Extremely disappointing to have paid £59.00 for one night stay to experience poor service, construction works ongoing and disgusting cleanliness within room shower cubicle.

We were woken both evenings from the noise coming from McDonald’s directly outside the hotel. More soundproofing definitely required.

Comfortable bed, quiet rooms, friendly, efficient staff, enough choices at breakfast. The only downside was there was an odour of drains in the room. Not constant by wafts passing. I believe it was coming out of the sink and it was reduced somewhat by putting the plug in.

The room was simple, roomy and very good value. The wet room was excellent! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very simple, and would get a not boring during a longer stay! Nice coffee from the machine!

Not a good one, the sheets & towels int the bedroom were not crisp, we appreciate this is a budget hotel but it should be clean. The lifts are dirty and the breakfast coffee machine was dirty. We took several spoons from the tray before we found a clean one. We would not stay here again.

as always very hard to fault the hotel,if you pay hundreds of pounds per night,maybe an ordinary hotel in not for you.The staff exceptionally friendly,helpful- can not fault them,everywhere clean and tidy the bed ..well the best nights sleep in a long while,firm but supportive.The breakfast well worth buying,eat as much as you wanted. A very minor thing-the buttons operating the lift,very slow to react,had to press several times occasionally,as i said though as very minor thing.

very friendly staff. Room basic but adequate. Would have liked tea and coffee in the room or complimentary at reception. Pillows too firm, need a variety. Quiet at night as we had a room not facing McDonalds.

Room had no heating, everything was overpriced for snacks and drinks, my pot noodle was out of date, we did move rooms cause of the heating but ended up in a disabled room which the shower area was disgusting with brown mould in the floor, no wonder that say it’s a budget it’s absolutely appalling
