Always a pleasure to stay here before a long flight home. No hassles for an early flight, the food is great and room service quick and polite. Noor was very polite and made me feel welcomed. I usually use America airlines points but would gladly use dollars to stay here!

The big pluses for the hotel are location, location, location, It’s literally at Terminal 5, accessed by a long walkway through the buildings. So very handy for our flight from Manchester and our early start for Miami the next day. It’s a rabbit warren of a place but we found our room after only one wrong turn. Room itself was fine. Comfy bed, good shower, etc. Our room was at the back of the hotel, looking out on a busy access road. Excellent sound proofing – no road or plane noise at all. We didn’t have breakfast there but did have dinner at Vivre. Food was OK but was desperately slow coming out of the kitchen. We had to chase up main courses and noticed a neighbouring table doing the same. Not the cheapest accommodation around Heathrow but certainly the most convenient for Terminal 5.

Went for a quick layover at Heathrow, convenient travelling from/to Heathrow Terminal 5. Despite it being a relatively old hotel, the room was well maintained and fairly clean. Ignatios was really welcoming and helpful during check-in!
