The rooms are extremely outdated and need to be upgraded - especially for a Novotel chain you would expect better. As others have mentioned some rooms are quite far from the main building. Air con is not strong and the door screen in our room was ripped. Bathroom was one of the worst I’ve seen Breakfast options were ok - average at best Staff ok Airport shuttle services not the best. Booked one to be picked up which I never heard back about. Had no response from the hotel so had to taxi in.

The rooms were comfortable. Breakfast and lunch were very good. As i have problems with walking, thank you for putting me in room 213 because of its proximity to the dinning room ,and please fix the toilet paper holder in the room.

As always, we are well taken care of and the staff and amenities w great. It is always nice to be recognized whenever we come there. A couple of constructive feedback; - the quality of breakfast leaves a lot to be desired compared to other Novotel offerings we have experienced. - the egg station cook on the morning of Sunday 2/June appeared to be in a very foul mood and was abrupt and not forthcoming. Otherwise the rest of the staff at breakfast were superb

Was travelling with my husband,my daughter and two grandchildren the place didn’t seem busy but they couldn’t give us two rooms next to each other

Whilst our first night was good our return visit was more eye opening.

We spent one night prior to moving on to the rest of how time in Fiji which was good, we found our return visit not as pleasant. We needed to plug in the TV and aerial when we moved the cabinet to find the power point we found a pile of dirt and dust also when we moved the cabinet were the suitcase was placed we discovered more pile of dirt including a previous person 'lost' hair band. There was signs of mould in the shower. Whilst the room next to our appeared to be undertaking renovations it has a large X plastered on the door which did not look good. (we have taken a photo if this of help) Whilst walking around the grounds we saw a outdoor setting which was covered with empty beer bottles , we discovered they were still there the next day.

Very close to the airport which is a big advantage due to the Nadi traffic jams that are now a major problem mornings and evenings. The hotel is not far off a renovation starting this year so rooms are a bit tired. That aside it was impecably clean inside and out. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was a good standard and value for money. Being surrounded by a golf course it is a relaxing setting. It is not a resort setting, but for a few days stopover it is ideal.

We stayed here the night before an early flight. To say we were dissatisfied would be an understatement. The rooms were dirty and smelt mouldy. We were first put in another room as ours weren’t ready. These rooms were miles from the pool and facilities and then we were moved to our correct rooms which were closer but still very much under par. The staff seemed disinterested in any problems and we were one of only a handful of guests staying so it wasn’t like they were busy. The over all experience was just awful and a bad way to end an otherwise enjoyable time in Fiji. Absolutely would NOT recommend this hotel and definitely wont be back.

It was all very friendly - although we checked in at about 2pm because the room wasn't ready yet and our checkout time was 11am the next morning. I felt this to be a bit unfair.

We stayed for 1 night before we flew out the next morning and after staying down the Coral Coast we felt very let down, the hotel was VERY tired, we had a loose door handle on our slider, the room was only just clean. We felt the whole place needed a revamp. We ate at the restaurant and my meal was still cold in the middle, I had the lasagne. The staff were friendly, but we were very disappointed in the quality of the hotel. We wouldn't stay here again.

Negatives - Run down bathroom, very noisy air con unit so had to turn it off to sleep then got hot, hard mattresses, very long walk to our room from reception - no porter, no pool towels or milk given to us on arrival, very poor food (room service) - it was cold by the time it got to us, the pizza was overcooked, the fish soggy. Airport transfers were supposed to be included but the taxi driver charged us on departure (I understand that could be the taxi company double dipping and not actually Novotel's fault). Positives - room was clean, staff were friendly, airport pick up was prompt.

Horrible. The place is old and run down. The rooms are disgusting. The bunks are wobbly, basins and showers are cracked and look filthy. Water only dribbles out of the shower. Floors were dirty too. Communication from reception and the restaurant was below average. Definitely not what you expect from Novotel, it was an extremely disappointing start to a family holiday.
