Worst feature...lift broken, caused havoc. Rooms: tired and old fashioned. Beds past their best but ok for a snooze. Didn’t eat there so cannot comment. Service ok but not spectacular.

Stayed before at this hotel good location etc however this trip after arriving on our flight from Australia we had to pay an extra fee because of checking in early. Never experienced that before! Especially as we had already booked a club room .

« Worst stay in this hotel »

Very dissatisfied, we had no towels in the room, we had no shower cap, and the remote to the tv did not work. We had a 8 hour flight delay, and arranged with reception to keep the room until 12.30 while we were having breakfast, the chamber maid cleaned the room, lucky for us she did not empty the safe. They ended up re-cleaning the room as we went back for a shower

« What an uncomfortable bed ! »

Check-in was efficient and the alarm call came though on time but that's where the 'good things' stopped. The toilet was so low to the ground that a less fit person would have trouble getting up from it, the room was far too hot and the air conditioning too loud to be of any use during the night and there was a lot of road noise from outside. The bed was the most uncomfortable that I have ever slept on and for a 5 star hotel I would have expected much better. The other hotels in the Accorhotels chain such as the Ibis, and even the Ibis Budget, have amazingly comfortable beds so a real disappointment. Not a hotel I would ever recommend or stay at again.

The room was OK, nothing special for the price. Coffee was only available in the room in the morning and was instant. Complementary coffee NOT available. The restaurant service was POOR. Long wait for food and not very good. The server was attentive but the food took a long time to be served and was tasteless.

« Perfect for one night with an early flight »

Bathroom ventilation did not work, TV remote did not work, exchanged for another one and that didn’t work. ( must be the TV). Noise from the shuttle train every 6 minutes throughout the night due to the location of the room. Have stayed here a few times, first time any problems.
