« Overnight stay in July »

We booked a one night stay and were disappointed with the experience.On arrival at the hotel, we we were given our room key only to discover we had been given a twin room instead of a double room as booked.The girl at reception insisted that was what I had booked until I showed her my confirmation booking.We were given a second room key and took all of our luggage for a second time up to the room and to our horror, we had been given the key to a room that was already occupied. For the third time we returned to reception to the same girl who simply handed us yet a third key without commenting on or apologizing for the situation.I was very unhappy with her unprofessional attitude and disregard for her new guests. What made it particularly unsatisfactory was the fact that we had paid €150 for a basic ibis room which is the only waytype of room available The hotel itself is well situated for accessing the Vieux Port by tramway and is right bedside two very nice shopping malls.Breakfast was good.

« Nice 2 days stay in Marseille before cruise »

This 2 nights stay was good, it started with a very good customer service staff, Yassine. The room is quite nice and clean. The breakfast area was not bad, the staff was helpful. The location is very convenient for Old port and shopping.

« Sizeable room for improvement »

Slightly disappointing, expected higher standards from an international chain of hotels. A European hotel advertising in the UK but with no English menus. Breakfast didn't cater for all tastes. Room lacking efficient air conditioning and basic complimentary items such as tea/coffee and minibar. Room continually full of Gnats with no obvious method of extinction. Simple requests for a glass of ice to take back to the room at times caused disagreement. Front desk and cleaning staff were professional.

« Clean and friendly hotel that met my business needs »

The location of the hotel for me was perfect. It was very close to the offices I was visiting and to Les Docks, restaurants and the Shopping Centre. Breakfast presented a large selection of food which was all very nice. The room was basic but clean and tidy. my only suggestion would be to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

When I have the possibility to come to Marseilles I stay at ai is Euroméd. It’s quite, easy to reach by car and has a parking (not free) for cars. I stayed for two nights (work and fun) and I’m really happy. It has also the RTM stop next to the hotel to go directly to the Center!

Syrine at the front desk went out of her way to help us make a phone call to our rental car company, dialing the number multiple times and even helping us get through automated phone systems, even though she didn't speak much english. She was still very eager to help us with our problems. Her commitment to her guests did not go unnoticed.

« Very nice hotel at the Docks, the new trendy part of Marseille ! »

Nice rooms and facilities, modern styling, very good breakfast buffet and very friendly & knowledgeable staff ready to cater your needs. Great experience at a good price. Only 15 minutes walk to the beautiful MUCEM and Vieux Port, and good public transport around the corner. Recommended.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip. The rooms were quite basic, adequate for my purpose, and kept clean, but there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. The staff were very accommodating to English speaking guests, and the food in the restaurant below was very good.
