_ clean and modern rooms _ great breakfast with lots of tasty and healthy options (although the bread is pretty terrible) _ very nice staff, staff in the front speak good English, communication was easy _ no wait whatsoever at check in or check out _ small but clean fitness center (next time I'll try the pool!)

There was constant noise until 2am from the room next door that kept me awake. I raised it with reception who asked them to keep quiet but this didn't work

In general the hotel was fine, the service was good. The only caveat was that the shower tended to drain slowly and so the water basically kept rising because of the slow drainage, so that was unpleasant. Other than that everything was great.

We had a receipt per email that the hotel was paid in full 6 weeks previously. Hotel staff said the payment didn't go through. They were rude and impatient. We were exhausted and needed a bed. They then wanted a 'deposit' that was more than the total cost of our stay. When we checked into our room after several hours of negotiating, the neighbouring room was being renovated and there was loud hammering, drills working etc.

The location of the hotel makes for easy travel around Beijing as the subway station is outside the hotel. The breakfast was really good with lots of choice and it was well presented.We had a meal in the hotel restaurant twice during our stay and it was really good value and tasty. All staff were very helpful, polite and efficient in their jobs.The room we stayed in was in need of decorating and upgrading but it was clean and very adequate for our 11 day stay.We would definitely return again.

This hotel is awful! Constantly calling my room for nothing ( Until I unplugged the phone) it was NOT clean when I arrived and was not cleaned during my stay. Someone even knocked on my door to ask if it was clean, it wasn't. There was dead skin all over the floor, not mine , the carpet was an utter disgrace, filthy dirty and the smell was stomach turning. Air conditioning was on but did NOT work. Most of the staff were very rude and un helpful, gave no information on breakfast times, where the business center is located ( there isn't one, it's a mac in a small room) it is just terrible! I also paid for breakfast, only to get there and be told it was free as a platinum member so asked for a refund, no problem he said, wouldn't give me confirmation of the refund, said it would be in an email, still don't have it.No priority check in but let me just stand in the line whilst they served a long line of people checking in, which I was told to join. Nice speedy check in for the members there guys, not. I have stayed in many many Accor hotels, mainly Novotels. I can honestly say that this is one of the worst, other than Novotel Darwin!

Initial room unacceptable due to an overpowering smell of stale cigarettes but quickly recified by Andy at the front desk. Second room much better but A/C not working well and too hot. Breakfast good. Staff generally very helpful.
