« Excellent service with smiles all around »

The service was the usual very pleasant experience. The room was fine. The new menu is great but some items seemed over priced. The only disappointment was the Spa. I had a quick manicure and pedicure which was very over priced for a process that took less than an hour. When I was out in the full light, the application of the polish was not even very well done.

My children had an exceptional moment at the brief stay. They enjoyed the swimming pool most of the time. The room presentation was excellent. Please convey the word of appreciation to housekeeping for preparing everything in order. We must have left a mess in the room.

Excellent service. Rooms a little tied but clean. Food selection good and reasonably priced. Lactose and gluten free options (which we found was not always available in Fijian restaurants!) So good on them. Tennis, free, and there is a reasonably priced driving range, about $15FJ for a bucket of 50 balls. Pool table $2FJ. And an outdoor, unheated pool, which was warmer than other Fijian pools we'd used on our holiday. No spa pool -- sad face. Virtually no airport noise, but close to airport.

We always enjoy Fiji and overall we enjoyed our stay but the room needed maintenance and obviously the housekeeping staff were not communicating with Management or Maintenance as flashing lighting in the bathroom couldn't have not been noticed. The Golf facility was very poor with old and out of date clubs, no trundlers, no score cards, many signs missing and the quality of the greens were very poor. The pool and sunbeds were 'average'.

We stayed on two seperate nights at the beginning and end of our holiday. On our first stay we were given a room with beds for only 3 of us, despite our booking clearly saying there were 4. When I went back to reception I was told I would have to pay extra to upgrade. Checking your website very clearly showed the room type we had booked should have beds for up to 4 people.

Rooms and service was great but the food was almost uneatable in some cases it couldn't be eaten I suggest you upgrade this area and you will get better reviews because of the isolation of the complex with a car it left us no option but to try and eat the restaurant food which was far less than satisfactory I am sorry tosay

Asked for ice cubes, reminded every 15 mins, after one hour was told there was none in the hotel, had to go to service station to buy some. Wasted my precious 1.5 hours of time on my very short visit. Hope staff realise importance of anyone ‘s time.

Hi, I emailed the evening I arrived and no one responded. my email was requesting for an upgraded room as the room I was given was really far from reception and dining area + pool. I am always on work trip and having laptop and other files is a must - then having a distant to walk is sort of a disadvantage to me. thank you

« dated room with noisy air conditioning and fan, and fridge »

staffs were attentive and friendly , but hotel rooms are very dated , dull and not clean (especially bathroom). Air conditioning is very noisy which had to be turned off during sleep but then the fridge also produced lot of noise. There is lack of sound isolation between rooms, guest can hear next door's toilet and shower business !

« Basic accommodation for one night close airport stay. »

At the end of the day it was one nights stay. I would not stay longer. Location was great for us. Staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were very tired and could have been a lot cleaner. There was no aircon control and we had no hot water in either of the two rooms we stayed in.
