Firstly I would like to say hence its my first time experiencing a Hotel life I did learn a lot of things (Good things), especially with the services you've provided. With the accommodation (Mate cleaning the rooms every day, perfect), Food Provided (According to health lots of fruits and vegetables serve, excellent) also how your staffs talks to us with smiling faces makes me happy and don't feel like going back home when it come to the end of this trip.

Pros. Good size room with great layout. Good bed with quiet room. Close to airport with little traffic noise. Cons. Rooms are a 2 star at best with our bathroom held together with silicon. Hard to tell if clean as carpet, settee and curtains were old and past cleaning. Grounds are 3 star and well looked after. Seems this once great resort style property is now an airport stop over or cheaper alternative for conferences. It is good value for money if you are not concerned about appearance. Would stay again for stop over. Great staff. Food over priced.

The front desk was pleasant and helpful . Your banquet team ( Sai and Vere ) were exeptional. They went out of their way to assist with the Graduation set up. Nothing was too difficult and the place looked great. Was not happy with the leaking roof when it rained but this was eventually rectified by throwing a taupauline over the top!! The air con in my room was not working. The maintenance guy said only the fan was working and that it would be kick in after 20 mins. I checked out next day still no air con. Loved the coffee machine though :) The shower cublice could do with a bit more elbow grease!! Called the Spa for a pedicure - $220FD - total rip off than it came down to FD$99(for local) just to remove the gel polish ( nothing else) was FD$110- Ridiculus. $55 @ Denarau. Lots of places was a hazard with leaky sections. Could do with some radical maintenance. Great staff !!

The lady on reception was very informative and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. We have dinner in the dining room and our waiter was very friendly and the food was lovely.

breakfest everyday are same, not attractive. All are cold food. only fried food I feel warm. It would be better if more choices in the morning for different country's food.

The service was the usual very pleasant experience. The room was fine. The new menu is great but some items seemed over priced. The only disappointment was the Spa. I had a quick manicure and pedicure which was very over priced for a process that took less than an hour. When I was out in the full light, the application of the polish was not even very well done.

Excellent service. Rooms a little tied but clean. Food selection good and reasonably priced. Lactose and gluten free options (which we found was not always available in Fijian restaurants!) So good on them. Tennis, free, and there is a reasonably priced driving range, about $15FJ for a bucket of 50 balls. Pool table $2FJ. And an outdoor, unheated pool, which was warmer than other Fijian pools we'd used on our holiday. No spa pool -- sad face. Virtually no airport noise, but close to airport.

We always enjoy Fiji and overall we enjoyed our stay but the room needed maintenance and obviously the housekeeping staff were not communicating with Management or Maintenance as flashing lighting in the bathroom couldn't have not been noticed. The Golf facility was very poor with old and out of date clubs, no trundlers, no score cards, many signs missing and the quality of the greens were very poor. The pool and sunbeds were 'average'.

We stayed on two seperate nights at the beginning and end of our holiday. On our first stay we were given a room with beds for only 3 of us, despite our booking clearly saying there were 4. When I went back to reception I was told I would have to pay extra to upgrade. Checking your website very clearly showed the room type we had booked should have beds for up to 4 people.
