Getting worse and worse

I stayed at Novotel several times across many years and it used to be excellent, but unfortunately the last few stays were very disappointing. There is a lot of small annoying things and a few major issues. This time again I had to wait 1 day and ask several times to get an iron/ironing board. My room had a bathroom prepared for disabled people - it means that it was really hard to use for anybody who is not disabled. Shower was very small with curtain, there was seat under the shower, which could not be lift up - it was broken the whole week and eventually it came out of the wall and I almost hurt myself... Breakfast has never been great, but now I get scambled eggs that were hard, dry and tastless (probably prepared a week ago), sausages not separated so you could take 5 or none, milk was sour, etc.
