« Comfortable stay but breakfast service could be improved »

I have stayed in the hotel many times, and know the staff and am well looked after. I'm an Accor Gold Loyalty member so appreciate some of the additional benefits it brings. Occasionally though I have one of the rooms where there is a strong odour of damp/drains which isn't very pleasant. Breakfast can be awkward as everything is congested together in one area in the far corner. And it can be hard finding a table. I think it would be better to make more use of the main bar at breakfast time. Usually this is what I do and I set myself a place to eat in the main bar and bring my food and drink through. It is much more comfortable, especially when travelling alone on business.

I thought the hotel was very nice. The room 633 was large with at great bed, bathroom I think the television was lacking English speaking channels. I was only able to find CNN. But would love to see movie channels or English entertainment Breakfast was really good. GREAT orange juice and crossaints! The dinner menu was okay but not great. I think the size of the portion was fine

« Convenient, family-friendly hotel »

The staff on site were friendly and willing to help with any questions, and traveling from the US with my family, I found it useful that each staff member I interacted with spoke English which made it more comfortable to converse and convey our needs. The main areas of the hotel, as well as the actual hotel rooms, were clean and spacious. I've stayed at other hotels in Paris and this room was considerably more spacious than others. While it's minor, I do wish that there were reusable mugs rather than paper cups in the rooms. The hotel is conveniently located - it is only an ~8 min walk to the metro (9 line, which is essentially the backbone to Paris) and several bus lines at Porte de Saint-Cloud, which played a huge role is allowing us to easily explore all of Paris. There is a largely diverse array of restaurant options, convenient stores, and boulangeries within 2-10 minutes of the hotel. There is also a bar on-site in case you don't care to leave your room. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel!

« All my expectations were attended. »

The front desk was kind and willing to help, so was the housekeeping team(excellent mood) We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so i couldn't rate it. The amenities in the room were excellent: sheets, towels ,hair dryer, pillows, furniture. The shower gel was amazing, so were the little soaps.A shower cap was missing. The baggage store room for the check out day is a great help for the clients. Indeed it's indispensable!! The room was cleaned too early, it could be later, but it didn't make the experience worse.

« Lost garment and Junior Suite upgrade expertly accommodated by Hotel Staff »

On arrival at the Aparthotel we enquired on the possibility of upgrading to a junior suite in the adjoining hotel. This was accommodated expertly by the staff allowing us to use our aparthotel credit in our upgrade costs. Upon departure to another Accor property, the staff found my mislaid clothing garment and arranged for it to be collected by locally based relatives. Communication was pleasant, helpful and customer oriented throughout. A minor niggle was getting a final invoice given our changed plans, however this is being addressed separately. (I use the fast checkout service and the attachments emailed to be show no charges at all).

Nice stuff at reception. At breakfast stuff was however somewhat incapable: I asked in French for salt, the person had to consult 2 other persons and after a few minutes waiting I received pepper instead of salt without any comment. I then gave up receiving salt. Even though it was a minor issue I found it a bit awkward not receiving salt in a Mercure hotel in Paris.
