« Good food but rooms not up to standard »

I loved the food that was awesome however the rooms were not what i expected. Bathroom area did not have a hotel presentation of what we expect from Hotels such as the Novotel!

« Tired »

The reception area was well looked after and staff were great but that was where it ended. The rooms are tired and the bathroom was so run down with black hairs in both bath and sink. There was no hot water to have a shower before heading to airport and the pool looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. There was also an empty wine bottle that sat on the walkway outside our room for the duration of our stay but looked like it had been sitting there long before we got there. We will not be back to this hotel again.

Bed bugs bothered me in room 515. Kindly change the bed as I could not sleep comfortably whole night and also if there could be 1 bright light in the room as well as it took me long to see the bed bugs on the bed in the dim light.

I am quite surprised about your feedback on bed bugs, since nothing was reported to the hotel during your stay. Please allow me to explain the processes we have in place in terms of our guests well-being and hygiene. The hotel engages the services of WG Genera Pacific Ltd to fumigate guest rooms of insects & unlikely pests. During this process, the rooms are stripped off its linen and all in room furniture are thoroughly attended too. A guest room is taken offline (out of the rooms inventory) for a few days, to ensure the process is effective prior to releasing it back to be sold. We pride ourselves in this aspect of our operations and we will continue to strive to uphold our loyalty to all our guests. Enjoyed my stay. Just the toilet doors were sliding doors and didn’t close properly. A lock would have been better. Also highly recommend a dressing mirror either in front or near the bathroom with more light.

Quick and easy access but some upgrade needed to the room facility like Bath etc and lights are very dim. Terrace needs bit of light for a quite time outside looking over the greens

I have been staying at Novotel Nadi for the past 6 years. The staff are my friends and make me feel so welcome. However I see deterioration in the building and not all the facilities are included as before. It needs some updating now before it is too late.

The hotel itself is nice, good location, rooms are definitely not up to the standard. Bathroom was really dirty(especially the tiles..), doors, balcony doors need a proper clean, room needs a good vacuum. Air condition stinks, needs to be cleaned. Staff said nothing at check-in, we even had to ask where our room is. One waitstaff in the restaurant didnt know how to use the EFTPOS machine..I showed her how to do it... Staff needs to be trained. ASAP We did not feel special staying at Novotel Nadi at all.. Probably the only thing was great was the buffet breakfast. Very unpleasant stay. Its a shame because it was our first (and last!!) visit in Nadi.

We are very disappointed with this hotel. Very unprofessional, untrained staff. Room was very dirty, especially the bathroom. AC stinks. Definitely not a 4star hotel. Would never go back! Shame on them.

My stay was pleasant. The room was great and clean. The center of the inside bottom of a drinking glass was dirty; it seemed as if only the edges were wiped/cleaned. It did give me reservations about using the rest of the cups/glasses/saucers. I would have preferred a shower without a bathtub but that's a minor issue. :) Overall, it was a great stay and I'll definitely return next time.

End to end experience was satisfying. There was one small hiccup on arrival wherein the staff double charged me for the room and couldn't reverse the transaction however they were extremely polite and the staff in the morning were able to pay back in cash. Due to the friendly attitude of the staff, this small technology glitch was easy to overlook
