Room not yet ready during check-in at 2pm. We waited for 20 mins to clean the room. Shower and toilet clogged however sorted it out the following day. Smell tobaco in corridor 2nd floor (some guest maybe smoking).

It was really good. Kids and I enjoyed our stay. We visited Paris during the day time fir long hours and it was nice to be back to the hotel which is very relaxing, calm and child friendly.

The room service was disrespectful and I have been charged for breakfast and I didn’t even attend any morning the restaurant and we are 4 persons so it was a charge of 80 euro extra for 8 days and when I discuss that with the receptionist he wasn’t even understanding what am talking about he just kept saying you have to pay this amount for check out

Overall it was good. I had a nice premium room and breakfast was great with plenty of choices. As this trip is for work, I did not take advantage of swimming pool - so not able to comment.

Staff friendly and helpful we had 2 rooms one wasn't ready until after 3pm but we all relaxed in the one that was. It was very hot that day 45c so getting to the lovely air con room was lovely. Breakfast very good. Pool area an absolute bonus in the heat and it stayed open until 9pm maybe open early than 10am for an early morning dip. Checkout efficient . Metro short walk with fairly quick access into central Paris will certainly use again

Great welcoming, fast checking, nice room, clean. Good respond to deliver the iron. Issue with remote tv control, try to call reception twice without reply and quality service without reply... a part that all was good.

It was generally okay, not fantastic and I was unhappy with the smell in the reception area during my stay

Good evening WEEKENDER First of all, I would really like to apologize for all the genes that you have suffered during your stay with us. It saddens me to know that your stay was not up to your expectations. I read with great attention all the points you mentioned in your comments and did the necessary with the services concerned. Regarding odors, our hotel and two other buildings in the area were impacted for several days by road works in the street that is in front of our establishment. (Major works of pipelines and planting of new trees). Indeed, some rooms suffered from "sewer" type odors. So we bought the products needed to fill them. These smells being totally random and unpredictable, we can anticipate where they would occur. We really hope to see you again on a future stay. We would prove to you that we can do better. Good stay. However, I only stay one night and the cleaning lady came into my room before 10am (check out time). Make sure she is aware of the planning and she waits the check out time to enter into the room.

We had a very spacious room - however it smelt very weird - we actually went to the supermarket to buy air fresheners. Maybe the carpets had not been cleaned for a while or were very damp. The night before Bastille day there was also a lot of noise from young people outside the hotel which that meant we did not sleep until around 3am and then we were up by 7am due to the construction noise every morning - it was a nightmare. With earplugs and windows shut still so loud. The hotel could have better windows but also make people away before booking of the construction noise. We did request a quiet room but did not get this. We actually originally booked the Ibis in the area and cancelled it last minute for the Mecure thinking it was a nicer hotel but we wished we just stayed at the Ibis as the extra money we paid did not make our stay any better.

I put myself in your place and I easily understand that these nuisances could have hurt you. Please accept once again our apologies. I would like to prove to you that we can do much better than that. Hotel ok (cleanliness, sound proofing, WiFi, speed of elevator), but not very charming (and definitely behind website pictures). Service varied widely- super poor at rooftop bar (plus very disappointing wine selection/quality), very forthcoming at restaurant. Breakfast disappointing (lacking any veggies, cereal bread out both mornings, and quite chaotic/noisy in breakfast room).

My friend and I overall had an amazing time at your hotel but one night after coming back after our rooms had been cleaned up, some of the snacks we had left in the room had been eaten and some had been taking out of the wrapping and was just left laying the table. Kind of disgusting knowing whoever was cleaning had been eating of and moving around our food...

We stayed for 6 nights with a large group and this was a great place to stay. The kids loved the fusball table and video games in the lobby where they could hang out with our friends. The bunkbeds were perfect for them too. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and outdoor area and the breakfast each morning was fabulous. We liked that it was a short walk to the Metro and also that there were good restaurants nearby. The only thing was the bed was a little too firm for us, but overall we loved this hotel and would recommend it to others.

Stayed one night and hotel was really busy with French Open tennis and FIFA Womens World Cup on nearby. However Hotel was quiet and easy walking distance to some nice cafes and bar/restaurants. Would stay here again when in Paris if looking for somewhere quiet..

This was a very nice hotel with a pleasant room and good restaurant with a reasonable menu. The staff was very friendly at both the reception and in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the hotel did not give a member discount due to several conferences in town, and as a result the price was quite high.
