I am still at the hotel whilst writing this review. In total we had four bookings due to change of plans. Hence 4 separate bookings made. The first booking was been made via Hotels.com for 31st August until 1st September (1 night). Other bookings were made directly with Accor; 1st September - 2nd September (1 night) 2nd September - 4th September (2 nights) 4th September - 5th September (1 night) On arrival checking was fine. For the first bookings as we didn’t book via Accor we knew that as an Accor platinum member we would have no benefits, which was fine and totally understandable. However we did appreciate an upgrade in the room as we don’t constantly have to change our room. So the one same room was given for our stay until the 5th September. Thank you for this. For the 2nd booking, came downstairs. Receptionist was very friendly. He gave our welcome drinks as Accor members. We stayed in the same room as the suite was what we originally booked. However, I realised no welcome snacks and fruit were given to us in our room. The 3rd booking, which we’re due to check out tomorrow. Again receptionist was very friendly and nice. However I had to ask for welcome drinks myself. I also informed the other lady that no welcome snacks were sent, so she said it will be sent to us, which we did receive later on in the evening. Thank you again. We’ve booked the suite previously so I noticed some changes. The safe wasn’t working. Receptionist were very prompt and they had to re-install a new safe. Also the electricity kept on tripping, resulting in no electricity. Had to call the receptionist 3 times on 3 separate occasions from when we originally arrived. Again, they were very prompt in dealing with the matter and resolved it quickly however it caused an inconvenience. The receptionist also kindly offered to change our room which was very sweet of him, but I declined as we will be leaving on the 5th September as it would’ve been inconvenient to change with all the luggage etc. However the staff have been amazing, prompt and helpful each time.

A quite peaceful bedroom (just a low-frequency noise -- probably from AC module?). Spacious room great for working, big desk, sofa and big bed. The rooftop has a great lounge, but the swimming pool is a bit small and felt a bit "over observed" by lounge seats. Breakfast is great!!

The hotel was comfortable in the high heat. It was quiet. The staff were friendly. The food was very good in the restaurant. The hotel was quite clean except for the carpet in my room which needed to be replaced.

Overall very good. Toilet require some maintenance with fixing some loose elements. Key and core could be a bit more reworked. But overall very positive, nice and safe stay (during turbulent time in Tunis).

The main thing to improve is the access to the pool. It's closed in the early morning when people on business have time to go for a swim before starting work. It also closed too early, again the same reason - returning from a meeting at 5pm only gives an hour at the pool when it closes at 6pm. Also, a corporate event took priority on one day and I was asked to leave at 4.15. This is not acceptable at all, guests have paid for the hotel and the use of the facilities. I'd booked this hotel specifically for the pool and could barely use it because of the restricted opening hours.

The main desk called me in advance to ask at what time I would check-in. The check-in process was quick and pleasant The room was nice and well stocked (daily) with complimentary tea, coffee, water and quality shower gel + shampoo The rooftop pool is a welcome bonus when staying in the city center The parking is also very useful (when not full) Breakfast was sufficient but very minimal and could use some improvements for a hotel of this standing (and price)

Was there for work. The room was clean, the service was prompt. Was perfectly satisfied. The hotel restaurant seemed well run and the food was very good. The only problem was that on the two evening we tried to dine at the Sky Bar, the items we ordered were not available. We ended up eating cheese burgers both times. While they burgers were fine, it does show that there is a breakdown between the rest of the hotel and the roof top bar. Please take the above criticism in the context of an otherwise excellent stay.
