Rooms way too hot to sleep and difficult to cool down. Shower drained very slowly and bed was uneven which also made sleeping difficult. Breakfast was good.

Came to the hotel as a member of a delegation, check-in was, for some of us, possible from 12:00 on, while others had to wait until 2 p.m. Some people had hard feelings about this, but in my opinion it was a good opportunity to get to know each other at the hotel bar. My room was great, very silent, very clean, huge bathroom including tub. Breakfast is really great, I spent over an hour there on sunday. Had prolonged my stay in advantage by booking online, was allowed to keep the room, everything went smoothly. However, I decided to deduct two points from an otherwise 10/10 stay because of slightly scaring nightly (midnight until 6 a.m.) rattling at our door. The room was at the very end of the hall, so no one usually comes near the door if not intending to enter the room. The people next door were from our delegation, and out with us. Once or twice per night we heard someone trying to open the door, however, we locked it from the inside. There were no "advertisement cards" left at the door.

Worst stay at a Novotel ever. Overheated room, with no way to control temperature (had to open window, and it was extremely noisy). Bathroom water smelling like cigarettes, breakfast very average, with bad waiters... I could go on and on

Breakfast and check in OK, got a voucher for the bar as the room wasn't ready but that was only for one drink and we where 2 in the room... (gready...). Really hot in the room and need to sleep with open window (noice) but didn't help. Got a fan but didn't help...

« Old & lack of maintainance »

The hotel itself has a reasonable outlook, but what’s inside is a total reverse. The room is old, carrying a “cigaratte” smell, while I was staying in a non smoking room. The sign reminding you not to smoke is rather turn off. The lighting un the room is not sufficient. The only good thing is its approximaty to the station. Staff was unprofessional too, and have poor product knowledge. I was told 798 art area is 50min away by taxi, and it was actually 15min. The front desk staff also carry a “i don’t care” attitude.

as i am gold member and frequent traveler to visit list of hotel of accor especially novotel, poor services was expected to me if compare with other hotels. Welcome amenities - hotel mentioned only for platinum ** although i going to be platinum soon but i dont feel i welcome as part of gold member's benefit at this horel during booking, there was no breakfast included in the web site, and when requested in reception upon check in, they mentioned nothing much they can do only buy voucher at counter where i not able to put into my bill.. which is really disappointing methe room temperature are too warm, hotel provide me "A Fan", this is not i expected for 4 star hotel. bad service received for drinks at bar as well many things are unsatisfactory, i guess i wont come back to this hotel again! thanks for asking my opinion and hope my feedback is constructive to improve your hotel good things: Strategic location - near to MRT - that why i give overall rating as poor instead of terrible

« Staff behavior were good but the bad moment is when I couldn't control the temperature of my room »

During my stay in AC Room, couple of nights I woke up because the room were too hot. So next day, when I complained the room service about not able to control the AC - I got one table fan with explanation that Room Temperature cannot be controlled. So if the guest cannot control the room temperature then what is the use of AC Control switch in room.

Well located, friendly staff, but bathroom tiles are those model home type slippery tiles. With a little bit of water, and bare foot, its a very dangerous place to be.

Enjoyable. The room, gym, and location provide good value for money. I do, however, wish there could be more flexibility regarding the occasional early check-in or late check out. Very little effort is made to be accommodating on this.

We paid extra for a club/executive room and when we saw the club lounge we were greatly disappointed. It was very average. The bed was hard as a rock, and in the room beside the bed is a master switch for the electricity. My husband turned it off thinking it was just for the lights. When I woke up at 3am to use the toilet, the lights weren’t working. So I went down to reception to ask about electricity and he tells me that the switch beside the bed turns off the electricity. It’s ridiculous and dangerous. I need a light in the middle of he night. This switch also stopped the air on. We will never stay here again. Really disappointed

The stay was overall great as the location is good. Easy access to food and train. But the bed was too hard for a good night sleep. The aircon is not cold enough and there is not enough international TV programs available.
