I and my family had an excellent stay. As a member of Accor Hotels I had a quick check-in and complementary drink. The rooms are clean but need to repair the shower. It is also very close to Haram and there are shopping malls in the same building.

Pullman Zamzam is my favorite hotel in Makkah. Since I am a regular costumer, my expectations are always high. During my last visit 14/3/2019-16/3/2019 I was welcomed by the costumer service ( Bashayer Tareq ) and the executive restaurant manager ( Faruq Sayban ) in a very professional way of reception. Just a few words from them as well as the whole staff could express hot feelings which would never be anywhere else !!

Bad hotel, dirty, bad service. if you order anything it will take at lest 1 hour to provide it not clean also not 5 star hotel as they mentioned it is 5 star hotel because the did not provide the staff for 5 star hotel like teeth brash and robe towel and others.

I was so emotional the moment I step in my room. The partial view to the Kaaba was everything for the Muslim . The Azan in the room each prayer time and also for shopping every things you need from pharmacy,market , food ,cloths and Haram just click the elevator to G . Room so comfortable and breakfast with different selection from healthy to Arabica and international breakfast . The well come macron and fruits was so ummy

I was appalled by one member of staff of the housekeeping team who was a supervisor named Safdar. He called me a thief and tried to bully me and my wife whilst on pilgrimage. I let a manager know (after 3 days of consistent abuse) who changed my floor but was inconvenienced and no feedback was given to me as to what action had been taken against that member of staff and no apology from him. I feel like it wasn't dealt with properly and it spoilt my whole trip.

Rooms are old and needs renovation. I had stayed at this hotel the second time. My experience was very bad this time as well. I have booked a presidential Suite. When I checked in they have given me a room with Smoking smell in the room. Asked the guest service to change my room. I stayed in that room overnight and the ceiling started leaking all night. I had to call the guest service again to get my room changed. They have to show me couple of rooms where it was the same with the smoking smell. Management Are very unprofessional and when asked for a higher manager or supervisor no one responses. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my family or friends.

Overall me ..my friends and my relatives were very happy staying in PULLMAN HOTEL either MECCA @MADINA..i m regular customer as U can see and i will definately choose even my friends and relative will stay at the same hotel if I come for Umrah again either form Riyadh @ Malaysia. For your info we are nurses from National Guard. BUT UNFORTUNATELY I DONT RECEIVE any reward for become regular customer for so many yrs since I came and work in Kingdom. Overall experience was Fair Checkin was not good due to behavior of priority counter lady as before there are professionally skilled Guest experience team in priority Counter, Warm Great Checkout experience a lady named Ms. Hala who know the guest needs + asking question and feedback about hotel offered quality services & excellent response very humble and respectful with us . This time I felt that hotel are too busy reception staff less on that time thatswhy no caring guest even not happy to talk if you ask anything about the hotel room facility. No dental kit in room while asking the reception he informed for hygiene purpose we removed however no circular or notice or small message- not available in room for guest . I visited different properties of AccorHotels globally and Had a great excellent services experienced -not like above. I booked it on purpose of UMRAH.passed good time staying in hotel considering environment , location , amenities & service . I found WIFI very slow . Breakfast main course need to be improved ( that’s my personal opinion ) . Cleaning is up to the mark & Mohd Jalal helped us all the time.need microwave is room . It’s as important thing . I will stay in your hotel in future INSHALLAH.i don’t want to book though agent . Please tell me easiest way to book your hotel

« A very conveniently located Hotel with a very good customer service »

The hotel was right accross the Haram inside and above a 4 story mall. You have to take two levels of elevators to get in/out of the hotel and sometimes due to rushing for prayer last minute can be a struggle to get into the mosque, but not a huge issue. Customer service was good, they accomodated late checkout as a courtesy if you have Accor membership, which is free. Front desk was helpful and hotel came with a free breakfast which had a decent choices of food items daily. Only issue we had was that we asked for extra pillows that never came and we stopped bothering about it, as once there, it's just a minor need, but the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was amazing. We had the privilege of having the Executive lounge and it was brilliant. The staffs there were all amazing and super friendly. Definitely better than the Pullman in Madina!

As it is near Masjid Al Haram, I can't say the experience was bad, but the rooms have got dirtier and have bad smells . Washroom seat was dirty and broken . Bath tub was broken and dirty . When requested for extra complimentary water the house keeping got rude and said can't give more than the bed in the rooms . When asked for extra bedsheets, house keeping worker said why do you need bedsheets there are bedsheets on the bed already .
