A great location for anyone looking to visit a wine Château. A modern and clean hotel albeit without a restaurant. The room was a bit tight on space but the balcony made up for that. Breakfast selection was okay. Parking spaces are limited so it might be wise to pre-book it if you can.

The hotel staff were very pleasant. The hotel was very colourful with many interesting design features. However, the room was very small and the bed was similarly uNdersized. It was difficult to move within the room. Curious that a four star hotel does not have a refrigerator.

« I truely wonderful hotel that I will avoid in future for stopovers »

An odd title I know. The hotel is Fresh, modern, clean and comfortable, is quiet and serves a good breakfast. The issue it has is parking, which is a huge issue for those arriving late at night traveling alone.

bedroom ok although having a toilet seperate is not a good idea. Cannot understand why the beds have duvets that make sleeping too hot Also why is the hotel termed libourne st emilion. St emilion is to far away for it be part of the title.

« Overall good stay, but the reception manager (Megan) needs more training how to deal with Customers »

A good stay (our 4th time in this hotel): the rooms are comfy, the breakfast is excellent and overall the hotel offers a good value for money. One thing that has changed for worse since 2013 though is swap of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, etc) for a massive multi-use shower gel I also had a negative experience with the Reception manager who may need a bit more training. The two unpleasant episodes were: - Day1: as a silver Accor Club member i was given a free drink voucher (THANK YOU!). in the evening i asked for a coffee, which i wanted to pay with the voucher. I realised that the voucher was upstairs and asked if i could bring it back the next morning. i was refused by Megan and sent to the room to bring it down. I can potentially understand it, but still was quite surprised with the approach - Day2: in the evening i was playing with my 3 year old son on the couch by the entrance. There was no-one but us in the area, and my son was climbing on the couch (shoes off) and playing with the cushions - during the game some of them ended up on the floor. Megan came up, told us off for breaking the hotel rules and told us to stop the game. Despite of the comment that everything will be back in place and in order after we finish, she kept insisting without explaining what exactly we were doing wrong. Please ignore this if it sounds like an unreasonable feedback. but being a frequent traveller to many hotels, many Accor hotels and Mercure Libourne, it was the first time, when i felt uncomfortable interacting with the hotel manager. In general she seems to be a pleasant lady, but a bit more training would probably do with kind regards, andrey

Room and location fine, but lack of onsite parking problematic as we only had a 10 hour and would have preferred not to have to spend time going too and fro to the town square car park.

Needed a room with a separate space so we could put our baby to sleep and still have an evening and that was exactly what we got. The suite is huge and very good for a very reasonable price. Service was excellent throughout and I would be happy to stay there again...

« My favourite French urban hideaway »

Libourne is an unexpected delight, and I love this property. Recent improvement to the waterfront, make this a little like staying overlooking the river Thames at Richmond, only quieter! Some of the rooms here need remodelling, but what a terrific breakfast too!

I spent two nights in the hotel. First time in the area. nice location alongside the river. Quiet location. Unfortunately I had a room in the inside and the view was....on the parking. Well located to go in and out from the town, is also in proximity of the center and of many good restaurants

excellent in all respects. Location good, ambience first rate, room and bed very comfortable, overlooks river and boulevard , quiet but with activities and restaurants close by, staff exceptional , very helpful and friendly , excellent value for money , well situated for Bordeaux and very close to St. Emilion. WEW will go back certainly.

This was one of the nicest stays I have had in a while. The room was clean, well appointed and so comfortable! The staff at every level was friendly, efficient and helpful. They all spoke English which was a great courtesy for me. The morning breakfast was delightful! Lots of choices of delicious food. I would definitely stay here again!
