« Staff is Smily and Proactive »

This is my preferred hotel since 2009. The staff is always smiley and proactive. Although I am walking with crutches due to fracture on my foot, the staff was always helpful: they reserved me the most accessible room so I don't need to spend longer distances, they helped me to carry, drop off and drop on my luggages from and to my car although it is guest's responsibility and the most important they granted me the privilege of late check out up to 4pm for free of charge.

The hotel is very good for short stay, my wife and I enjoyed the stay. the room is very clean even though it is small in size. The chef made a good food for us. All staff are nice and thanks jojo for the warm welcome and for giving a higher floor. Will stay again.

Breakfast was really good. Porridge as an extra for me could be added. Room was a good size. Maybe the pillow was not so comfortable as the pillows in ibis Bahrain. Good selection of food aat the restaurant. Staff were lovely and friendly. Location is finene.

I found all personnel in the hotel to be friendly and generally efficient, the room was clean and comfortable. The one sour note was my driver arrived early for my departure 06-05 instead of 07-00 hours. I was informed of this whilst at breakfast, on checking out at 06-40 hours I was told that the driver was waiting for me. On exiting the hotel there was no driver and he did not appear till 07-20. None of this was the hotels fault however on his return the driver advised that he had left his phone number at reception, I only have his word for this but assuming he is honest then your receptionist was at fault for not passing this information to me.

As I sad the people at the reciption (sharq and salmiya) Samih at salmiya was perfect . The food is some how repetitive no new things. Specially salmiya .the connection room at Sharq is disaster It can’t isolate you can hear everything in the next room
