« Very handy for airport train and metro »

The best hotel for public transport, 20 meters to subway line 10 and airport line. There is also a shopping center with nice restaurants, 300 meters.The hotel itself is correct, good breakfast, swimming pool, ... But rooms are getting old and should be refurbished. But, I keep on coming every year, for me it is the best option.

« Great location, terrible wifi »

Price is good. Easy access from the airport and very close to the subway station made transportation very easy. Plenty of food options nearby also made this a convenient area. The wifi was completely unusable. Even basic functions like searching on baidu.com or sending messages via WeChat were extremely slow. Rooms were fine but a little bit dirty and not cleaned well. There were toenail clippings on the floor when I checked in.

« Good hotel overall »

Spend a week and 2 additional days at this hotel. The first week the front desk doesn't seem to notice membership status. I was placed in a very clean room with not so good internet connection, figure it free so can't complain. The additional 2 days of stay was after a week of traveling at a different location. This time I have ask to to check my status and the lady at the front desk was a lot better had a good experience the second time around.

« GOOD STAY »

The location is quite near the MRT station, and we can find the hotel easily. The room is kind of dark, so we will suggest the hotel can install one more light on ceiling. The overall experience during our stay is good. One more thing is that There should be tow room card for two persons, but we only receive one. We finally got two cards when we got back to the hotel and was told by one staff that we should have two. I guess the front desk did not follow the correct check-in SOP and caused us some inconvenience when we were very tired at first night .

Crowded with people on Accorhotels line. The receptionists are obviously overwhelmed by the workload. 24 hours room service is not satisfactory neither as Chinese dish is out of service after 10pm. So, what does it mean by 24 hours service then ?

there was a number of issues while I was staying that marred my stay. The Bed was rock hard and although I request a mattress replacement the main desk manager supplied a topper that was inadequate and took to requests to achieve. The dinning experience of the evening dinner was terrible

« Pleasant experience overall. »

The room was kept clean and tidy for the duration of our stay and the amenities such as the gym and pool were well maintained. One downside was the lack of service provided when we required a fridge to keep two large sized cakes (bought as gifts) overnight. We were informed that they were not allowed to accept outside food in their fridges, which we understood, but no further help was offered by the staff which was slightly disappointing. Otherwise, the stay was a pleasant one on the whole.

This was a return visit after a number of years. Room was good but management has deteriorated and food was very poor - dinner & breakfast. Oil was bad quality and noticeable. Get rid of the kitchen staff.

« This hotel provides basically decent, clean service so long as it is not over priced due to sometimes higher demand »

Overall I am satisfied with its cleanness and easy access to the subway system. Some details need to be addressed: shoe polish cloth is not provided; the wireless connection is terribly unstable and weak (I complained to the staff during my previous stay but nothing has been done to improve the situation). To drastically improve the guess experience, this hotel needs to pay more attention to its details. Oftentimes, it is the "can do" attitude that makes a difference.
