My stay was just what I needed. I was there for business so only used the room, but that was great. perfect size and amendities. Bed was very comfort and when I needed an iron/board it came immediately.

« Everything is fine, just one remark to share to improve the customer satisfaction »

Staff was mainly great, really important. The only thing that was an issue (but well handled by the team regarding myself): the room temperature. My room was settled at 30°c, which means around 25-27°c in the room. Too much to sleep. Around 20°c is perfect, and it allows the customer to choose if he prefers 19 or 21... All my colleagues had the first night with this issue and did not sleep well. Then, they open the window all nights longs... So, please modify the standard temperature. Also, this is better for energy expenses and fore environment! Thanks!

We spent a week-end at the hotel to discover the area before moving house there. Staff was very friendly and always tried to find solutions to any of our requests. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the hotel for any family or tourists visiting Paris

I enjoyed my room in general - very comfortable bed, convenient bathroom, tasty breakfast, and to help you improve the quality of provided services to your customers, a few items I'd like to mention: 1. I've asked to replace the toilet brush, it was broken - this was not done. 2. I've asked an iron, and after 20 minutes I had to call again, total waiting time 25 mins, could be optimized 3. During my breakfast there've been no available clean tables, I've asked to prepare one, and it seemed to me that this request was not completely well accepted by your restaurant employee. Still some packages were left from the previous visitor (empty box from butter), spoon to served etc. I felt not completely satisfied with such attitude.

Food was pretty good. Fitness below par. A rowing machine or two would be great when you have 30 min for exercise. No weights or spare towels to dry of sweat

« Good but with one major disappointment »

The whole experience was quite good. I travel almost 75 nights per year for work reasons and had never tried Mercure before. I usually stay in Marriott hotels. However one night before our departure ( which had been paid in advance ) we had to leave due to the death of a close family member. I was not expecting a refund of the night, however I expected a night credited for me or someone else to be used within a year period in an Accor hotel. The only thing I was offered was a room for the next 4 weeks in the same hotel which is basically offering nothing.
