The only issue I faced was with reception desk when I did the reservation where I have been told i can't book more than one night! But me colleague came few hours later he was given s very low rate ( 100 Dinar diffence!!!) and he was given two nights. So they didn't call me when there was more nights available and when I talked with the reciption about this. They lied to me saying that I have asked for just one night and that the rate that was given to my friend was because it is the last room!!! ( there were more rooms available as they mentioned this before in front of my friend when he booked). This made feel really bad as if I was fooled

Extremely disappointing breakfast and bad coffee, in the morning maids constantly walked in without knocking, the card detector that allowed for the lights to be switched on did not function properly, the fridge's light was so bright I had to switch the entire thing off to sleep.

During my stay i choosed your hotel because it's clos to the airport and city center, however for the price paid i was expected quiet room my room had a constat noise due to the ventillation sytsem too loud, knowing that i shutdown the air conditionning and everything in the room, and the buffet during diner was only Monday.. ( 1st night Sunday it was normal restaurant and expensive, following day buffet was ok...) , the recepiotnist during my check in was profesional and nice person, at the check out the receptionist was having an argument with a another customer, followed him to the elevator because he heard him saying they are laying about his reservation/breakfast.. after coming back his conversation with me wasn't great, i think he should have some customer handling skills and soft skills. i'm not sure if i will come back during my next trip to Tunis.

Underwhelming. The degree of welcome/hospitality of the staff varied. One of the 2 room service meals I ordered arrived cold (and I had to ask not to have to pay for it - this wasn't offered immediately). When I asked if there was a pool, I was just asked why I'd want to use it, rather than a simple polite answer. A minor point, the music on repeat in the reception area was the same every day, same song.

I asked for a king's bed but the reception told me that it's not available despite the hotel was almost emply. they charged me for the breakfeast even if I asked for breakfeast included. They charged me for some pistachio which was next the welcoming bottle of water and they said it's not free. I am not satisfied at all with the service and I am seeking refund.

The room was advertised as having a kettle and coffee maker however neither was in the room. When I asked for them I was told ‘there isn’t a kettle in the entire hotel to bring to me’. The location was not really in the city centre as advertised too.
