As a Club Gold member I had priority check-in. However, there was no welcome drink offered, nor whether I was upgraded. The 'Executive Lounge' could have been the most basic of all the Novotel brand I have been to. House-keeping was good though.

Travelling with 3 young children. Booked 2 rooms. 1501 and 1502. Found pieces of broken glass near to bedside table. My son stepped on it n got injured. The toilet below sink was covered with a piece of aluminium. The piece fell on my daughter. Aircond was not cooling at all for both rooms. Overall bad experience and huge disappointment with such a credential hotel.

Great locations right next to the Airport Express train station. Staff lacked personality, but check-in proceeded smoothly. Rooms are nice. Large enough. Many of the western TV channels were not working, including CNN, so I was unable to watch news, as per my tradition. Everything was good except beds - horribly hard. I've been told Chinese like hard beds but this was akin to sleeping on the floor... way way too hard. I woke up feeling like I had slept on the floor and had a sore back and shoulder both days (as I prefer to sleep on my side). For the proximity to the city and airport train station, I would consider staying again but the beds deter me... hopefully, they can provide mattress toppers or something for additional comfort. Price is quite overpriced for the product and service you receive. I would have expected a lot more.

This hotel is very conveniently located, just a few metres from the Metro station. Overall the hotel is very good. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is good. On this particular stay, I arrived late in the evening (around 10.30pm)... Unfortunately the staff member on reception was not friendly or welcoming, and it felt like my arrival was an inconvenience for her. I even had to ask her twice for my welcome drink voucher (as I am an ACCOR Loyalty Gold member).

Dirty room in need of renovation.

I’ve stayed at Novotel Sanyuan multiple times and I must say this would be my last time unless they make a full renovation. The room was so dirty, filthy and worn out everywhere. Checkin was so hasty though I checked in online already and the receptionist was very impatient saying that they’ve got some big groups coming in ... Also though my reservation was prepaid, receptionist kept saying that it didn’t work and I had to pay to hotel directly again. I’ve chosen this hotel to stay in Beijing due to its location (next to airport express train stop), but I believe there’re better choices next time when I’m in Beijing again. Bye bye Novotel Sanyuan.

I booked it on your website. The cheapest one requires me to pay online. The online payment was not success. I have to use the more expensive solution so that I can pay after I arrived at the hotel.

most of the things are good. one thing i would like to mention, there are some strange persons staying in front of the hotel's gate, and ask hotel guests to pay for sepcial services, it may cuase bad influence for the hotel.

Dear Sir/Madam, We've booked a room at Novotel Beijing Xinqiao from 21 to 23 April 2019 from the official website of AccorHotel. In the page of reservation, no description about the missing of window and the photo shows a big curtain which is very misleading as well. We’ve got the bad surprise when arriving, and when we asked to change to a room with window, the reception of the hotel told us we have to pay an extra. As it doesn’t indicate in your official website, there is no raison that we pay for that. We insisted to change without an extra payment and the reception told us that we can leave if we find another hotel with the same price! We’ve booked the room several months ago and now the reception asked us to leave if we are not satisfied! I found the staff not professional and not polite at all. As we were tired and we travelled with a child, we didn’t continue the negotiation. Back to the room, I found there are hairs on the towel which we didn’t touch at all. I called the service center to change the towels and a staff came 10 minutes asking what we need. No communication between the service center and the staff?? The 22 April after 22h00, a call from so-called manager (he claims so but we cannot verify) of the hotel to explain that our case happens (clients ask to change to a room with window), they have to precise the missing of window clearly on the website. Normally they can change a room freely but the hotel is overbooked. And as we are leaving tomorrow, he can do nothing for us. I thought he is joking. The reception has proposed a free room but asking for an extra charge. They are just not consistent! Two things to be improved absolutely regarding this hotel: 1, the precision of missing of window on the website; 2, the management of personnel. I travelled a lot with AccorHotel and this is the worst experience that I’ve had. I hope this is only an incident because the brand has been always a guarantee for me. I would like to continue to travel with AccorHotel but I have to be persuaded. Regards, r. BAR

I am very disappointed and frustrated that airport pickup was not arranged for me upon my arrival on 18/4 (Thu) at 0020 hrs though my secretary had e-mail to h6… requested airport pickup on 16/4 and she also called personal to your hotel and spoke to Mr. Aaron from your reservation department for this airport pickup. Mr. Aaron even advised guest to look for hotel logo and guest name at Arrival area. He advised the pickup fee for Audi CNY 380/way and requested my credit card details 0ver the phone to guarantee the pickup arrangement. But all this end up no one come and pickup me from your hotel, very disappointed.

actually i have been at Novotel Sanyuan 2 times, from 09-April to 16-April (HFMSFMXD) and from 18-April to 21-April (HFTSGGCV). there are 2 problems which i want to report. 1. the stay from 09-April until 16-April is not reported in my status list. please make sure that these nights will be added to my status list (the 2nd stay is listed already so i suppose something was going wrong) 2. when i arrived at 18-April around 10 p.m. i found my room to have 28-29 degree Celsius, i had to stay the night within that temperature because no other room was available and could not move until the next day. this - from my point of view - is not really acceptable for Novotel-class hotel. I want to add that the reception staff was friendly and tried to help me with a fan, so no complaint about the staff beside that i will return to this hotel, provided my complaints listed above are being answered.
