« Friendly staff, good location »

The staff are professional and helpful, nice to be recognised in a large hotel. As you would expect in a Mercure the food is very good and the rooms improving. Located close to the Peripherique and bus and metro stations it is easy enough to get Paris traffic permitting!

Room was sufficient in size and amenities. All kept very clean by the staff. Bed was very comfortable, extra blankets were appreciated. My only complaint was that there were no washcloths provided so I used the hand towels - this is OK but seems odd. I do appreciate that the hotel allowed me to reuse towels to reduce laundering (water use).

« Ok but room was not so comfortable »

The mattress seemed like it should be replaced. It was like an old futon in the basement of a friends' house, not a good hotel mattress. Also, the air was stuffy and temperature hard to control. I did not sleep well.

It was not really good when i compare it with similar price range hotels. Electricity connections comming out of the backwall where the tv is hanging( we had a baby crawling on the floor so that is really dangerous), usb charging is not working, showerhead could not hang(had to hold it in my hands when i took a shower..) Staff was ok. One other important issue was to get points on my accord account. Send an email and they asked a screenshot of the reservation. Thats ignorent because i already send all the information. Finally i did send the screenshot and got no reaction. Well never again would i go to an accord hotel again if the back office cant handle such a common request.

« Nice hotel »

Nice hotel, but a bit “tired”, in need of some renovation (blanket with holes, a lot of marks on walls, old wardrobe, smell in the hallways). Breakfast and other food was very good. Reception forgot to unblock the reserve amount on my credit card at checkout, which was a bummer.

Overall everything is was fine. We did have an issue in our hotel room with a leak in front of the bathroom door, as well as the latch on the window was broken thus making the window open all the way (which is not good with having two young boys in the room). After speaking with management these two issues were fixed while we were out exploring Paris. Also our room closet was a little dusty but we didn't stay in the room long enough for it to really bother me. It was really nice having the pool on the roof. Since Paris has such late sunlight, we were able to enjoy the pool every night of our stay. The bar on the roof with the pool made everything great. The hotel location was ideal with the local food places and the on sight restaurant. Overall, if I traveled again to Paris with my boys and husband I would consider staying at this hotel again...if the price is right.

« Comfortable hotel, with a good breakfast buffet and a relaxing pool on the roof »

Booking via email communication was convenient, as we had slightly complicated room requirements. We chose the hotel for the rooftop pool as it was a hot time in Paris. It was most welcome at the end of each day. Breakfast buffet was good quality & varied, though often crowded. Nespresso coffee was good. Only minor disappointment was arriving back one evening at 23.00, to find we could not get a coffee in the bar, as the machine was already turned off. Pool cocktail list could be better.

Very nice hotel. The staff was above and beyond helpful. I have never stayed in a hotel with staff as helpful and friendly as here. The beds were firm and the room was good. The restaurant on site was delicious and did I mention how nice everyone was.

The room was great with a bunk bed for the kids. Was able to check in early as there was a room available which really helped. All staff were friendly. Pool area was very nice. Location was good about a 12min walk to the Metro. Breakfast was nice but a little expensive.

On arrival the receptionist welcome was very warm, he stated that I needed to pay extra tax and a 400 euro deposit just In case i used the food and bar facilities, this was not mentioned anywhere during my booking. I had to explain that I paid for my room in full online and didn't require and food. I saw a change in attitude there after. Next day I asked another receptionist to call a taxi for me and my family to go to the Eifile Tower, I was told that it's approximately 20 euros for a 6 seater, and the taxi is affiliated to the hotel. The taxi turned up and on our way the driver stopped to fix his car whilst my meter was running up. He then wanted to charge me 40 euros which ended in an argument. This was reported back to the hotel but I don't think much f was given. But overall staff were nice and friendly, and rooms were clean. I would recommend

« Comfortable stay - good location »

Comfortable room and very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Slightly disappointed initially by the décor of the hotel reception area which looked a bit drab and dark. However, you get used to it and don't notice it anymore beyond the first day. Excellent location and no trouble with hotel parking adjacent to the hotel. The best part of our stay was the helpful and friendly advice we got whenever we approached someone at reception who went over and beyond. Room was comfortable - a bit small for 3 people as we needed the extra sofa bed opened up for our child. However, overall décor or room was good and cleaned & tidied well by housecleaning every day. There was a bit of a bad smell on the landing every time you get out of the lifts on our floor - something probably to look into as not sure whether it is on all floors or just our floor (4th floor). Pleasant stay overall.
