« The beds were okay, the bathroom not so much. »

Friendly staff, okay beds, but a) the tap in the bathroom sink was so far away you have to be a contortionist to wash your face b) the bathroom wall had a strongly visible crack in it c) the toilet paper holder felt like it was almost falling off Little things, but as a business traveller I don't like feeling like I am parked in some worn out place, but want to at least have a tiny bit of the feeling of being home.

« convenient with good breakfast »

good quality, facilities are also enjoyable. But felt playing cheap on basic features. tooth paste is a MUST have in every rooms, people traveling don't cary their own tooth paste for many reason. just provide it. tooth brush, I brought mine. BOTTLE OF WATER / COFFEE EVEN IN THE APPART MERCURE. we are not local and we people need basic things to start and settle, especially for business people.

The hotel was overpriced for the room standard (dirty carpet). Check-out procedure was wrong and charged an extra night for 156EUR which was never requested. The room service however was really exceptional, particularly the smile and cordiality of the employees.

reception staff excellent although systems let them down - too slow bar staff seen pouring gin and water back into gin bottle - thats why the gin tasted weak breakfast - ran out of eggs and other stuff - no real customer service, no one cared

« Comfortable stay but breakfast service could be improved »

I have stayed in the hotel many times, and know the staff and am well looked after. I'm an Accor Gold Loyalty member so appreciate some of the additional benefits it brings. Occasionally though I have one of the rooms where there is a strong odour of damp/drains which isn't very pleasant. Breakfast can be awkward as everything is congested together in one area in the far corner. And it can be hard finding a table. I think it would be better to make more use of the main bar at breakfast time. Usually this is what I do and I set myself a place to eat in the main bar and bring my food and drink through. It is much more comfortable, especially when travelling alone on business.

I thought the hotel was very nice. The room 633 was large with at great bed, bathroom I think the television was lacking English speaking channels. I was only able to find CNN. But would love to see movie channels or English entertainment Breakfast was really good. GREAT orange juice and crossaints! The dinner menu was okay but not great. I think the size of the portion was fine

« Convenient, family-friendly hotel »

The staff on site were friendly and willing to help with any questions, and traveling from the US with my family, I found it useful that each staff member I interacted with spoke English which made it more comfortable to converse and convey our needs. The main areas of the hotel, as well as the actual hotel rooms, were clean and spacious. I've stayed at other hotels in Paris and this room was considerably more spacious than others. While it's minor, I do wish that there were reusable mugs rather than paper cups in the rooms. The hotel is conveniently located - it is only an ~8 min walk to the metro (9 line, which is essentially the backbone to Paris) and several bus lines at Porte de Saint-Cloud, which played a huge role is allowing us to easily explore all of Paris. There is a largely diverse array of restaurant options, convenient stores, and boulangeries within 2-10 minutes of the hotel. There is also a bar on-site in case you don't care to leave your room. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel!
