The reception was very slow for the registration at my arrival despite my on-line check in. Unpolite manners to reply to my queries for the extension of my stay. I visit this hotel since long time ago and like it because is strategically located for my business and also has all I need (clean, decent brealfast) but unfortunatly service is always a bet. Once it works once not. You must be lucky.!!!

The room is small. The bed is also small. Toilet is small. If you are alone, opt for a Queen Size bed. Otherwise, it is congested for two people with two single beds. Breakfast was average. Check-in and check-out was ok. Food at the bar in the evening was good. WiFi speed is good. Hotel is a bit far from Moscow centre. Metro station to Hotel is a 15-minute walk.

I spent six nights at the hotel and was very pleased overall. The room was comfortable and very clean, as were the public spaces. The staff were friendly, helpful and provided excellent service. The only downside was that the food selection was limited and a little unimaginative, with few other options in the area. But otherwise, the beneral experience was very good.

Our stay at the ibis Moscow Dynamo during the World Cup was perfect. The ibis team is organised and courteous. Our booking was easy, with good communication between the hotel and us, and check-in was simple. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our twin room was warm and comfortable. There is plenty of space here. The bar area is good too. Finally, the reception staff were really helpful when I needed to contact UK, organising the outside line for me. 10/10. Thank you.

I have only positive emotions about my stay at the hotel. Everything was just great - breakfast, staff, service. The room was small but nice. The only little thing is to complain about is that we asked for room service and were waiting for our order in the room and when It didn't arrive we were told that we weresupposed to collect it from the restaurant.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet, breakfasts are very good. The night check-in was good but took more time than I expected (about 15 minutes). I like the sustainable program at the hotel but the personnel is not aware about it: my towels were changed even though I left them at the towels holder.

The hotel is about 15 min of metro station. I was there for 3 nights and one of them they don’t clean up our room. In the check-out, the hotel not accept the points rewards, unless you book in advance. I am very disappointed! My feeling is the loyalty program is not the same. Looking for another one.

this is not my first time in your Hotel. what disappointing me is the fact that there is not an open account if you need to spend time at the bar with colleagues or customers. necessary to decide at Check In what should be amount of money for this purposes...too burocratic. also a minibar will help to enjoy of staying.
