Generally speaking, the hotel reception is okay, open poffay food is average, and room service in the 2 bed room is not satisfied, particularly materials provided in the mini par and the path room should cover the 2 personal not only one.,

« Excellent hotel! good and spacious room with plenty of light »

There is a small Gim also, wait time on lifts was not long. Wifi was fast and no interruption. The area where there could be improvement is choice of breakfast for vegetarians like baked beans would have been great.

Everything was perfect especially the staff. The reception team is the best ! I also loved the restaurant team and their manager Walid. They were all professional and nice. If you had to improve something it would be the buffet .... Maybe next time we fin a better one ;)

Everything was fine but I stay in hotels regularly and I found it odd that he restaurant staff would not let someone who wanted to grab something quick to eat a few minutes before breakfast started would not allow them to do so without charging for coffee.

for the checkout, the reception refuse to let me go because I payed with Accor fidelity points. the room is good and accessible from the parking. breakfast is in the average. Fitness is great. The steam bath was basic
