Please avoid this hotel,my personal experience with my family was the worst.the hotel is old and run down.the staff think they are doing you a favour.I’m South African but the staff treat us very bad,in fact they assume Indians and Pakistanis are low class.Nevermind we are guests of the All mighty. Yara,Shamma,Hoosam,Noha Abdul samad manager tried to assist but didn’t help and their attitude was rude in the end.Noha on the second day wanted to kick us out the hotel at 10pm.when we asked for a refund in the beginning they refused.Sulaymaan from reservations the only person I can applaud who helped and understood my family and treated us with a lot of respect.the rooms were dirty,the bathrooms dirty and water splash everywhere.If you appreciate cleanliness and hospitality and well as politeness,stay somewhere else for less.we lost 2 days waiting for them to change our room,we were moved 3 times and eventually treated to some sweets and Arabic coffee.nevermind we booked and paid for the presidential suite.i am disgusted.I expect the normal generic reply about we sorry and this won’t happen again but let’s be honest my trip is over and I lost out. I even phoned the ACCOR international number hoping that booking through a large group I am safe but waste of time,no help at all.

I reserved through the Accor ALL Application, paid before one week, checked in through the Accor ALL Application before one day, and chose a time before 3:00 pm. When we arrived, we waited two and a half hours at the reception desk because the receptionist said the room was not ready. I discussed with her that we are Accor members. She said wait, and she left. We asked again for another reception but no answer. We asked the supervisor about it, but she needed to cooperate more. Finally, we searched for the manager and found him. He is the only good person in the hotel. Immediately, he stood up with us and asked one person to solve the problem, and within 10 minutes, we had our room. But the room smelled terrible, and the old furniture needed to be cleaned. The buffet is acceptable.

When i left my bags at the reception desk, my shoes was lost and when i went to talk with the bill boy, he was extremely rude and unprofessional, he talked in a very impolite way and left me while i was talking, i dont care about the shoes but his way was so bad. The reception manager apologised though to be honest but this ruined my stay. Otherwise everything went good
