I have stayed at this Novotel a few times. The staff is efficient and courteous. Rooms are clean. The best part I like, is the outside environment. Very nice area for my morning walk, clean and scenery around is very good. Food variety is excellent in the buffet for breakfast and dinner.

You guys screwed my family weekend. I thought i was giving my family an break at 5 star hotel but realized that its service level was only 3 star. I couldn't even imagine that ACCOR group Novotel Hotel which is 5 star would have service like this.

It was not a great experience this time day 1 - the in room dining guy was asked to get card machine and landed up without it . Then when I called in to get the plates cleaned up . the guy wanted to check several times on room cleaning , Surely you have a record of what you have sent to the room Day 2 - the Guy asked me when to clean up, I said 30 mins. As expected nobody came up. Did feel like calling the inhouse dining . Day 3 - Was not even asked about clean upa nd nor did somebody come . It is not pleasant sleeping with that smell The Card Swipe in the lift as an issue most of the time , it takes multiple attempts to get the green light Lastly - Laundry - Just get a feeling you go out of the way to find reason not to do laundry ( Guess because it is a part of package ), This time I got a pair that was recent done in another place, you still managed to find ways to reject it . Quite strange

The staff were incredible. The hotel was real nice as well, but the staff made it amazing. Shout out to Anand who personified the experience. There were many other great staff but I have trouble remembering their names unfortunately.

The TV was not working properly and most of the channels were not coming. On my last visit, found out there were special items provided for some other person in my room. Moreover the accessories provided are not the same everytime and have to be asked for sometimes.
