I had a privilege room, the bed was very comfortable, the room looked nice and was clean, I was provided with all amenities I needed, including tea and coffee and the shower was great. I can't tell anything about the services provided as I was on a business trips and only stayed for two nights, but I had a good experience.

« dirty room, invoice not received by email I had to call and lose lot of time »

very dirty room = table next to TV in the room was full of pieces of bread + top of the drawers was extremely dirty I put all information in the pre-booking -> at check-in it was NOT in the system so I had to give again, and I never received the invoice by email overall once again, I will avoid as much as I can Accord hotels in the future, as it's always a disgraceful experience

« No different to Premier Inn »

Room 525 smelt of sewage drains. Not expected n a 4**** hotel. The receptionist sprayed the room with air freshener, instead of just giving us another room. Was surprised at the poor quality of decor. Not enough coffee pods in room. Premier Inn hotels are quite on parr with this hotel. Chose this hotel because it was next to Stade de Pierre Coubertin where our daughter was competing.

« Lovely comfortable hotel stay »

The hotel being outside of busy Paris was easy to get to using either the Metro or the buses. There was a lovely restaurant just beside the hotel and a nice selection of various others within a short walking distance. The room we stayed in was a family room with a double and bunk bed, and still there was ample space to move around. Their was also a balcony which would be lovely to relax on during the summer months, and the kids also enjoyed this outside space. We had breakfast at the hotel which consisted of a nice selection of pastries, fruits, hot foods and teas. They also had gluten free breafs and cakes and dairy free milk. It was a lovely hotel and and we all enjoyed our time we spent here.

Average. The 4th floor when exiting the elevators had a strong smell to it every day and overall appearance seemed dirty. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

2 points of feedback. When checking in "Your stay and your breakfast have been paid in advance" at check out "You need to pay us for breakfast". That was inconsistent and I didn't have time to squabble about it. second point, the carpet in my room was wet for my entire stay of 3 nights...it obviously had just been cleaned, but not dried...

The staff are professional and helpful, nice to be recognised in a large hotel. As you would expect in a Mercure the food is very good and the rooms improving. Located close to the Peripherique and bus and metro stations it is easy enough to get Paris traffic permitting!

Not comfortable. Because hotel A/C was switched OFF so room was quite hot. Cupboard door was difficult to open because of broken mirror. Almost no amenities in the room. Had to ask for body cream, shampoo, shoe cleaner etc. No slippers. As a business traveller with short stay itinerary expected to have more facilities Its a shame for Accor group of hotels to have very little options for vegetarian & vegan for the breakfast and meals (Only salad and rice!!).

« Hotel and rooms are clean, staff was very helpful. »

Room was sufficient in size and amenities. All kept very clean by the staff. Bed was very comfortable, extra blankets were appreciated. My only complaint was that there were no washcloths provided so I used the hand towels - this is OK but seems odd. I do appreciate that the hotel allowed me to reuse towels to reduce laundering (water use).

« Ok but room was not so comfortable »

The mattress seemed like it should be replaced. It was like an old futon in the basement of a friends' house, not a good hotel mattress. Also, the air was stuffy and temperature hard to control. I did not sleep well.
