Small room, average breakfast, noisy AC and Minibar. Service was good on the whole

I liked the location of the hotel the employees were friendly it was clean but they forgot to put tea and coffee in the room there is no pen or papers like other hotels no cream , no shampoo.. only soap was there

The stay is OK but why you don't provide assistance for the luggage from the car to the lobby beside the restaurant in the first floor ( the ventilation is very week, the smells of the food is stacking on our cloth ) Thank you

I stayed at IBIS sharq for 26 days for an assignment in Kuwait. The hotel was preselected by company itself. Overall experience was just okay and not overwhelming kind. Wifi is good. However food menu especially for Indians is strange and with illogical combinations in breakfast In main course dinner they don't have fresh chapati for Indians and warm the frozen pararthas. Mattresses are too soft and not very good for spine if one is staying for a long period like me. Eating frozen parathas daily affected my stomach badly but since I am a vegetarian I had not many options though not health friendly. So, not recommended for vegetarians. Otherwise staff is okay and courteous best to their abilities.
