I go to Makkah monthly since more than 10 years. I attended almost all hotels nearby the Haram . Finally I settled down to Pullman Zamzam since one year. I found a very luxurious service , a friendly environment and an active staff. I have to cheer to the excellent costumer service provided by Ms. Najwa Al Sharif, a very kind and cooperative personnel . I felt as if I would be the most VIP (!) for the hotel: Pre arrival calls, A warm reception , A welcome ( Handwriting ) letter , a fruitful arrival drink and regular calls ... etc. Actually I am impressed as well as the service of the executive restaurant leaded by Mr. Faruq Sayban who offered my the best service in a very professional way .It is not a complimentary words .. But a true thanks to all the staff

I am a regular stayer with Pullman ZamZam Makkah and usually book the presidential suite for my family. There were no problems with check in or check out or the room. The staff at executive suite, farook, elsharif etc were amazing as usual. Only let down was usual chef was on holiday, so the food in the executive was very simple and repetetive (sausages, sweetcorn, hashbrowns). Otherwise was great

It was good stay but there are some points which need to be consider accordingly such as: - The toilet was not 100% clean or might have old tools. - the hotel has so many lifts which makes me rach to my room difficuly. - the restaurant wich i was guided to for breakfast was too small , while there was a bigger one in the hotel. - there was no any drink service in breakfast ( no tea or juce ). I made check in online one day before and l mention that I will come early after noon..I arrived 12:15 start check in at the AccorHotels reception desk they let me wait for one hour and the room chosen is 1912very hard to see kaaba..although I told her that I prefer any room from ..15 till ..24 to have a good seen of kaaba as according to my age sometimes I prefer to pray in my room ..and because it’s only day stay I accept the room although feeling unsatisfied..every year I came to your hotel once or twice..I am wondering what is the benefit from the Accordhotels membership and the early check in if I will be treated and delayed like this ??!!! Thanks
