The stay was awesome....stafff are amazing so helpful and attentive....food was great buffet breakfast was awesome..sunday night bbq buffet was amazing...great chef...would love to go back again..although i think the tvs in the rooms need and upgrade..but other then that the stay was relaxing.

Novotel Nadi has always been my choice of hotel when in Nadi or Namaka area given it's location, smooth check in, warm hospitable customer service, the tasty food and overall the comfy pillows and beds that at times made you forget how many dreams was dreamt the previous night..haha. Wonderful client service at front desk -loved the complimentary welcome drink where I ended up to order for the next one. All time efficient room service and just amazing to be at your home away from home. Looking forward to come back soon.

OK resort if you are here for one night only. Old resort which is trying to be revamped into a Novotel, but is falling a little short. Paint smell from the renovations. Broken toilet seat, but the room was neat and tidy and the staff very pleasant.

We checked in quite late in the night and staff were very friendly and helpful. The checkout was a breeze as well. The staff couldn't have been more friendlier and so very helpful. Could have done with a room with better air conditioning. The bathroom also needs a re vamp.

My family enjoyed staying at the hotel for 2 nights. Friendly staff, room service, rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. Although we were not provided towels as we wanted to use the swimming pool we took our room towels so that was fine. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

« a great stay and will stay again »

the Novotel met my living standards, customer service is great, facility lovely, food service is great. I would like to have seen more island produce infused into international dishes. Drinking coconut would be nice on arrival The Casava can be presented better, bite size like the Vudi. The food served on banana leaves, do away with plastic straws. There are conferences held there that are all about being environmentally friendly. I arrived into my room and had a service man come in after me, lucky I had the chain on. He was there to fix the light that I was supposedly had reported to front desk which I hadn't. He was red faced and apologetic when I opened the door but it did scare me that my room can be easily accessed. Suggestion: service personnel accompany to room by front desk or call room to ensure guest in room or not, knock before entry. Thank you for the lovely stay. Vinaka vakalevu

Room was dirty with animal poo throughout (rat/mouse). One of the main lights wasnt working. Sheets discolored. Cold lasagne for dinner (even after the first was sent back) Unsure how this is classed as 4 stars. more like 2.5 start budget motel (not at budget price)

Really enjoyed my stay. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. Good service provided. Love to revisit sometime soon with my family. Small updates can enhance the stay. Bathroom is little outdated, bedroom needs better lighting, something little brighter maybe and sliding doors needs new locks. Overall stay was very satisfying, enjoyed the pool and other amenities like the gym etc. Definitely on top of the list for my next visit.
