alarm was not connected. The staff were all fantastic and very easy to deal with. I also received no reply to my email questions before arrival.

I stayed here for two separate nights in transit to Kiribati. The first night was very good - clean, large room with great amenities. One large king bed and able to be accessed easily rolling luggage. The second night was quite disappointing. The room was smaller, in average condition, with less amenities. It was also located upstairs which made it difficult to carry luggage up and down. The airconditioning also did not work as well, so it was an uncomfortable night's sleep.

« Very pleasant; trouble-free; and the facilities met all my needs e.g. clean room with all utilities working properly, Novotel shop to buy bear essentials, a new/clean gym to exercise, adequate/secure parking, and easy check-in/out service. »

The only issue I had was when I checked-in and the lady who served me interrupted me while I was talking; not really a major issue which is why I gave a rating of 9 rather than 10. Overall, one of my best hotel experiences. Thank you Novotel.

« Better than first time »

George and receptionist remembered us and warmly welcomed us back. Room upgrade was difficult due to renovations but the receptionist made it happen. This was welcomed as the last room we had was not pleasant as per previous review. Gym is very good. Food was good. Staff were very welcoming. Hotel allowed us to park earlier in the week, shuttle to the airport and back to the hotel to stay. This was a very generous offer and the reason we stayed again.

Friendly staff Rooms are ok but not 100% clean bathrooms in the room are really old not well maintained and look dirty (Leackage in the toilette) Breakfast was good

My stay was pleasant enough. Some constructive criticism: Room was a bit far from the function area but apart from that was comfortable. There was nothing in the minibar but it was on and leaking slightly on the floor. Television screen in the room were small and straining on the eyes for viewing.

My second stay at the Hotel in the last 2 months. Great place to stay. Very handy to the International Airport. All facilities were very good. Great for families. Bar/Restaurant staff were always very friendly and helpful. Food was pretty good. Could add another couple of options ( particularly if you are staying for a week or more. Check-in / Checkout was very easy and staff were helpful. Would stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thanks team.

I am a fan of the Accor group and mostly use their hotels but the Nadi Novotel is one of the worst Novotel’s around. This hotel poses serious risk to the Accor brand. Very poorly maintained premises and no benefits provided to Accor members.
