Each question and request was well responded and attended. Ms.Bich was very nice and exceptional guest service. For our flight reconfirm toon she called the airline at least 8 times and that too using her cellphone just to get faster connectivity to operators at airline customer service. Ms.Ngan recommended us a great cruise. Thanks to her as well.

« Honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed in! »

Extremely friendly and attentive staff, they all made us feel so welcome! Special mention to Nhung, she really made our stay very special. We were invited to have dinner with her family, she helped me by bringing something from the pharmacy for my headache free of charge. She also made our shopping experience so much better, getting us the best prices she could. It's all very much appreciated. We are also really happy that we got an upgrade because we missed our first night here, thank you again! We were even allowed to play some of our music by the pool with their speakers which made for very a very fun night! The room, the pool, drinks and food (especially the seafood buffet) were all amazing! Really can not fault this place at all! Gorgeous people and beautiful surroundings! Thank you all again for such a wonderful time in Halong Bay!!

1. your upgradeed the room to me. thank you 2. That room winfows frame is so poor. Vietnam STD quality. and drop knob. 3. Deposit.2,500,000vnd I was asked for a CREDIT card for deposit, but I handed DEBITCARD by mistake. I have not signed this invoice. However, it was withdrawn immediately. The accommodation cost at the time of checkout was 2,300,000 vnd, but said that it took 2 weeks for refund. I signed this bill. I think this is strange, but how is it? 4. I think that it is not possible to express that the restaurant is Halong Bay. Dark restaurant. Small black insects are flying around sauces, vegetables and condiments.

Right from the start we were made to feel welcome. Our room was excellent with everything we needed and the breakfasts were very good. BUT ..... we were woken on our first morning at 7am by contractors drilling concrete over the road. We understand that in the interest of progress that construction is necessary but it was unfortunate for us. The other little niggle was the amount of children most days in the the lobby and pool area. Please don't get me wrong - my husband and I love kids (we have many) but when trying to relax by the pool or in the bar area - screaming, excitable children tended to spoil the ambiance somewhat. Overall I recommend this hotel - I think our timing wasn't great.

Ground floor couldn’t stand hot days, despite having AC, the doors that lead to swimming pool take all the cool air out everytime guests open the doors, also the large windows caused Greenhouse effect, having breakfast is like going to sauna. Children and guests with wet feet walking from pool to lifts at ground level make ground very slippery. Breakfast should be more diverse. Housekeeper forgot cotton buds!!!

Really enjoyed my stay except 2 of our group suffered food poising from the breakfast buffet yesterday, and my self from the dinner buffet last night. Apart from asking if we needed the hospital the staff did not seem to care that there was something making guests sick.

However, there were no other guests have experienced illness due to our food on that day. There were around 300 guests had breakfast buffet at our restaurant on that day and there were no reports except 2 of your group. Furthermore, there might be other things can cause of illness like tiredness and etc especially when you are travelling and we think our food is not the cause of your illness because there is no other cases. We take food handling and hygiene procedures very seriously at our hotel. We are sorry about your breakfast experience and we will ensure to try our best to bring superior service quality.
