I've got mixed feelings after staying at this property. What I didn't like are "dirty" - colored carpeting and smaller than expected room size. In addition, the table football in the lobby sits next to computers so when someone plays the football it's too loud and nearly impossible to work on the computers. Finally, there is a construction site near the property.

Room are ok as usual with IBIS but : - American Express payment not possible in this IBIS hotel in Moscow ( contrary of what is indicated on Accor site and booking.com) - No beer at all during more than one week ! Why did they not buy local available beer for the customers ? Lot of items shortage at restaurant.

There is a huge building site next to the hotel. My room was directly on it. I sleep with the window open and I could not sleep well at all since the work was going on at night. In the breakfast room, my tray was removed while I was getting more drinks or food. Annoying.

We have stayed about more than 3weeks, and during our stay, comfort was good but due to our lots of stuff inside the room, our mobility was very limited. Breakfasts were very tasty and fresh everyday.

My room was great and I did not have any problems during the 10-days stay. But the restaurant experience was tolerable at best. Waitresses couldn't explain the menu, items were often not available, the food in general was not what I expected and serving times just unacceptable. I have tried dining several times and both times I was unpleasantly surprised. But the breakfast was ok! I would enjoy a bit more variability though.

Overall is ok, but not convenient separate services as iron provision to the room can not be provided, also small things would help to make living more comfortable as toothpaste, toothbrash, shampoo and conditioner.

Overall, Ibis Dinamo is a good very good. The lobby bar is very cozy and in general service good. As such this was my 7th or 8th stay in the hotel during the past couple of years. Therefore, I was shocked to find out that I had been cheated out of receiving any points for my stays in Ibis during all of my stays, although I had booked all the stays online through my logged-in account. When I raised this issue with the reception staff, they said there was an error in the system and they were only able to reinstate my points for my most recent stays even though the system clearly showed that Inhad booked my stays through the Accor app and clearly showed the days of my stay. Clearly I was wronged as a loyal client and the staff did not want to trouble themselves to raise the issue internally to find a remedy.
