Disapointing stay, no extra towel supplier when requester, no pool towels, aircon is too loud, room is smelly. Being a Gold member, there was no special benefits provided at all. The hotel is rundown, needs a fresh renovation.

Your feedback has highlighted some areas that I am now looking into with grave concern.The relevant heads of department have been asked to review our par of towels along with a revisit of our maintenance schedules for our air-conditioning systems. I can assure you the hotel prides itself on its level of service and to hear that we have fallen short on this occasion is very disappointing. The hotel will soon be undergoing a refurbishment, however until than we will endeavor to ensure the concerns you have highlighted are addressed to prevent any future occurrence. Air conditioner very noisy. Had to get someone to come and turn it off as the on/off button was missing

Friendly porters But bottom floor level room smelt like old refrigerators and felt damp even in bed.

The 711 room was okay but 805/807 level ones were really poor. The smell of old refrigeration is seeped through. The air conditioner noisey and just made smell worse, so couldn’t use it and had to sleep with doors wide open to cope with stench. The bed felt damp when you were in it , bearable as only in that room for one night.

The short overnight stay at Novotel, was enjoyable. The facilities and amenities were satisfactory and the restaurant staff very welcoming. However the 3-hour wait on arrival at the hotel for the shuttle was upsetting as we were quite tired from a more than 10-hour journey.

Service was great & food at the restaurant was nice for dinner there was 2 ladies running the show and they where very attentive! We only stayed 1 night as we didn't want to leave the coral coast at 3am for our 8am flight home. So it was perfect for that. Room was ok. Front desk staff all great as well!

I am a silver member of Accor but upon checkin I didn’t get any complementary drink or even wifi code. Not the staffs fault but I guess they need to be informed by the hotel management.

We were looking for a relaxing holiday and found it . Well situated to everything we needed to do . A very good hotel . Yes we will come back again . The only minor fault was the sliding screen door needed some repair . Room. 217 .

We only stayed at Novotel for one night and couldn't experience much. Room service was not bad. Some of the facilities needs improvement like toilet and shower. some screen wires were torn need to be fixed

I am a frequent visitor to this hotel, appreciating the friendly welcome and peaceful ambiance of this waterside setting - just a short taxi ride to downtown Suva, but seemingly far away from the noise and chaos. Also convenient when you want to leave town in the direction of Pacific Harbour and Nadi.

Novotel Nadi is a quite, family oriented with reasonable price for locals. We didn't experience the food as we spend the evening with a relative and the morning we checked out. The only disappointment was the pool. Need a good renovation and clean up. its not safe for kids. Apart from that the short stay was ok.
