We received fantastic service from all employees here. Motel room was small for a family of 5 but was nice to have a bath. Had a few things broken in our room like toilet roll holder and handles etc. Overall though very happy with our stay!

Room was old, smelly, dimly lit, broken light, in need of renovation and they had no explanation of how to use their swamp cooler. Tried to get me to pay after I’d already paid in full prior to coming. Breakfast was good. Reception told us it would be $25 for the taxi they got us to take us to the port. Once there, the driver tried charging us $40 and then came up with another $10 change, so we were still overcharged $5. Hotels rating was 4.5 out of 5 which is not correct. Actually a 2.5 of 5!

Nice clean hotel. Reasonably dated but adequate for a night while transferring out to the islands. Would also suit a business trip. Service is excellent. Would not recommend for a holiday.

My flight home left Nadi late afternoon but the desk lady let me have the room until 1;00 P.M. WHICH WAS VEFY APPRECIATED. The meal cooked by the chef with the huge saucepan was the best ever in Fiji Every hotel room I have used in Fiji has chipped tiles and mould. That was the reason I switched from Mecure. but even in the superior room there were faults in the shower- chipped tiles, mould and door off the tacks banging.

Poor rooms, was not what was shown online. We had bunks for the kids, was expecting what was pictured, two separate beds. Bathroom was outdated and dirty. Not at all what was advertised. Was meabt to be a delux family room, it was not.

Food was very end of the quality of fast food style. Room was not cleaned properly, floor dusty and dirty, bath tub had hair. Pillows had yellow stains which we had to put our shirts on top of them to sleep. Pool is so small. Staff were helpful

« Checking in take a long time, room was not up to my expection. Dinner experience was bad!!! »

1) checking in - a total mess! waiting for 20 mins even I am Accorhotel sliver member! Was told my room reservation was not booked for the intended nights of stays.. 2) room was old and look tire...towels and especially the bath tub, very very dirty with visible stain! Water pressure for shower wasn't at the right pressure, I called for technician to take a look, but was told it is ok as long as their water flowing....it told me 20 mins to complete my shower! No complement bottle water! 3) Dinner was not a good experience !! I was told that fruit juice was freshly squeeze but the one serve to me seem like from a package/can! Dessert - I order fresh fruit and I could not believed the water melon served was not in the right time to eat, color was off and no taste at all. It look like it was from the breakfast serve in the morning!

« Overall the stay was average »

The reception staff were amazing but restaurant meals and staff were not to a high standard. The food was overpriced and small and wait staff during the day were not helpful and actually quite rude! Our toilet didn’t work the majority of the time so had two children with upset tummies having to use public toilets was not ideal! When I did make a complaint they sent maintanceto fix but had finally started working. All in all was a little to late! Room was very dated and bathroom was unclean. Would not be stay here again!

very excellent services and friendly staff . novotel nadi has all the facilities where you can simply relax with your family also airport transfers provided at no additional cost. they will try to checked in asap. novotel nadi location is also good as if you needs to catch flights you really dont need to hurry . i am again looking forward to book again with them.
