The front desk staff had to be reminded about any benefits applied to Platinum members - despite my number being on the system. The Belle Epoque restaurant was closed, as it was a Sunday (weird behaviour for a hotel of any sort, let alone one at an airport that functions every day) leaving only the lacklustre Vivre as a dining option. Vivre was FULL of buffet customers from airline delay programs, leaving only half the restaurant available for à la carte. The service was understaffed, and therefore unattentive, and the food delivered FAR too quickly to have been made with any real care (it tasted as such). The bar did not have any table service and no-where to sit due to overcrowding, despite an additional area being visible but closed. The room was incredibly bland - apart from the bed being the usual (delightful) SoBed, there was nothing to indicate any form of

Reception was friendly, helpful and attentive, my room was clean, spacious and set up lovely, all staff from the check in to check out were lovely, very polite and made me feel welcome. The small details of design in the foyer and outside were kept very nicely and looked great. I absolutely enjoyed my stay, even if it wasn't planned. Last minute flight issues meant I needed a place quickly and you were there to ensure it was a positive experince, having a room for me as late as 10pm ready with breakfast in the morning. Which was tasty and a great amount of options. I loved the shampoo and conditioner in the room, which is rare for me lol. Thank you for giving me such a great experience and restful sleep as well as making me feel welcome and well looked after :)

Easy to find & park, welcoming & polite staff, comfortable, clean & spacious room, excellent Millesime lounge & restaurant.... a completely delightful and relaxing start to our holiday. On our return the luggage was cared for and the car brought round to the lobby entrance whilst we had breakfast - such excellent service.... much appreciated.

Brilliant stay. However the music that is played in the French bar and restaurant is awful. We had to move from the bar as it sounded like a jumping CD, even the staff kept turning the volume down.
