Front desk was very helpful, restaurant was good but quite pricey, the room was nice but the air conditioning kept breaking and that was not ok. Pool and gym were great, but I wish the Hammam had been in service as well! Was quite annoyed by the fact that the maid would just try to come in the room multiple times in the morning, even when I asked her to come back after a couple hours - the “do not disturb” sign went missing and so she kept coming to my room much too early in the morning. The only other thing that bothered me was that the security personnel by the front door got a bit too personal and asked to take a picture with me. As a young woman everywhere else in Tunis I had to deal with that and I wish that i could’ve gone back to a hotel where the men were not looking at me that way. Just a suggestion.

Since I have been handled with high consideration during my last stays, I have decided to return to Novotel Tunis to honour, at least, the professionalism of the team. First, I arrived for a classic check-in and, without informing me, the hotel upgraded me in a Premium room. Second, on the table of the room, fruits, cakes and a large bottle of water were waiting for me. That is what any customer would greatly appreciate! And I really did. Again, the member of staff paid attention to my comfort and my business needs every time they could bring help to me. And, as the staff is not changing every time,I met the same persons. This is really good too! I really recommand this hotel for a stay in Tunis, also because members of staff are very efficient, from the requested pickup at the airport with the driver of the hotel to the ...drop off at the... airport... You can rely on this hotel even if you need some members of your own company to pickup some files once already gone! I was expecting from Abir to receive a soft copy of my invoice after my departure ; and she did not forget to sent it to me... So everything went smoothly for me. Thank you very much for all of your kind attention.

Everything was very good - the room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I had the buffet dinner at the hotel and the food was excellent. There was an excellent assortment of Mediterranean foods. The check-in process was fine (the woman at the front desk was very professional and friendly) except that the machine for the key card wasn't working so we needed someone to bring us up the elevator and open our door each time we returned to the room. The problem was resolved the morning after we arrived so not a big deal. Also, I needed a room for a business meeting and without my giving prior notice the hotel responded quickly and provided a perfect room. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for business travel.

It was simply great ... but some points should be considered: - the gym is a bit small though, with not enough machines to cater to visitors who visit all around the same time.. - Breakfast can be improved. - I had a really nice dinner at the retaurant.

Good cuisine Friendly staff Obviously there are problems with housekeeping. In the room does not work safe, smell of towels the flush in the toilet is damaged the shower controller is damaged amenities in the bathroom are incomplete (no hair conditioner and body lotion)

Most of the things are like in the presentation, on the site. No free spa when I was there; only payed massage and an ahestetical pool outside, at 24°c. Perfect for business travelers.
